Abstract:
Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature,microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid [Bmim]Br by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that the best conditions of acid hydrolysis were as follows:sulfuric acid amount 100%,ionic liquid volume 100 mL,microwave irradiation power 600 W,microwave irradiation temperature 85℃,microwave irradiation time 60 min,and the yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 2246% obviously higher than yield ratio of reducing sugar not only by traditional dilute acid hydrolysis but also by microwave irradiation heating in [Amim]Cl or [Bmim]Cl ionic liquid.

Abstract:
The pretreatment of plants samples is rather complicated,timeconsuming,cumbersome,and energyconsuming.In this study,the high permeability of microwave heating is used in the digestion and extraction of sweet potato samples with 1 molL hydrochloride as a solvent.With the 20 percent of the strontium chloride as the testudo for silicon and phosphorus interference ions,the calcium purity in the sweet potato extract was determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry.The effects of the ratio,the microwave power and the extraction time on the calcium extraction were discussed.Each factor was optimized by orthogonal test:the ratio is 1∶70,the microwaveassisted extracting time is 5 min and the extracting power is 440 W.Compared with the conventional method,the microwaveassisted method is simple,less energyconsuming,and less timeconsuming.The extraction result is satisfactory,and can be applied to other plant extraction.

Abstract:
Multidisciplinary participation and touching on many interest groups were the most notable characteristics of rural land consolidation project.To explore laws of rural land consolidation benefits from different perspectives,evaluation index system of rural land consolidation benefits was builded,and AHP was used to determine index weight.From three perspectives of administrative,owner unit and farmers,quantifiable differences of rural land consolidation benefits for different interest groups were discussed.Results showed that different perspectives on economic benefit weights were the farmers>the government>the owner unit,and values were 0637,0550 and 0250,respectively.The social benefits weights were the government>the farmers>the owner unit,and values were 0500 0、0258 3 and 0209 8,respectively.And the ecological landscape benefit weights were the government>owner unit>farmers,and values were 0250 0、0240 2 and 0104 7,respectively.Upon the same sort of the second levels,hierarchy total order of evaluation index factor of three perspectives had difference value weights,the weight values were 0375 7,0182 4,0201 9,0240 0,0375 7,0182 4,0240 0,0201 9,0542 0,0139 9,0159 0 and 0159 0,respectively.Different perspectives on rural land consolidation were difference between single benefit and integrated benefit.
Finite Element Modal Analysis of Vibration for Mountain Miniature Corn Planter Frame Based on NASTRAN

Abstract:
Frame of mountain miniature corn planter has complex vibration deformation issues while sowing,and this issue should seriously decrease uniformity of plant spacing.Taking the 2BFQ2 type mountain miniature corn planter,independently developed by our institution,as the research object,3D model and finite element model of the frame was built based on UGNX75,and modals of frame were analyzed by using NASTRAN solver.Finally,natural frequency,total amplitude and main vibration mode were calculated,and then output cloud picture of displacement of each natural frequency.Results provide theoretical basis for frame subsequent designation and vibration reduction,and it is important to enhancing the uniformity of plant spacing and the sowing stability.

Abstract:
Taking Zhenghuangruo 2 as sample,topdressing nitrogen amount,using proportion and slowrelease fertilizer effects were discussed.Results showed that 180 kghm2 nitrogen application as base fertilizer increased yield by 310% than 90 kghm2 nitrogen with equal amount of phosphorus fertilizer.270 kghm2 and 225 kghm2 nitrogen application as base fertilizer had not significant difference,but had significant difference with other treatments.Optimum fertilizer application ratio of base fertilizer,jointing stage topdressing and flare opening stage topdressing was 8:4:0 with 180 kghm2 nitrogen fertilizer during whole growth period,and had the highest yield and nitrogen efficiency.Plant characters in each treatment compared with control that had varying degrees of increase by using slowrelease nitrogen fertilizers.Effects and economic efficiency were the highest with 180 kghm2 slowrelease nitrogen fertilizers during whole growth period.

Development and Storage Stability of Non-Fermented Whey Litchi Health Drinks(Extracts)

Abstract:
Wheylitchi health drinks were developed by using whey and litchi juice and their physicochemical analysis and storage stability were evaluated.Four formulations(sugar 5% and 75%,litchi pulp 6% and 8%,pectin 07%)based on preliminary trials were made and evaluated for their storability at(7±1)℃ for physicochemical,microbial properties and organoleptic qualities every seven days till 35 days.There were increases in total soluble solids,total acidity,reducing sugar and total sugar and decreases in pH and total solids while fat and protein content did not change during storage.Water activities were found to be below 080 and bacteriological deterioration i.e.standard plate count was less than 30 000 cfumL which is in the acceptable range of food safety.All the products were accepted sensorily even after 35 days storage period,but the treatment with combination of sugar and pulp levels of 5% and 8% respectively gave the best organoleptic score.
