  • 摘要:目前,我国制种玉米收获机械化水平较低,主要依靠人力完成。为解决这一问题,设计了一种制种玉米收获台,并进行了摘穗辊转速、割台高度和收获速度的3因素3水平正交试验。试验结果表明,该收获台对于制种玉米收获达到了较好的效果。对3因素和考核指标之间的关系进行了分析,摘穗辊转速800 r/min、收获速度5 km/h、割台高度600 mm时,指标效果最佳。

  • Abstract:Level of seed corn harvest mechanization was low that had always been artificial in our country at present.In order to solve this problem,a header of corn-harvester was designed,orthogonal experiment based on three factors and three levels which included rotating speed of snapping roll,header height and harvest speed was conducted.Experimental results showed that header of seed corn-harvester had good harvest effect.Relationship between three factors and performance indicators were analyzed.Effect of indicators was best when speed of snapping roll was 800 r/min,harvest speed was 5 km/h and height of header was 600 mm.
