Abstract:
Modern physical agricultural engineering technology system researched in the paper includes three aspects:technology and equipment development,technology extension and technical application of modern physical agriculture.Based on the methods of literature analysis,experts interview and on-the-spot investigation,the paper summarized the main technologies and the situation of equipment R & D and extension,researched the technical application pattern of modern physical agricultural engineering technology.Through fuzzy appraisal method,pointed out the problems of modern physical agriculture in our country at present.It concluded that we should strengthen the discipline construction,promote equipment productivity,speed up the Sci & Tech payoffs transformation and establish the supporting mechanism of equipment application to promote the development of the system.

Abstract:
This paper have designed the whole structure of round baler with prepressing device. The whole baler was composed of drive system,pickup, feeder, bale chamber, twine and tying mechanism, hydraulic system, autocontrol system,bale discharger,and so on. At the same time,analyzed the characteristic of bale chamber,designed the whole structure drive system,described the gyropilot process of the baler, expatiated the function of pickup, feeder,rollers, twine and tying mechanism.

Abstract:
The mechanization of agriculture is an important section of the modern agriculture.In this article the paper put forward the constrained aspects of agricultural mechanization development.Such as the total power of farm machinery,the support degree of the agriculture mechanization from the government,the degree of farm machinery socialization service,the net income per capital of the peasant,the education level of peasant.The paper uses gray system theory to analyze connection among the key point of the present mechanization of agriculture development.The conclusions of comparisive research indicate that the degree of farm machinery socialization service and the agriculture mechanization level is highly related more and more.

Abstract:
Agricultural intensification is the effective way of improving grain outputs,and China′s agriculture is moving towards to intensification.In order to alleviate the sharp contradictions between rapid increasing population and relative shortage of the cultivated land resources,agricultural intensification will be the direction of agricultural development in China.With the support of GIS technology,the paper utilized entropy method to determine the index weights,and made use of the multi-objective synthesis evaluation model to analyze the longitudinal comparison and spatial distribution of degree of agricultural intensification in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The results indicated that vertical years basically presented the rising trend in the shape of ladder,in 2009 various counties and cities had significant difference on the degree of agricultural intensification,mainly showing the rising distribution rule from south to north.The evaluation results could provide scientific proofs for agricultural production administration and agricultural scale management in the research area.

Abstract:
Biogas fermented dry or wet law both productivity is a high efficiency way.But Its daily processing capacity is lower than burn and landfill.It can not be used in rapidly processing large city garbage and countryside agriculture.Using prehomogenization stacked biogas dry fermentation is the way to solve this problem.On a lot of junk pile of organic raw materials in the beginning,advance the ingredients pH value,CN deployment,and temperature is kept in a preliminary control and prehomogenization piled up is to make rapid processing organic wastes and quickly and efficiently ferment produce gas meanses.Biogas passes simple purification processing can merge into the city gas pipeline,or used to generate electricity.Far from gas network place biogas liquefaction also can let practitioners get considerable economic effect.

Abstract:
This paper focused on introducing an high concentrations of micro-power continuous (HMC)biogas fermentation device from the system of pretreatment,stir,spray,gas collection,temperature increase with solar,purification and the use of biogas fermentative residues.It discussed the application of this device in two cases of demonstration parks in Jinan.With analysis and comparison,we can come to conclusion that this device has the advantages of reasonable design,simple structure,convenient management and stable gas production.It can be used in different circular agriculture park widely.

Abstract:
This paper reviewed the recent progress on the sunflower in China.The main problems of China sunflower industry were fewer processing enterprises and smaller manufacturing sector,lack of confection hybrids with high yield,high quality and high resistance to diseases and insects,fewer investment,extensive management and serious diseases,insects and weeds,slowly in varieties updating and commercializing of research findings,disordered market and unreasonable rotating system. The future research priorities and strategy were also proposed.

Tartrazine content in beverage was determined,from analyzing the uncertainty and evaluating every affecting factor,the main factor affecting the determination uncertainty of tartrazine content in beverage is measurement repeatability,then are coefficient of recovery and fitting of specification curve.The result is that tartrazine content in beverage is(103.5?3.5)mgkg,k=2.

It is important to fertilize in farm field that the information of soil nutrient are fast gotten by soil tool.Soil tests provide a scientific basis for evaluating available plant nutrients in farmland and analyses of soil samples can help farmers fine-tune nutrient applications from fertilizers and save money and protect the environment.Soil tool is an important instrument in the process of soil sampling,its performance quality decides the soil sample′s quality.This research is aim at carrying experiments on five kinds of soil tool(designed by College of Engineering,South China Agricultural University),and gather the information of the different soil tool.The information is mainly about sampling performance of the soil tool,so we can make further improvement to the tool.According to the test,No.1,a soil tool which has good sampling performance is given out for soil sampling in farmland.

This paper introduces the combine walk transmission load simulation test-bed which uses frequency control of the motor as a power source,magnetic powder brake and gear combinations as loader.Industrial computer controls the size of magnetic powder brake load torque through the analog input and output card,and loads torque and speed through the torque speed sensor,and displays in the industrial machine in real-time.This test-lab can finish the programming automatic loading tests of the complex condition.

Automation degree is not high in some enterprise,product transportation and weighing is basically artificially operation.This kind of method by using artificial transportation and measurement need a lot of manpower and material resources,labor intensity of worker is very big,production efficiency is low and not suitable for modern production requirements.This paper puts forward a production line (24 machines position on the production units)carries on the product transportation by chain conveyor closed rail ground transportation,and products in the transport process carries on the automatic metering method.So,consider the production requirement of process and the improvement of the environment and production cost can afford.Save labor intensity,and counting,make for modern computing accurate mass production.
The Spatio-temporal Analysis of Oilseed Yield of Shandong Province

Abstract:
Spatial model from perspective,the study performed the Moran′I computerization to analyze the spatial autocorrelation characteristics of the oilseed yield on country level,based on the data about oilseed yield of 87 country units in Shandong province.Results showed that the Moran′ I coefficient 40 country units with oilseed yield has obvious clustering characteristics,the autocorrelation of the other country units was not evident.On the other hand,the study also carried out to predict the total oilseed yield with ARMA(2,1,2)model on basis of time series data,in order to explore the trend of the total oilseed yield in Shandong province,the average relative error between observation value and prediction value is 2.12% only using statistical oilseed yield data,which were gathered annually over the course of 31 years between 1978 and 2008.In a word,Moran′ I coefficient and ARMA(2,1,2)model can fairly clarify the spatial and temporal status of oilseed yield.What′s more,the study is to provide a better understanding of spatial and temporal patterns of oilseed yield in Shandong province.

Abstract:
In this study,We took JiTian-6 as the materials,randomized block design with three replications was used and Fertilizer for the decision variable which researched on the yield formation of the Sweet corn.Through researching on the Main Agronomic Characters of JiTian-6,the results showed as follows:the effects of different fertilizations on individual plant botany properties(ear length,ear diameter,long and pointed convex)were evident.This is also the main reason for the difference among individual plants.Raising the level of fertilization has a significant effect on improving yield of sweet corn,manifested as increasing single ear yield,thus increasing the overall yield.
The Application of Coated Compound Fertilizer on N Utilization Efficiency and Yield of Summer Maize

Abstract:
No nitrogen as control,seven nitrogen rates were designed to investigate the effects of rates and methods of coated compound fertilizer(CCF)on N utilization efficiency and yield of the summer maize in a randomized design.The result showed that,leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,grain yield and grain protein yield of the summer maize were getting more increase with the increasing of N application rate.At the same nitrogen level,the grain yield and N utilization efficiency all were :bottom application of CCF> side dressing between the rows of CCF>normal urea.And the grain yield,grain protein yield and N utilization efficiency applied with CCF by bottom applying were 9.6%~12.4%,12.0%~19.0%,16.1%~26.8% higher than that applied by side dressing between the rows,respectively.In conclusion,using CCF 225 kg hm2 was benefit to increase the use efficiency of nitrogen,and the yield of maize.
The Survey Results about the Number of Cotton Plant Bug Using UNIVAC Portable Suction Insects Sampling System

Abstract:
In order to check the survey effect about the number of cotton plant bug using UNIVAC portable suction insects sampling system,we made a test in Dafeng City,Jiangsu Province in 2010 ,during the occuring of the first generation and the second generation 4、5 age nymph in broad beans ( Vicia faba L.) fields and TongHao(Chrysanthemum coronarium L.) fields.The results show the insect number using insects sampling system is higher or equal to the number using conventional shoot,and this way we get different age nymph and adult of cotton plant bug,but it damaged 1~4 age nymphs.Therefore,we suggest that we use the insects sampling system after 3 age nymph peak as far as possible;Sampling unit adopt 1m2 suction each point in the broad bean field,0.25m2 suction each point in TongHao field ,and we should try to pump plant upper (head or bloom);Shorten the suction time so that to reduce the damage to the worm body that caused by long operation and the equipment shake.Also we give some suggestions to improve the equipment.

Design and Control of Metering System and Furrow Openers for Garlic Planter

Abstract:
Presently,the garlic planter is an 8-row type.This research has focused on increasing the planter capacity by reducing the draft of the planter,increasing the field efficiency by increasing the optimum number of rows and increasing the uniformity of the seed.For the 10-row garlic planter,the test results obtained from the farmer′s field were based on the following criteria:working speed 1.68kmh,height of the seed delivery tube above ground level 30cm,which was the lowest variation.The field capacity was 0.13hm2h and plant spacing was 11.73cm.The percentage of slip was 10.36%.The furrow opener is a shoe type,placed in two lines with spacing of 250mm between the lines.It gave a constant draft force of about 10.3Nrow.The percentage of germination was 74.57%.The average yield was 26919 kghm2,whilst the average yield of planting by the farmer was 30419 kghm2.The precision value for human planting was 20.93% while the 10-row garlic planter was 21.0%,on average.

Abstract:
A manually operated low pressure low cost (LPLC) drip system was developed from locally available materials using KB pipes,KB pressure treadle pump,pressure drum with microtubes and medical infusion set.The field experiments were conducted and effect of various independent parameters such as vegetative growth,hydraulic performance,crop water requirements,water use efficiency,and cost economics were evaluated on different aspects for tomato and broccoli.The developed system has payback period of one season only with benefit to cost(BC)ratio of 1.59 to 5.31.Thus,appropriate,affordable,divisible,accessible,low operation and maintenance cost,user friendly LPLC drip irrigation system is a good alternative for small land holders.
