Agritechnica is the world′s most influential agricultural exhibition event.It is known as benchmark and bellwether for international agricultural machinery industry development.In Agritechnica 2011,the organizers of DLG hand out innovation awards to 41 innovations,including 2 Innovation Gold Award and 39 Innovation Silver Award.Award-winning technologies or products were introduced.The latest trends of international agricultural industry and advanced technology were introduced to the domestic counterparts.By the contrast,we can point out gap of agricultural machinery industry to our country,and have a good development of China′s agricultural machinery researches.

Abstract:
Biological characteristics of corn seeds like structure,germination and emergence were summarized.Relationship of direction of seed in the soil and leaf growth was expounded by actual investigation.Based on agronomic research,techniques of corn mechanical precision directional precision sowing were proposed,and structure of directional and precision seed metering device was introduced.Pass rate of directional and precision sowing was more than 80% on test bed.Application of directional and precision sowing techniques can ensure planting density,but also take full advantage of the sun′s light and heat,to ensure high and stable yield of corn.

Microwave-assisted Dilute Acid Hydrolysis of Corn Straw into Reducing Sugar in Ionic Liquid[Amim]Cl

Abstract:
Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid concentration,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature and microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid medium of 1-allyl-3-methyl-iminazole chlorate ([Amim]Cl) by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that yield ratio of reducing sugar obviously increased with changes of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount and microwave parameters assisted by microwave irradiation heating.The best condition of acid hydrolysis was as follows:microwave irradiation temperature was 90 ℃,microwave irradiation time was 60 min,microwave irradiation power was 600 W and sulfuric acid amount was 10.0%,and yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 21.87% obviously higher than 16.72% of traditional dilute acid hydrolysis method.

Abstract:
Near infrared technology is one of nondestructive,rapid and green analysis technologies,and can be applied to the determination of oil and grease product as well as oil seeds quality by oil factories.The technology has brought huge economical benefits with factories.A novel domestic broadband(1 000~2 500 nm)analyzer based on near infrared reflectance spectroscopy performs well and possesses the outstanding software integrated with the functions of spectra acquisition,modeling,remote control and management.The analyzer was successfully used to determinate contents of the moisture,protein,fat and amino acids in the soybean and soybean meal.The results show that predicated values for near infrared method are correspondingly near to reference values for national standard methods and the near infrared domestic analyzer can meet the requirement of quality controls for oil and fat products as well as oil seeds.

Abstract:
Focusing on problems of information shield and subjectivity of comprehensive index evaluation in China,land health level with the theory of matter element analysis was evaluated.After analyzed the concept of land health,an index system was established based on Ecology-Economy-Society framework and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Taking Zaoyang city,Hubei Province as case.integrated assessment model was constructed with matter-element model.Consequently,the results indicated that Wudian town and Qifang town were healthy zone,Xinshi town and Taiping town are unhealthy zone,and the others were sub-healthy zone.Relevant policies and suggestions were introduced.It provides a practical guidance for healthy and sustainable land-use in Zaoyang City.
The Kinematic Analysis of Small Quantity Seeder Unit for Small Grain Crops in Seeding Process

Abstract:
Design parameters of multirow different-shaped spiral groove seeder unit,which was the core component of the small quantity precision seeder,were determinated.Kinematic and dynamic analysis of the small grain seed′s motion state,force,motion parameters were conducted in the entire metering process charge area,protection areas and drop area.Multirow different-shaped spiral groove and geometric parameters of seeding round were selected,and upright form of it was analyzed comparatively.Optimized design parameters of metering wheel under normal seeding speed were obtained.It provides a basis for design of small quantity precision seeder.

Corn straw harvester can complete operation of cutting corn stalks with two transport,feeding,rubbing silk,and collecting other project materials at a time.Main structure and working principle of the 4GRS-1000 type corn straw harvester were introduced.Structure and performance parameters of cutter drum,kneading machine,rub silk and other key components were designed.Unit forward speed and stability of machinery were analyzed.Machine can be hoisted by the 36.7~44.1 kW tractor,kneading length can be adjusted.Performance and production tests showed that the targets were to meet design and maize harvest straw rubbing silk technical requirements.

A short and no length compensation of transmission shaft with duplex fork structure were introduced, including of transmission shaft body and joint fork ears on both shaft body ends with same reference at once. Two joint fork ears were one integrated structure. Several processes (like restructuring parts, extrusion, weldment, etc.) were reduced and clamping process of two ears could finished at one step. For improving positioning accuracy and avoiding machining error, quality of parts processing are improved.

Abstract:
Performance of three tillage discs,namely standard,notched and spiral notched was evaluated in an indoor soil bin with sandy loam soil.The laboratory testing setup consisted of soil bin system and data acquisition system.Double extended octagonal ring(DEOR)transducer and torque transducer with slip rings were used for three dimensional forces and torque measurements.Three disc angles and three disc rotational speeds were considered for the study.For all the disc shapes considered,driving disc by an external power found reducing the resultant soil forces acting on the tillage disc.Different patterns of cutting edge of the tillage discs significantly affected the forces exerted on tillage disc and soil cutting action.Spiral notched disc exhibited lower values of soil reactions than notched and standard discs.The spiral cutting edge offered shear cutting action eliminating shock loads,hence providing smooth operation.Consequently,the spiral notched disc is recommended for its potential use in conservation tillage practice for efficient crop residue cutting.
Optimal Vibrating Speed of Jigsaw for Harvesting High-Bush Blueberries in Japan(Extracts)

Abstract:
High-bush blueberry does not mature all fruits at once,so it needs to be selectively harvested 3-5 times over 3-4 weeks.The new developed blueberry harvesting method employs a jigsaw,which has five dials for speed changing with a fixed stroke 18 mm,to vibrate branches for separating blueberries in Japan.In order to find out the optimal speed(dial)that can remove more ripe blueberries while less unripe blueberries efficiently,a high-speed camera was applied to record harvesting process of blueberries.Then,details of the process were collected by replaying recorded videos.After that,the optimal vibrating speed and vibrating time was determined with statistical analysis.By analyzing the five speeds,dial 2 with the speed of 1670 cpm was chosen as the optimal speed of jigsaw to vibrate each branch around 2 seconds.In that condition,it separated 87% ripe blueberries which is the same to the three high-speed dials,but only removed 24% unripe blueberries that is not significantly different from dial 1.
