Virtual Simulation Design of Double-fork Feeding Transfer Mechanism of Straw Baler

Abstract:
For exploring the motion rules of feeding transfer mechanism of straw baler,transfer process of double-fork feeding transfer mechanism was analyzed.Positional equation of feeding transfer mechanism was established,and basic parameters were determined preliminarily. Solid modeling,virtual assembly and examination interference were achieved by using Solidworks software.Action simulates and kinetic characteristics analyses of double-fork feeding transfer mechanism were completed by using ADAMS virtual simulation technology.Motion loci of feeding fork top and crank-turning angle changes of feeding fork endpoint were obtained.Kinetic characteristics of double-fork feeding transfer were revealed.It provides some references for design of feeding transfer mechanism of straw baler.

Abstract:
A two-dimensional platform control system was designed based on Googoltech GTS motion controller,software development and hardware constitution was described. In this system,motion controller acted core,and PC+MCC mode was adopted. Interactive software was programmed under the environment of VB6.0. Pulse frequency was dynamically changed,and rotating speed and veer were controlled by calling function from movement function library.Platform could be precisely controlled by utilizing grating ruler as linear displacement sensor.This system was not only enhanced real time property and speed,but also easy-to-use.
Cooling Effects with Fan-Pad Ventilated in Plastic Greenhouse

Abstract:
It is very important to know the cooling effect and temperature distribution with wet pad and fan system in agricultural production greenhouse in hot weather summer in Jiaxing region. An experiment was conducted to measure the related factors such as solar radiation,temperature inside and outside in a multi-span plastic greenhouse with an area of 3 072 m2 and equipped with 8 fans.Results indicates that in the situation of 62% relative humidity of outside the fan and pad system had a significant cooling effect with combination utilization of solar shading screens,and the mean temperature inside the greenhouse could be cooled down 4.8 ℃.As to temperature distribution,there was a temperature gradient of 0.063 ℃m and around 2.5 ℃ difference horizontally from pad to fan. Vertical temperature gradient also occurred in greenhouse center location with a temperature difference of 2.6 ℃ between two temperature sensors in 2 m height difference.
Cr(VI) Removal by Hematite with Bacillus subtilis and Related Microbial Activity

Abstract:
Growth of Bacillus subtilis BSn5 had been investigated in LB medium at different doses of Cr(VI)with or without hematite. Metabolic heat flux decreased with increasing of Cr(VI)concentration,indicated that subtilis BSn5 reduced their metabolic activity to enhance cellular detoxification ability.Cell growth and total thermal effect had been successfully employed simultaneously to assess the effect of Cr(VI)on Bacillus subtilis BSn5 in the absence and presence of hematite.Relative removal capacity and removal intensity of hematite for Cr(VI)were higher with Bacillus subtilis BSn5 than that without Bacillus subtilis BSn5,demonstrated that it was possible to reduce the toxicity of Cr(VI)in contaminated environment by applying a combined approach of hematite and Bacillus subtilis BSn5.
Effects of Enzyme Preparation on Gel Strength and Texture of Nemipterus virgatus Surimi

Abstract:
The impacts of TGase on the gel strength and texture of Nemipterus virgatus surimi were studied through texture analysis,HE Dyeing,and TPA(Texture Profile Analysis)combining with sensory evaluation. It was found that the microstructure of Nemipterus virgatus surimi changed significantly when TGase was added,which was confirmed by more compact texture and smaller pores.Rheological characteristic parameters including instant elastic modulus(E0,E1,E2),viscous modulus(η1,η2),and gel strength increased considerably,especially the gel strength.The maximum of gel strength reached 5.14 N·cm with the addition of 0.4% TGase.It was concluded that gel strength,chewiness,and cohesiveness of Nemipterus virgatus surimi were better when 0.4% TGase was added. In addition,TGase could decrease the water loss of Nemipterus virgatus surimi remarkably,but the concentration of TGase showed no significant difference.
Extraction and Antioxidative Activity of Polysaccharide in Pleurotus eryngii

Abstract:
Optimal parameters of polysaccharide extraction from fresh Pleurotus eryngii using the solvent extract were obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal teats.The optimum conditions were temperature 70 ℃,extract time 1.5 h,ethanol concentration 75%.According to the analysis of extract,the yield of polysaccharide from fresh Pleurotus eryngii was 2.33%.Antioxidant activity about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was measured. The clearance rate of hydroxyl radical scavenging about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was 35.76%.

Abstract:
Plastic mulched drip irrigation technique(PMDIT)has been used widely in Xinjiang because of its high water and fertilizer use efficiencies,and feasible-to-be-mechanized operation in the field. However,lots of problems such as low emergence rate(resulted from the low temperature and soil crust near the film holes for the growth of cotton seedlings)。waste films pollution to the soils and weak adversity resistance(resulted from the shallow roots and high ratio of shoots and roots)were gradually found when using the PMDIT in the practical production.Based on analyzing and summarizing available research results and practical experiences,a technique,combining the double degradable films mulch with the subsurface drip irrigation,was put forward to solve the problems and improve the extensively used PMDIT at present in this study.Technique should be helpful for enhancing the emergence rate and adversity resistance ability of cotton,and reducing waste films pollution to the soils.However,some specific measures(for example,the mulching methods and determination of the degradation duration of the degradable films,and the rational irrigation schedule,etc.)related to the practical application of the technique need further research.

Economic Benefit Evaluation on Rural Construction Land Reclamation Engineering in Chongqing City

Abstract:
To explore the change rule of economic benefit of rural construction land reclamation engineering in Chongqing,five districts of hilly and low mountain region of project type in western and low mountain region of project type in eastern of Chongqing were chosen as the study objects,and analytic hierarchy process was(AHP)used to study the the economic benefit of five regions reclamation project.The results showed that the economic benefit of hilly and low mountain region of project type in western was better than the low mountain region of project type in eastern of Chongqing,and the economic benefit evaluation of five districts which were Hechuan Distract,Zhongxian County,Qijiang Distract,Youyang County,and Wushan County were 0.722,0.618,0.538,0.605,0.226.There were agreement of weight of direct and indirect economic benefit among five districts,but the farmer′s economic benefit weight was different.Except for Wushan County,the farmer′s economic benefit had bigger weight in reclamation economic benefit in other four districts,which was about 0.430.The economic benefit of different districts of rural construction land reclamation project was different,in order to make full use of the land resources,the different policies should be made for rural construction land reclamation in different district,and the urban and rural development of Chongqing would be promoted.

Effect of Different Light Qualities on Sugarcane Tissue Culture Seedling

Abstract:
Effects of different LEDs light qualities and plant growth light on sugarcane tissue culture seedling were studied.Results showed that multiplication and rootage of sugarcane with treatment of mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue were better than those with treatment of LED red,LED blue,LED green and white.And some features of plant material with treatment of mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue,such as adventitious bud multiplication, adventitious bud morphology,total dry weight during multiplication stage, pigment content,and rooted seedlings qualities,were better than those with treatment of fluorescent light. So mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue could replace fluorescent light and be used in the future sugarcane plantlet mass production.There was no significant difference between cultivate with plant growth light and with fluorescent light.
Establishment of Regeneration System in Vitro Culture of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni

Abstract:
Establishment method of tissue culture and regeneration system of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni were studied by using leaves and stem as explants.Results indicated that stem used as explant was superior to leaf in tissue culture.Optimum medium for stem to induce callus and multiple shoots was MS+0.5 mgL 6-BA+0.5 mgL NAA+3% sucrose+0.7% agar.Based on orthogonal experiment,most important factor on inducing cluster buds was macroelement,next was 6-BA,sucrose,and the least was NAA.Optimum medium for rooting was MS+0.25 mgL IBA+0.2 mgL NAA+3% sucrose+0.7% agar+0.3 mgL activated carbon.Appropriate activated-carbo concentration could obviously increase root rate.

Competitiveness of Ningbo agro-industry was analysed through constructing market share rate,location quotient,ratio of gross output value of agro-industry and gross output value of agriculture.The result showed that market share rate of Ningbo agro-industry decreased year by year.According to location quotient,Ningbo agro-industry has no competitive advantage during 2005 to 2010,and decreased year by year also.But from the analysis on the ratio of gross output value of agro-industry and gross output value of agriculture,value creation ability and processing degree of Ningbo agro-industry were far beyond the national average.So we should change the development of agriculture concept,further enhance the recognition of developing Ningbo agro-industry,give full play to the government in promoting the Competitiveness of Ningbo agro-industry,standard the land requisition flow,develop and protect land resources effectively,adhere to the combination of origin pretreating and deep processing,cultivate innovation ability of the enterprise,and expand the value of creativity of Ningbo agro-industry.
