Abstract:

‘The contradiction between the working class and the peasant class in socialist society is resolved by the method of collectivization and mechanization in agriculture’in‘On Contradiction’(August 1937)from‘Selected Works of Mao Tse-Tung’.All the time,that was recognized as the first discussion‘agricultural mechanization’ with Chinese Communists in agricultural machinery industry in the modern history.August 11,2011,from the Communist Party Literature Research Center confirmed,‘On Contradiction’born 1937‘Dialectic Materialism,(teaching outline)’in‘Contradictory Unity Rule’,which reads‘the contradiction between the proletariat and the peasants is resolved by the socializing agriculture’,the text no‘agricultural mechanization’.About‘agricultural mechanization’was used,Mao Zedong supplied supplement and modifies for‘On Contradictions’pre-publication.False consciousness was revised by this discovery in agricultural sector in China.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
At 60℃ and 70℃,the reaction kinetics of methyl esterification preparation of biodiesel from tea seed oil was studied with mole ratio of methanol to oil 9∶1 and KOH catalyst dosage(mass percent of oil)1.0%.A macro-kinetic equation for the methyl esterification of tea seed oil was established based on the equation of curve fitted by Origin software.The experimental results show that the reaction order of methyl esterification of tea seed oil is 1.3,the reaction activation energy is 29.22 kJmol and frequency factor is 2.5×104 mol·L-1·min-1.

Abstract:
Intracellular polysaccharide of enriched selenium Cordyceps militaris used as material,with the methods of Pyrogallol,Fenton and the function of scavenging DPPH,studied the antioxidant capability of enriched selenium intracellular polysaccharide of C.militaris.The result showed:the polysaccharide abundant with selenium had better functions of scavenging superoxide anion radical,hydroxyl radical and DPPH.Compared with the control,the capability of scavenging radical was significant for the selenium polysaccharide.From the point of the radical type,compared with the control,the capability of scavenging DPPH was the highest,followed by hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.

Determination of Soil Nitrate Nitrogen Ion Chromatography

Abstract:
This paper was established a method to analyze the nitrate nitrogen content in soil by ion chromatography.The different sample treating conditions were compared and then an optimized method was built.Soil samples were extracted by 0.01 molL calcium chloride solution in a sampleextraction ratio(VW)of 1∶5 with oscillating water bath for 30min in 20~25℃.Then the nitrate nitrogen was separated by anion exchange chromatography with KOH as elution buffer,and then detected by electrical conductivity detector.The results of accuracy and exactitude experiments showed that this method could be used to determination of nitrate nitrogen in most kinds of soil.

Abstract:
Hydraulic conductivity is the conduct capacity of water movement in soil;it is an important parameter to reflecting the relationship of unsaturated soil hydraulic conductivity with water content or matric potential.Two kinds of soil tests carried out three times by using TS-4 type soil hydraulic conductivity test system.The results showed that the automatic measurement system had properties of convenient and efficient,high precision.It provides an effective method for laboratory simulation of unsaturated soil water movement parameter determination experiment.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to verify the relationship between regional development and spatial differentiation of land use,by analyzing unbalanced development area.Weifang city was taken as a study area in the project,this paper constructed an evaluating model by principle components analysis and cluster analysis methods,summarize rules of spatial differentiation of land use by applying landscape patterns analysis method,studied that relationship by adopting correlation analysis method finally.The results explained that patch density(PD)and landscape fractal dimension(PAFRAC)had a strong correlation with regional development.It was concluded that regional development was closely linked with spatial pattern changes of land use,which could be reflected by PD and PAFRAC well.

Taking Zaoyang city,Hubei province as a case,index system of land health evaluation was established .and land health status were assessed in 12 townships by Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process method and composite index method.The results showed that Wudian town and Xinglong town were healthy zone,Xinshi town and Taiping town were unhealthy zone,the others were sub-healthy zone.And then,relevant policy recommendations were made based on evaluation results.It is proved guidance for healthy and sustainable land-use in Zaoyang city.

Abstract:
According to the current trend of mechanization in harvesting rape and the agronomic requirements,the key component of the 4SY-1.8 rape windrower-conveyer handling systems had been designed,the main structural and operating parameters of conveying and placement system,including telescopic cylinder,roller stand,conveying belt,making swath device and so on had been analyzed and confirmed.The field test indicated that the average angle of stem placement was 50.33°,it could satisfy the agronomic requirement of different rape harvesting stages and the mechanical picking up follow-up operation.

Abstract:
When a centrifugal fan of snow remover works,there is a three-dimensional,unsteady and incompressible gas-solid two-phase flow in the fan.Based on vehicle parameters and snow removing requirements,a centrifugal fan of snow remover was designed and its internal flow field was simlated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),which preliminarily reveals its velocity and pressure distributions.Then the optimization analysis was carried out on its structure and a centrifugal fan with high efficiency was four pieces of blades and 10° backward.

Abstract:
Diesel is the main input in agricultural production. In recent years,diesel prices have risen up,increasing agricultural production costs therefore,raising the risks of price fluctuations of agricultural products.Through the analysis of the characteristics of diesel consumption,it becomes clear that agricultural diesel consumption shows an uptrend,with significant product differentiation and regional difference.In this paper,the authors create a panel data model to analyze factors affecting agricultural diesel consumption.The empirical results indicate that the mechanical power of agriculture and agricultural mechanization level are the main factors that impact the regional agricultural diesel consumption.The two factors are positively correlated respectively with agricultural unit diesel consumption.To solve the problems of excessive consumption and lack of provision,this paper tries to provide some suggestions.
