Development Status and Suggestions of Rice Mechanization in Hilly and Mountainous Areas of Zhejiang Province

摘要:
为适应目前浙江省丘陵山区农业发展和农业“机器换人”对农机装备技术的需求,探索一条丘陵山区水稻机械化发展道路,利用SWOT法分析影响浙江省丘陵山区水稻机械化发展的因素,总结存在的问题,提出发展思路、重点任务,并给出推进水稻机械化发展的政策建议。以“两融”“两适应”为主要路径,并采取积极有效的政策、技术等各种措施,加快浙江省丘陵山区水稻机械化发展,促进农业现代化。
Abstract:To adapt to hilly agriculture development and agriculture in Zhejiang Province "machine substitution" demand for agricultural machinery and equipment technology, problems of rice mechanization development in hilly areas of Zhejiang Province were summarized using method of SWOT analysis.Overall plan and critical task of rice mechanization development were put forward.Suggestion was given to promote rice mechanization development.To accelerate development of rice mechanization in hilly areas and promote agricultural modernization, "two harmonization" and "two adaptation" should be taken as main path with help of policy and technology combination tools.
