  • 摘要:为了研究注水深度对微孔曝气式增氧机增氧性能的影响,采用SC/T 6009—1999《增氧机增氧能力试验方法》规定的试验方法。以直径为10 m的水池作为测试平台,测试分析微孔曝气增氧机的增氧能力和功力效率,从而研究池内注水深度对微孔曝气增氧机增氧能力及动力效率的影响。结果表明,微孔曝气增氧机具有较强的增氧性能,其增氧能力随着试验水池注水深度的增加而增大;动力效率随着注水深度的增加而增加。得出水深是影响微孔曝气增氧机性能的重要因素,因此需研究出更适用于微孔曝气增氧机增氧性能试验的试验方法。

  • Abstract:In order to study the effect of water injection depth on aeration performance of microporous aerator,the test method specified in SC/T 6009—1999 Test Method for Oxygenating Capacity of Aerator was adopted,The tank with a diameter of 10 m was used as test platform to test and analyze oxygen-increasing capacity and power efficiency of the microporous aerator,so as to study influence of water injection depth in the tank on oxygen-enriching capability and dynamic efficiency of microporous aerator.Results showed that aeration aerator had a strong oxygenation performance,and its oxygenation capacity increased with the increase of water injection depth in the test tank.The dynamic efficiency increased with the depth of water injection.It was concluded that water depth was an important factor that affected performance of microporous aerator,so it was necessary to develop a test method more suitable for aerator aeration performance test.
