  • 摘要:农业机械的维护对农业生产的顺利运行起着至关重要的作用。农业生产竞争的加剧需要维护改进,目的是在保持机械装备运行安全的同时降低维护支出。该文利用MVC的体系架构,将各种农业设备预防性维护技术作为知识库,利用信息化技术为农业机械维护提供可靠的、具有指导性的手段。系统采用基于条件的维护(Condition Based Maintenance,CBM)技术作为业务流程依据,介绍了该技术的主要相关流程,如基于条件检测(Condition Monitoring,CM)为装备维护提供支持策略,并通过建立信号处理程序,筛选出与故障相关的维护手段。

  • Abstract:Maintenance of agricultural machinery plays an important role in smooth operation of agricultural production.Increased competition for agricultural production requires maintenance improvements,with goal of reducing maintenance costs while maintaining safety of machinery and equipment.Using architecture of MVC,preventive maintenance technology of various agricultural equipment was used as knowledge base,and information technology was used to provide reliable and guiding means for maintenance of agricultural machinery.With Condition Based Maintenance(CBM)technology as basis of business process,main related processes were mainly introdced,such as Condition Monitoring(CM)provided support for equipment maintenance strategy,and through establishment of signal processing program,fault maintenance methods was selected.
