Potato Planter with Intelligent Monitoring Seeding System

Abstract:
An intelligent monitoring system used in potato planters was developed to solve leakage problem caused by empty seed spoons in sowing.This system adopted touch sensors to detect potato pieces in seed spoons in real-time,then judged if it leaded after software logical analysis.Leakage was warned for each line in real time.Leakage rate was calculated,and area of each work space was recorded.Field experiments proved that this system had an excellent performance,and greatly improved efficiency of planters.Its high production efficiency can be capable of the needs of large-scale planting and fill a gap in the potato planting field domestically.

With the fast development of biogas industry in China,how to use the biogas to achieve greater economic benefits is one of key factors affecting development model shift of middle and large scale biogas plants from environment protection mode to energy generation mode.The usage of biogas is changing from fueling combined heat and power generator engines to upgrading biogas to bio-methane.Biogas purification and upgrading is one of the high value applications of biogas.Bio-methane can be used as compressed natural gas and vehicle fuel.This paper summarizes the development of biogas purification industry at home and abroad.The technologies for removal of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide are also reviewed.

QuEChERS-HPLC for Determination of Carbendazim Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract:
A method was established for determination carbendazim residues in fruits and vegetables by HPLC,carbendazim was extracted by acetonitrile,PSA (primary secondary amine,N-propyl ethylenediamine) and the C18 filler was used as purification and this pre-treatment method was called QuEChERS method.The results showed the linear correlation coefficient of carbendazim standard was 1.0 in the range of 0.1~10.0 mgL,method limit of quantification was 0.1 mgkg (SN=10).When the spiked concentration was 0.5 and 5.0 mg/L,the relative standard deviations of five parallel tests with different concentration were 2.98% and 1.72%.Recoveries were in the range from 96% to 110% at the spiked level of 0.1,0.5 and 5.0 mg/L into samples.

Abstract:
Nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)and nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA)have been analyzed by the heart-cut technology of D-Swafer and SQ8 GCMS.The D-Swafer heart-cut technology can reduce the matrix effects by cutting the NDMA and NDEA from the first pre-column into the second analytical column,and this method do not need the complex sample clean-up stage.The back-flush function of D-Swafer can also reduce the analysis time.The linearity of this method is good,the RSD<3% and the LOD is 0.05ppb.

Current situation of industrial land supply and its system performance were analyzed based on studying the evolution of industrial land supply institutions.Problems and the reasons for the supply of industrial land were found.Solutions and strategies for innovative reform of the land supply policies were proposed. Methods included retrospective analysis and comprehensive induction. Because of current gap between industrial land supply and demand,the next step should be adhering to the industrial land bidding,auction or quotation system and to improve its procedures,furthermore,reforming and perfecting industrial land supply system,so as to promote the redevelopment of inefficient industrial land,and to promote economic restructuring and the economical and intensive use of land.

Comparative Analysis of Dry Matter Accumulation Changes between Old and New Rice Cultivarst

Abstract:
Four older(released in 1960s)and four newer(released since 1990)rice cultivars were planted in field.Biomass of single plant,leaf,stem and sheath and panicle were measured.Relationship between dry matter accumulation and yield was studied in each growing stage.Results showed that biomass of single plant,leaf,stem and sheath and panicle of older and newer cultivars changed in different ways.In the whole growing stage,biomass of leaf was achieved positive correlation with the yield,especially achieved significant positively correlation level at the tillering stage and milky stage.Relevance between biomass of stem and sheath and yield had wider fluctuation.Biomass of stem and sheath were significantly negatively correlated with yield in the shooting period,and in the heading stage achieved significant positively correlation level,in the rest stages was positively correlation.Biomass of panicle kept significant positively correlation with yield in all the growing stage,which showed the yield growth.

Effect of Water Surface Tension on Tangential Soil Adhesion(Extracts)

Abstract:
Soil adhesion,especially the tangential adhesion between soil and tire or track,has a significant role on improving the performance of off-road vehicle.On the other hand,soil sticking to tire or track reduces the performance of tire or track of off-road vehicles.In order to solve this problem effectively,the mechanism of soil adhesion should be understood.The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of water surface tension on the tangential soil adhesion force generated between soil particle and the contact surface of material.Glass beads in different diameter were used as models to simulate soil particles and three kinds of materials were provided.The tangential force generated between the glass bead and the plate was measured at various diameters of water film rings formed around the glass beads.Experimental results showed that no matter what kinds of material plates were used tangential adhesion was directly proportional to the diameters of the water film rings even if the diameter of glass beads were different.No matter what kinds of material plates were used,proportional coefficient k which reflects the relationship between tangential adhesion force and water film diameter in the tangential adhesion formula increased linearly with the increase of glass bead diameter.And coefficients of approximate lines were exactly the same if materials with the same hydrophilic were used.Therefore tangential adhesion was closely related to water film rings formed around glass beads.
