Abstract: It was confirmed that using nutrient soil including cake fertilizer，mushroom residue，cow dung，calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer to replace traditional nutrient soil with flue-cured tobacco fire ash soil based on investigations and experiments.Processing machine for flue-cured tobacco nutrient soil was developed by feed grinding，mixing and processing integrated principle.Clog problem of mixing box was solved by improved crushing and stirring method of mixed system.Not only formalization and mechanization of nutritive soil manufacture，but also commercial supply could simplify production process and reduce cost.This new technology characterized by high efficient and low cost could meet demand of green development which has better economic and social benefits.
