Abstract:
With the trend of world economic center of gravity from the Atlantic region transferring to the Asia-pacific region being more and more obvious,importance of Northeast Asia is also gradually highlighting.Russian Far East region is becoming a new economic growth point of northeast Asia region.At the same time,the state council has ratified‘the Northeast China Facing to Northeast Asia Regional Open Planning Outline(2012—2020)’.The country has made strategy decision of speeding up the opening of China northeast and cooperation with the northeast Asia region and implementing the“going out”strategy.Countermeasures of agricultural cooperation between four northeastern provinces in China and the Russian Far East in new situation were proposed.

Abstract:
For comprehensive evaluation of agricultural mechanization level in Xinjiang,according to mechanization development actual situation of agricultural,forest,animal husbandry and fishery industry in Xinjiang,operation level evaluation index system of agriculture,forest,animal husbandry,fishery industry and machinery in Xinjiang was established.Scope of evaluation system was defined.Key link of operation and weight of each link of planting industry,fruit industry,animal husbandry,aquaculture and agriculture(special planting)were respectively determined. Method to determine weight in comprehensive evaluation index and formula to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index system were given.

Abstract:
Through experimental study on rice returning straw,two methods for mechanization on rice returning straw were proposed.A summary was given on agricultural machine operating process for returning straw,choice for supporting agricultural machine and tools,key technical measures needed to be taken for every aspect,and associated assisting technology.Specific suggestions and countermeasures for promotion and application in the future were proposed according to current application.

Abstract:
Experimental study on advanced treatment of restaurant wastewater was being carried out by using the membrane bio-reactor (MBR)- advanced oxidation processes(AOPs).Results showed that influent COD average value was 1 370 mgL after first-order advanced oxidation pretreatment,effluent mean was 118 mgL with MBR,and mean was 57 mgL with advanced treatment.Furthermore,the MBR-AOPs technique also had strong advantages for removing SS,chroma etc..Therefore,effluent water meet the‘Miscellaneous Urban Water Quality Standard’(GBT18920-2002)by that technique.

It is significant to precisely calculate the single-well control area,which is not only related to the programme of irrigation project,arrangement of motor-pumped well,total project investment and the exploitable groundwater resources,but also the main considering problem for the water conservancy workers.While,there are different equations to calculate the single-well control area in the current standard.At the same time,some equations have the same letter symbols with different conceptions,which can always make the users puzzled.The different calculated equations for the single-well control area,notions of composite average irrigation quota and rotation irrigation period were discussed.Conclusively,some suggestions for the equation practical use were presented.

Abstract:
As the main part of agricultrual hydraulic engineering in land consolidation,the ecological function evaluation of cultivated land ditches is significant to land consolidation.Basic farmland in Baisha town of Xiaochang County of Hubei Province was selected as the study area and the ditches corridors was classified into two kinds:ecological functional and non-ecological functional ditches.Through applying landscape pattern analysis method,landscape index of seven types of ditches were calculated.The results indicated that there was great difference between adopting two analysis methods in ditches of study area,furthermore,after excluding non-ecological ditches,ten ditch islands were formed in this area,which affected the animals’migration,living and biological shield which were dependent on ditches system.

Fruit picking mechanism plays an important role in reducing cost and improving efficiency of fruit picking.Foreign researchers have made a lot of in-depth research for picking technology,however,this kind of research is still insufficient in our country.Vibration model system of picking mechanism was analyzed.Parameter calculation of the vibration system was giren a simple introduction.Through analyzing the motion law of fruit while vibrated,models of fruit movement and its dynamic differential equation were established.Furthermore,some theoretical basis about vibration motion and state of forces when fruits were vibrated were provided.

Abstract:
Taking the ashtray for example,the whole process of NC machining simulation of cavity part was described.Firstly,Master CAM was used to complete the modeling of cavity part,rough setting, tool path setting and NC program.Then,the program was edited.Finally,simulation of NC machining process was completed with the Guangzhou NC simulation software.The simulation results showed that this method could complete the entire process from the geometric modeling to simulation processing,the final results was almost ideal.

With Gynura bicolor D.C stems as explants,the regenerated plants were obtained by adventitious buds inducing and rooting.Callus induction and differentiation were studied using roots,stems and leaves from aseptic seedlings as explants.The results showed the optimal medium for adventitious buds induction of stems is MS+6-BA1.0 mgL+NAA0.2 mgL+3.0% sugar.The test-tube plantlet can root in the medium 12MS+0~1.2 mgL NAA,and the rooting time is shorter with a higher concentration of NAA.Callus were induced from three kinds of explants and inductivity of root explants is the highest in medium MS+6-BA0.3 mgL+2,4-D 1.0 mgL+4.5%sugar.Only roots were differentiated from callus.

According to the plant tissue culture instructions of technical operation request,the explant originated from lateral bud of dendranthem a morifolum was sterilized in surface by the double sterilizing method.The clustered bud was cultured continued on the medium of MS.The shoots of 2~3 cm length were rooted and grown plants in the culturing medium of MS+NAA(0.05 mgL).The suitable medium for the tissue culture was selected according to the quantity of shoots reproduced MS+6-BA(2.0 mgL)+NAA(0.1 mgL)is suitable for the lateral bud becoming clustered bud.

Effect of Exogenous CO2 on Algae Growth and Wastewater Treatment under Simulated Natural LightDark Cycle using Municipal Wastewater as Feedstock(Extracts)

Abstract:
This study investigated the effect of exogenous CO2 on algae biomass accumulation and wastewater nutrient removal under different light intensities and a simulated natural lightdark cycle for algae strain Chlorella kessleri,using highly concentrated municipal wastewater(centrate)as feedstock.The results showed that Chlorella kessleri could easily adapt to centrate wastewater in batch reactors under simulated natural lightdark cycles with CO2 injections under all tested light intensities.Both CO2 concentration and light intensity had a significant effect on algae growth and nutrient removal from wastewater.The study confirmed that there was an optimum CO2 level for algae growth,which was 2.5% for this investigation.When the light intensity reached a certain lower limit,the effect of CO2 supplementation became minimum because the photoautotrophic efficiency was significantly reduced.It is also found that the application of continuous or fed-batch cultivation system was preferred over batch cultivation process due to the fact that the nutrients was depleted and the algae biomass concentration decreased on Day 8.
