Exploration on Implementation of Ideological and Political Teaching Cases in "Modern Instrumental Analysis Technology" Course

摘要:
“现代仪器分析技术”课程是食品检验检测技术专业的核心课程,迫切需要深度挖掘提炼其知识体系中蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵。围绕坚定学生理想信念、优化课程思政内容供给,形成了“爱国主义”和“职业道德”2个思政教育案例。通过案例实施和效果反馈的详细阐述,探索了授课过程中专业知识与思政元素有机融合的实践,以期为其他专业课课程思政的实施提供参考。
Abstract:As core course of food inspection and testing technology, "Modern Instrumental Analysis Technology" course urgently needs to explore and refine ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in knowledge system. Focusing on strengthening students' ideals and optimizing supply of ideological and political content, two ideological and political education cases of "patriotism" and "professional ethics" have been formed. Through detailed elaboration of case implementation and effect feedback, organic integration practice of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements in teaching process was explored. It could also provide a reference for implementation of ideological and political education in other professional courses.
