Reform of Food Analysis Experimental Teaching Evaluation System under Background of New Engineering

以食品分析实验课程为例,阐述新工科背景下本科生实验教学考核体系改革与实践。针对现行实验考核评价体系存在的弊端,在充分体现食品科学与工程学科特色的基础上,结合课程特点、实验体系,根据不同类型实验项目的目的要求不同,建立多元化实验考核评价体系。3届学生实践证明,该考核体系有利于引导学生自主学习,能客观公平地反映学生实际实验水平,激发学生的学习热情与兴趣。考核评价体系以学生发展为中心,有利于提高人才培养质量,项目值得进一步推广和研究。
Abstract:Taking food analysis experiment course as an example, reform and practice of undergraduate experimental teaching assessment system under background of new engineering was expounded.In view of shortcomings of current experimental assessment and evaluation system, on the basis of fully reflecting characteristics of food science and engineering, combining characteristics of curriculum and experimental system, and according to different objectives and requirements of different types of experimental projects, a diversified experimental assessment and evaluation system was established.The practice of three sessions of students has proved that assessment system was conducive to guiding students to learn independently, objectively and fairly reflecting students' actual experimental level, and stimulating students' enthusiasm and interest in learning.Assessment and evaluation system focused on student development, which was conducive to improving quality of talent training.The project was worth further promotion and research.
