水位波动对挺水植物鸢尾净化作用的影响

Effect of Water Level Fluctuation on Purification of Iris tectorum

  • 摘要: 以常见挺水植物鸢尾(Iris tectorum)为研究对象,在室内进行为期20 d的不同水位(10、30和50 cm)下鸢尾对水体中NH3-N、COD、TP和土壤全磷、全氮的净化效果研究。结果表明,10 cm水深情况下,鸢尾对于COD和TP的净化效果达到88.4%和95.4%,优于30和50 cm的处理组。相较于50 cm水深条件,10 cm条件下鸢尾对于TP的去除贡献率更高,并且随着水位的升高,鸢尾对TP和COD去除的贡献率达到50%的响应时间逐渐延迟并且缩短。在10~30 cm条件下,鸢尾对COD和TP的响应更迅速,浓度削减效果优于高水位状态。各水位情况下,鸢尾对土壤全氮影响不明显,但对土壤固磷效果相较于空白组效果明显。该试验可为村镇河道生态修复工程中水生植物的选取和配植提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Indoor experiment,using Iris tectorum as a study subject,was done to research purification effect of NH3-N,COD and TP in 20 days at different water levels(10,30,and 50 cm).Results showed that at 10 cm water depth,purification effect of the Iris tectorum for COD and TP reached 88.4% and 95.4%,which was better than plant group of 30 and 50 cm.Compared to 50 cm water depth condition,TP removal contribution of the Iris tectorum was higher.As water level increased,time of more than 50% pollutants removal contribution of Iris tectorum gradually moved backward and shortens.At 10-30 cm water level,Iris tectorum responded more rapidly to COD and TP,and concentration reduction effect was better than the high water level conditions.Under different water levels,effect of Iris tectorum on soil total nitrogen was not obvious,but effect of Iris tectorum on soil phosphorus fixation was obvious compared with blank group.This experiment aims to provide more choice and better location in selection and planting of aquatic plants in ecological engineering.
