线上线下结合的《食品机械与设备》实验课教学模式

Exploration of Food Machinery and Equipment Experiment Teaching with Combination of Online and Offline Modes

  • 摘要: 以食品机械为依托,对设备的正确认知和操作是《食品机械与设备》实验课开展的主要目标。由于食品机械结构复杂,传统的图文教学资料对设备表达不够清晰,以致学生对食品机械的结构和工作原理难以掌握。基于此,提出《食品机械与设备》实验课“线上+线下”结合的教学模式,即“线上”设备认知和“线下”现场实验教学为一体的教学方式,以此提升学生对《食品机械与设备》实验课的学习兴趣,帮助学生深入理解食品机械的结构、原理及工作过程。

     

    Abstract: Food machinery and equipment experiments are based on food machinery.Correct understanding and operation of equipment is main goal of the experiment.Due to complex structure of food machinery,traditional teaching materials with pictures and text are not clear enough to express the equipment,which makes it difficult for students to grasp structure and working principle of food machinery.Teaching mode of combination of“online+offline”in the food machinery and equipment experiment class was put forward.That was,students previewed and recognized the equipment online through rich teaching resources,and then teachers conducted offline on-site experimental teaching.This combination of“online+offline”teaching method could enhance students′ interest in study of food machinery and equipment experimental courses,and help students understand the structure,principle and working process of food machinery in depth.
