Abstract:
Straw is a good renewable energy in our country.For solving problems of straw collection after crop harvested,and realizing at a large scale,a pickup and side-beam traction baler was designed.Structure and operating principle of baler were described.Through analyzing the related problems in an example of a project,main technical parameters and some parts of design ideas were confirmed.

Abstract:
Conservational tillage technology originated in the United States had been used in many countries of the five continents on the world by development from the mid-20th century to now. It had been fully demonstrated and extended conservational tillage technology in the arid area of north of China,while it was still in the stage of experiment and research about conservation tillage diversity and adaptability in the wheat-rice double cropping area and double cropping rice region of south of China.Taking Yangtze River Delta region for emphasis,traditional precision farming technology and the past of equipment were recalled in the rice-wheat rotation field,analyzed necessity for technology innovation,and recited the technological advances in the past 30 years. Based on the investigation and experiment,combined with the media information,successes and failures about the main technology models and typical equipment were analyzed and evaluated at present,and further explorations about‘less ground-breaking,multi-covering’,combination of farm machinery with agronomy,and acceleration innovation of technology and machinery were proposed.

Abstract:
Rice mechanized transplanting developed rapidly since 2009,area of mechanized transplanting showed more than 50%.Because of extreme weather(like high temperature,low temperature,high wind,etc.),simple and crude mode of mechanized transplanting,disperse seedling place,low control level,high salinity in water,and so on,phenomenon like bad seedling and transplanting seedling death happened extensively.There are some suggestions which of promoting factory seedling,improving seedling technique,and improving rice field water quality for ensuring rice mechanized transplanting production.

Abstract:
In recent years,single chip microcomputer technology was widely applicated in many fields in China.Now,ability of resistance to natural disasters and environment control of solar greenhouses were really weak.Hardware and software of single chip microcomputer were designed with 89C51 as core component.Parts of hardware included sampling circuit,interface circuits between AD converter and single chip microcomputer,single chip microcomputer and memory circuit,etc.Parts of software were all programmed with assembly language,it included main program,data collection and digital filtering subprograms,etc.Finally,simulation experiment was did with Matlab program.Results showed that system was good at feasibility and control function.

Abstract:
Electrolyzed water is generated through electrolysis of dilute salt solution or hydrochloric acid in an electric field.It is characterized in two types,acidic electrolyzed water and alkaline electrolyzed water,by the electrolysis extent.Acidic electrolyzed water was reported to exhibit strong antibacterial activity against many pathogens with instant,a high effectiveness,safety,and no chemical residues.The principle of producing electrolyzed water and sterilization mechanism of acidic electrolyzed water were discussed in the paper.The research and application of acidic electrolyzed water sterilization technology in planting,breeding industry and the processing industry of agricultural products were also reviewed.And the future development of the technology was put forward on these bases.

Abstract:
Ningxia large-sized irrigation district rehabilitation and water-saving corollary projects started in 1998.Comprehensive control capacity of channels was increased.Water-saving awareness in whole irrigation district area had further improved.‘Two changes and one improvement’ project was steadily promoted.Some measures like control and reinforcement water,conservation and efficiency,and so on had achieved remarkable results.However,most of irrigation district water conservancy were transformation and build on the basis of the original in the 1950s and ′60s.Because of some questions(large scale of irrigation district,lots of issues left over from history,weakness of irrigation works infrastructure,large demand of reform,and limitations of financial investment),some outstanding issues(imperfection of water resource integrated control system,low rate of canal lining,serious aging of large scale pumping station,poor drainage,weak flood-prevention system of main channel,lack of management facilities,and so on)had to be resolved.Utilization coefficient of irrigation water was only 0.41.So this irrigation district had become one of the most seriously aging irrigation areas.
Evaluation Analysis of Rural Ground Water Quality as Drinking Water in Anda City

Abstract:
According to Quality Standard for Ground Water GBT 14848-1993 and Standards for Drinking Water Quality GB 5749-2006,comprehensive evaluation of ground water quality and hygiene analysis of drinking water were analyzed in Shengping town and Yangcao town,Anda city.Comprehensive evaluation results showed that ground water quality was poor(Ⅰ type).Hygiene analysis results showed that Fe ion concentration was 3.77 times as larger as that in the standard,and Mn ion concentration was 5.27 times.Other indicators met criteria.Ground water could be drunk with water disposal and purification for Fe ion and Mn ion.

Anti-rust Identification of Soybean Germplasm Resources

Abstract:
One of the important diseases of soybean rust caused by jicama stripe rust(Phakopsora pachyrihzi Syd)seriously affected growth of soybean.One of the most cost-effective ways to combat the disease is breeding for disease resistance,and screening of resistance resources is the basis for work of breeding for disease resistance.Inoculum concentrations of soybean rust identification were determined by indoor in vitro leaf infection.Optimum inoculum concentration was 100 sporesμL each piece of soybean leaves,inoculum size was 2 μL.Attack time was five days,and urediospores were released from sorus on the seventh day.Disease resistance of 296 varieties of soybean to soybean rust had been identified with microscopic observation and molecular detection techniques.Preliminary screening results showed that only Daqingren showed resistance.And this variety showed obvious disease symptoms after repeated inoculation identification.Rust fungus on infected leaves could be detected by PCR.According to this variety,results showed resistance after repeated inoculation,and other varieties showed susceptibility.

Abstract:
Today in Iran,the cultivation of oilseed rape has been developed in all areas throughout the country.However,there are now some difficulties with land preparation,crop cultivation,and grain harvesting of this operation.Therefore,mechanized harvesting is completed using new technical operations;some arrangements were made with current common grain combine harvester companies and also several adjunct header extensions were added to the grain combine platform.The mechanized harvesting systems experienced considerable losses,especially with common combine platforms,as a consequence of lack of proficiency and also due to the need of specific machine components for canola harvesting. To study the effects of a modified platform and two platform extensions on canola grain loss,an experiment was conducted with respect to the quantity and the recognition causes of the losses. These models included the current cereal platform;Hamed,a platform extension which was made in Iran;and a Bizo platform extension using mechanical and hydraulic side knife cutter bars respectively.A statistically randomized complete block design was applied with six replications.Seed loss was measured with trays placed in the ripening crop prior to harvest.The results demonstrated that header extensions could decrease the amount of loss in a combine harvester with an increase in the distance between the platform auger and the cutter bar.Therefore,considering the total amount of loss,the significant differences were particularly found between the current cereal platforms and the other two extension platforms.Headers using side vertical cutting reduced losses to 71 kghm2 compared to 599 kghm2 where the common combine platform was applied.Furthermore,using hydraulic system instead of mechanical system and double knife cutter bar instead of the single cutter bar helps to decrease the amount of grain loss.39.60 kghm2 shattering seed loss was measured and from this rate it was 1.12% of total harvested yield.This rate was not a considerable amount of loss,and by improving the combine harvester conditions and adding a header extension at harvesting,the grain loss can be reduced.
