Abstract: Due to advantages of high operation efficiency，water and medicine saving，route planning and all terrain operation，plant protection UAV has developed rapidly in domestic market.Development background，reasons for rapid development，formation of new market structure，technical route selection，operation performance and application scope，relevant policies，industry standard and problems to be solved were introduced.Some suggestions for development were put forward.It provided reference for industry standardization and healthy development.
