袋栽食用菌液体菌种接种机智能控制系统设计

Design of Intelligent Control System of Bag-grown Edible Fungus Liquid Strain Inoculation Machine

  • 摘要: 袋栽食用菌液体菌种接种机的接种步骤分为上料、打孔、接种和贴膜4部分。介绍了以PLC为核心的智能控制系统,实现了不规则形态的袋栽香菇菌棒的上料、打孔、接种和贴膜四位一体功能。实践表明,该食用菌液体接种机智能控制系统运行稳定、可靠,操作灵活、功能齐全。

     

    Abstract: The inoculation steps of bag-grown edible fungus liquid strain inoculation machine are divided into four parts:feeding,punching,inoculation and filming.Intelligent control system based on PLC was introduced which realized the four in one functions of feeding,drilling,inoculation and film sticking of irregular shape Lentinus edodes sticks.Practice has shown that control system of edible fungus liquid inoculation machine was stable,reliable,flexible in operation and complete in functions.
