The Hash table has many advantages in the search efficiency.Based on the Hash mechanism,a algorithm of dictionary search is presented.This algorithm preserves the first character GB code and saved the storage space.The algorithm satisfies the system requirements and enhances the word segmentation accuracy by establishing the one-to-many corresponding relationships of the agricultural specialized glossary and the dialect glossary in the dictionary.

A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Sudan red I-IV in sesame oil was developed.The sample was prepared by a PrepElite GV Automatic GPC cleanup-concentration system.The recovery rate was 93.1%~107.7%,RSD≤3.7%.This method is reliable and can be applied for the simultaneous determination of Sudan red I-IV in sesame oil.
Fast Determination of Seven Ginsenosides in Abstract of Panax Ginseng by HPLC

Abstract:
The method for the determination of seven ginsenosides in abstract of Panax ginseng by Kinetex core-shell column was established.The separation was performed on Phenomenex Kinetex C18 100A(50 mm×4.6 mm,2.6μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-water(B)with Linear gradient elution;at a flow rate of 1.8mL·min-1:the warelength of detector was 205nm.The column temperature was at room temperature.The calibration curve showed good linearity.The relative standard deviation of ginsenoside Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2 and Rd were 2.5%、2.9%、3.8%、1.5%、3.6%、1.9% and 2.3%.The recovery were 102.6%、99.6%、98.7%、101.3%、99.2%、98.5% and 101.8%.It has the advantage of simplicity,fast determination and less reagent consumed in determination of ginsenoside Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2 and Rd in abstract of panax ginseng.

Analysis of driving forces on land use/cover change(LUCC)is one of the hot issues at LUCC study.Sustainable development of the Hotan river basis oasis is the experimental topic with great theoretical and practical significance in the arid and semi-arid areas.Taking Hotan river basis oasis as case,based on Landsat TM/ETM+ remote sensing images in 1994 and 2008,land use changes were extracted and analyzed with GIS technology in the Hotan river basis oasis in 1994 and 2008.It provides a reference for research region land sustainable use and urban development planning for the future.
Engineering Technologies of Rural Obsolescent Toft Reclamation in Hilly Area of Southwest China

Abstract:
Although reclamation of rural obsolescent toft has become more and more pervasive in China,there are no specific criteria about the key technology in the process of reclamation.Based on investigation and research of 54 reclamation area sites in Longmen Town of Kai County,Chongqing city,engineering measures of residence demolishment,waste treatment technology and earthwork balance project of plots during the process of rural obsolescent toft reclamation were proposed and discussed.And characteristices of rural Obsolescent toft are taken into consideration in the discussion,such as the area of the site is too small and the distrbution is too scattered.Suggestions are as follows:①engineering measures of residence demolishment should be more nichetargeting for different types of house.And available materials,such as bricks and stone slabs,which are removed from discarded rural obsolescent toft,should be recycle according to the related engineering design;②waste treatment technologies mainly include four different kinds of ways;③soil in earthwork balance project of plots can be furnished by four various ways.Results could provide a reference to the rational implementation of similar reclamation projects.

Grain-filling Rate of Maize Hybrid Variety Jidan180 and Its Parental Lines

Abstract:
Using Jidan 180 and its parental lines Mo17,Ji 853 as test materials, the rate of grain-filling on maize was studied.Results showed that the maximal filling rates of Jidan 180,Mo17 and Ji 853 were observed on 25 days after pollination,and there were significant differences among their peak values and the other′s at different periods.The reason of high and stable yield on Jidan 180 is that its each parental line had a small peak at the end of grain filling.Through the research,showed that Tangsipingtou×Lancaster is a model of superiority combination on maize and offer a direction in improved varieties of selection.And some cultivation measures on high yield were put forward according to experiment results of Jidan 180.

Abstract:
PN07-7 was a new Waxy Corn Variety bred by crossing with the parental combined corn inbred line PN31 as female parent with inbred line PN29 as male parent by Pingliang Institute of Agricultural Science.In 2008—2011,the average yield of fresh ears of Waxy Corn Variety PN07-7 was 20 361 kg/hm2 and 10 percent higher than the check Zhongnuo 1 in the corn variety comparative test.The results indicationed that the seed grain content moisture,crude starch,crude protein,crude fat and lysine were 70%,833.1 g/kg,85.3 g/kg,43.5 g/kg,3.56 g/kg,respectively.It is suitable to plant in the region river water and fertilizer-rich dryland at an altitude of 1 500 meters below.
