Abstract:
As the environment being destroyed,worldwide insect pests of plants are increasingly serious.Allpervading and abuse of pesticide made the environmental degradation in most regions of China and damage of ecological balance.Drugresistant and resistance not only made periodicity of using pesticide shorter but also increased application amount of pesticide.With the idea of green environmental and pollutionfree,light trap,a method of physical prevention and cure,had been applied more and more.Based on a lot of technical literature both abroad and domestic,basic principle,development,attraction radius and disadvantages of light traps were summarized.Besides,prospect of future development was also forecasted in this field.

Abstract:
On the basis of the biomutagenic effect motivated by electromagnetic spectrum,new physical control methods of disease,pests and weeds in agriculture were discussed.Laser irradiation test verifies the activity depressing and even death of insect radiated,and a power density threshold of laser radiation to kill insect was obtained,whereby laser insect killer with large emitting area and high radiating power density was designed using a method of laser diode arraying integration.The spectral sensitivity of locust phototaxis trapping was excited through a suitable design for LED arraying integration and stroboscopic luminescence control,and further 85% capturing rate to locust was attained in the test of photoelectronic trapping machine with slipping funnel configuration.A higher temperature rising and even hot burning death of weeds were realized by laser irradiation killer,and the hydraulic driving system of cylindrical coordination machinery arm for manipulating laser killer as well as its carrying traveling unit in cultivated land was devised,so in which a optoelectronic mechanization technology of laser weed control was constituted.

Abstract:
Ozone technology applied to sterilization and epidemic prevention has appreciable effects.Equipment of livestock green cultivation,once turned on,produced adequate amount of ozone that disperses immediately to every corner of breeding houses,killes viruses,bacteria,parasites and other contagious germs instantly.While doing so,ozone can prevent infection and spread of respiratory diseases.Moreover,unpleasant odors are removed and breeding environment is bettered.Ozone can also be used to purify the breeding water so that the livestock immune system are strengthened and incidences of bowel diseases can be decreased or eliminated,which as a result leads to green meat,egg,milk,etc.

Abstract:
To make sure of exact effects of O3 water and O3 gas on greenhouse vegetables for disease and pest control,some experiments were tested under greenhouse condition,for instance,effects of crop seeds and soilborne disease on ozone water,and effects of control disease and pest of vegetable in greenhouse and damage levels on ozone gas.Results showed that metabolism and germinate should be promote by proper concentration of O3 water.O3 could quite inhibit at early stage the cucumber root rot,tomato bacterial wilt,pepper phytophthora blight,etc.The use of ozonegenerating equipment to the release of ozone gas in the greenhouse had a preventive effect on cucumber downy mildew,powdery mildew,angular leaf spot and gray mold and other airborne diseases.Release O3 every 10minutes for 10 times and 30minutes long every time,Bemisia tabaci and Liriomyza huidobrensis could be 100% killed completely under indoor controlled conditions.Indoor optimum O3 concentration is 08~10 mgm3.It is not only control disease and pest of greenhouse vegetable,but also no harm for growth and development of crop.

Planted areas of vegetable in greenhouse continue to expand with vegetable production development in China.However,limited vegetable crop species,excessive fertilization and single use of chemical fertilizers that resulting in emergence of soil structure destruction,soil fertility degradation,serious diseases and pests,and other phenomena.Continuous cropping obstacles were more serious in greenhouse than in open field.Principle,composition,performance,operating procedures and application effects of soil electrical disinfection and pest control machine were introduced.It proves an exploration for solving soil continuous cropping obstacles with application of soil electrical disinfection and pest control machine.

Research on Remote Monitoring and Controlling System of Irrigation Pumping Station

Abstract:
Remote monitoring and controlling system that made LPC2132 as controller chips was used to monitor power supply voltage, current, temperature and pressure of motor and pump, and other parameters. These parameters were used as a basis for estimated working condition of pump and motor. In order to protect safety of motor and pump, motor should be stop immediately if working condition of exception appeared. Anomalies were transmitted to manager by remote data transmission and remedial measures were taken in time. The whole system achieves not only remote data transmission but also remote control. Systems were used in many places; results showed that control system could be operated steadily and reliably. So it has a good application prospect and promotion value.

Abstract:
Taking corn land in Dapao town,Dalian city as sample,sterilization effect of electric treatments,especially Fusarium moniliform in soil were determined. Results showed that rhizosphere fusarium amount reduced from 11×103 cfu/g to 006×103 cfug with electrode distance 750 mm and conduction time 10 min,to 004×103 cfug with electrode distance 500 mm and conduction time 10 min.
