Present Situation and Suggestions of Digital Agriculture Development in Hebi City

摘要:
鹤壁市在数字农业建设方面探索了模式,创新总结了经验,但在数字农业建设和应用方面还存在资源整合不充分、新技术应用不足、系统建设滞后、示范带动作用不强等问题。围绕如何紧跟国家战略、用活上级政策、强化顶层设计,将信息技术深入赋能农业生产、农业经营、农业管理和农业服务,打造数字农业建设“鹤壁模式”,按照“13456+N”的架构进行规划建设,进一步探索服务农业农村高质量发展,全面推进生产智能化、经营网络化、管理数据化、服务在线化。
Abstract:Hebi City has explored the mode in construction of digital agriculture, innovated and summarized the experience, but there were still some problems in construction and application of digital agriculture, such as insufficient resource integration, insufficient application of new technologies, lagging system construction, weak demonstration and driving effect, etc. Focusing on how to closely follow national strategy, make use of superior policies, strengthen top-level design, deeply empower agricultural production, agricultural operation, agricultural management and agricultural services with information technology, a "Hebi model" for digital agriculture construction was created, planning and construction was carried out in accordance with "13456+N" framework, in order to further explore high-quality agricultural and rural development, and comprehensively promote intelligent production, networked management, digitalized management and online services.
