Abstract:
The agricultural diesel engine worked for long time in bad environment of high torque,high mechanical load and thermal load,high dust,and more than 85% of the engine had fault,such as early wear,fuel consumption high,unable to work,and the vast majority of above cases were related to air intake system design.Based on the actual production,through the author′s experiences for many years engaging in engine air intake system supporting and designing,the agricultural diesel engine intake system supporting,design principles and methods,and matched typical examples of application were described,in order to providing reference for the agricultural machinery design professionals and user.

Abstract:
Problems of agricultural machinery technology training were studied by field survey and in-depth interviews in Guang′an city.The results showed that agricultural machinery technology training of Guang′an city have many problems.For example,strength of training teachers is very weak,enthusiasm of farmer training is not high,training facilities are incomplete,training funds are shortage.Some measures like increasing funds investment,organizing and managing elaborately,strengthening leadership and advocacy and targeted training were proposed to provide reference for agricultural machinery technical training of Guang′an city.

Abstract:
Agricultural mechanization is the only way for the modernization of agriculture,and development of agricultural mechanization must coordinate relationship between agricultural machinery and agricultural technology.In order to continuously improve overall agricultural productivity,consolidate stable development of agriculture,and continuously increase income of farmer,combination of agricultural machinery and agricultural technology must be strengthened.Based on analyzing necessity and importance of blending agricultural machinery and agricultural technology,ways were proposed,including establish long-term mechanism about blending,promote subject research,concentrate on blending,and strengthen educational training.

Abstract:
With analysis of greenhouse environment and control method,intelligent control system was designed,which was fitted to greenhouse in Northied China.Design structure was of distributed master-slave mode.STM32F103VCT6 was MCU core,which carried a lot of peripheral module.Mission of computer was to achieve the orders of customer and information collection,in order to realize real-time telemetry,adjustment and control.With the greenhouse environment monitoring to guarantee the growth condition of the crop,scientific,efficient and intelligent management of the greenhouse was achieved.

Abstract:
Mathematical morphology filter is a nonlinear digital filtering algorithm.It can effectively extract edge contour and geometric characteristic of signal.According to the characteristic of fault signal in rotating machinery,the morphology filter was improved.As most fault features were pulse signal,damped exponential signals were used as the structure element in morphology filter.Simulation showed that this method was efficient to extract the fault features of noise.

Abstract:
In order to explore meteorological conditions characteristics of chestnut cultivation in northern mountainous places of Tangshan,according to climate requirements of chestnut growth cycle,combined with chestnut growth characteristics and ideas of fruit-tree experts;evaluation of comprehensive advantages on chestnut growth in northern Tangshan mountain area was made using DTOPSIS method.Results showed that there was not suitable to plant chestnut in all Tangshan northern countries(cities,districts)from the climate perspective.Qianxi town was the most suitable place to plant chestnut,secondly Qian′an,then Luanxian and Zunhua.It was unfit to plant chestnut in Zunhua,Fengrun and Yutian.

Modified atmosphere packaging technology can effectively prolong the shelf life of food.Mechanism of modified atmosphere packaging technology and main protective gas(carbon dioxide,oxygen and nitrogen)were introduced.On the basis of that,application of modified atmosphere packaging in food preservation,such as livestock and fresh meat,fresh fruit and vegetable,fresh fish and prawn,baking and cooked food,were summarized.

Abstract:
A solid phase extraction method was established for preparation of antibiotics residues from chicken and pork.They were detected simultaneously using high performance liquid chromatography.The spiked recovery rate of terramycin,tetracycline,aureomycin ranged from 87.4%~97.9%,89.2%~92.7% and 89.7%~99.4% in chicken.The spiked recoveries ranged from 83.9%~97.9%,90.6%~108.0% and 98.1%~109.3% in pork.

Abstract:
Controlling principle of CNC test-bench was discussed based on motion controller.Institutional design scheme was introduced.Entire test-bench adopting modularity design had simple structure,so that it was practical and easy to maintain.Against the friction problem within precision CNC test-bench,model and simulation of the servo system was implemented by MatlabSimulink.By comparing the simulation results with the known experimental data,the feasibility design of test-bench was verified.It provides the basis for subsequent improvement.

Abstract:
Key instrument was O2 absorber in the controlled atmosphere store.Closed circuit fruits and vegetables preservation O2 elimination device was designed successfully based on introduction,digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology.With closed circuit working mode,machine was composed of frame,oxygen measuring instrument,molecular separation tank,induced draft fan,vacuum pump,filter and reversing valve,etc.This machine could decrease oxygen concentration and remove carbondioxide in storage of fruits and vegetables.Environments of low oxygen concentration and suitable carbondioxide concentration were beneficial to inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables,and that could reduce the loss of nutrients.Meanwhile,that could inhibit the propagation of pathogen and prevent the occurrence of physiological diseases.Machine had the advantages of cheap price,high automation and low energy consumption,its main performance index had reached or exceeded the international advanced level,now it had be used in lots of controlled atmosphere store in China.

Abstract:
According to the characteristices of corn planting and harvesting in Huang-huai-hai region,4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn Harvester was designed.Structure design and technical features of whole machine,transmission system and main working parts were introduced.Picker header was made with rake star-wheel and no-row corn harvesting device,and corn plants would be effectively crawled and feed methodically to picking device.Optimization design and rational distribution were carried out with corn husker,ear peeling rate was greatly improved.Actual field working test proved that 4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn harvester was in line with the national standards,and it also passed the identification of Shandong Agricultural Machinery test and appraisal station.

The MCU course is one of the main courses of mechanical major in Hunan Agricultural University,which features are strong practicality,comprehensiveness and applicability.Main problems of MCU course teaching in machine design,manufacture and automation speciality in Hunan Agricultural University were analyzed.Task-driving teaching method was proposed,and task teaching module was designed.Practice results showed that the teaching effect of task-driving teaching were better than effects of traditional teaching mode.Task-driving teaching method in MCU course was valuable to furtherly spread.
