Abstract:
Grape is one of important economic fruits in our country.Demand for grape is increasing.Due to the unique climate conditions and geographical environment of China,if grape vines have not been buried in annual winter,they would be frostbit and air-dried.Grape vines have to be buried in soil every winter.This process is called vine burying. However,grape vine burying in winter is not only labor-intensive,requiring high job quality,and also seasonal,consuming both human and material.Development of grape vine burying machine is imminent.Research status of grape vine burying machine was reviewed.Main models of grape vine burying machine and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced.Factors influencing grape vine burying were analyzed.Development trend of grape vine burying machine was discussed.

Abstract:
Corn mechanized conservation tillage with wide-narrow row alternative fallow is different from conventional tillage mode with uniform ridge.Ridge distance is changed from average 60 cm to narrow seed line of 40 cm and wide gap of 80 cm.Field testing proved that new tillage mode had advantages in many respects,such as,corn yield,distribution of root,transmittance of colony,physical and chemical properties of soil.

Taking greenhouse for research subject,environmental information such as air temperature,air humidity,soil moisture,soil temperature,CO2 concentration,light intensity and video images could be real-time acquired by internet of things technology.Then,the information was transferred to the intelligent management system of the host computer with the WSN and GPRS network in order to realize the remote automatic control of equipments such as wet curtain,water irrigation,internal and external shading,roof window,light supplement and so on.The system could provide the most suitable environment for crop growth in greenhouse,enhance intensive and intelligent management,reduce labor intensity and production costs,decrease occurrence of disease,and enhance quality of agricultural products and economic benefits.

Abstract:
For the study of comprehensive control of engineering measures to the agricultural non-point source pollution of small watershed,engineering measures in the small watershed of Three Gorges area were carried out to study the interception effect for nitrogen and phosphorus.The results showed that engineering measures could intercept loss of nitrogen and phosphorus.Engineering measures on the closing stock of nitrogen run off intensity was 3.43 kghm2,the closing stock of phosphorus run off intensity was 0.098 kghm2,and engineering measures on the closing stock of nitrogen sediment intensity was 6.73 ghm2,the closing stock of phosphorus sediment intensity was 1.24 ghm2,which was better on the role of nitrogen sequestration than phosphorus.The results provided theoretical basis for management of agricultural non-point source pollution form engineering measures in Three Gorges area.
Application of Ordinary Kriging Interpolation for Calculating Earthwork in Land Consolidation Based on ArcGIS

Abstract:
To improve the calculation method of earthwork,Chunqiu,Linquan,Dawan villages of Zhuxi Town in Kai County in Chongqing were studied.Distribution and trend of elevation data were analyzed by Geostatistical module of ArcGIS software.Errors were predicted and best model was chosen by Spherical,Circular,Exponential and Gaussian models of Ordinary Kriging to calculate the earthwork of field.The results showed that in the 1st typical Area involving with 44 pieces of land and area of 29.7326 hm2,ME was-0.0178,RMSSE was 0.969 9,ASE was 2.039,RMSE was 2.374 5,and excavation was 49 959.1 m3;in the 2nd typical Area involving with 20 pieces of land and area of 22.904 9 hm2,ME was-0.004,RMSSE was 1.019,ASE was 1.447,RMSE was 1.531,and excavation was 32 935.0 m3.In conclusion,gaussian model fits best for such kind of calculation.
Internal Flow in Special Centrifugal Fan Based on CFD

Abstract:
FLUENT software of CFD technology was utilized to establish a dedicated fan model of 6HWF-20 high-range sprayer-duster and simulate internal flow field.The fan flow field velocity distribution and pressure distribution were obtained during the rotational velocity of 2 372 rmin after convergence of calculation.Internal flow field of fan was improved by changing the optimization of wind turbine blade inlet installation angle and volute tongue shape and size.The mean velocity of the fan outlet were obtainedand under 6 velocity,which was verified by tests.The results showed that the simulation results agreed well with the experimental results.It could be concluded that established simulated mechod based on the FLUENT software indicated fan model and the simulation method were feasible.It has important significance to improve the internal flow field of wind machine.The improvement of fan outlet velocity wuld increase the implementation of high-range spraying and dusting function using CFD technology.

Abstract:
Corn growing is large scale in China and its regional distribution is wide.Nowadays,harvest rate of maize machinery has been increased.Corn snapping bars harvesting has become a transitional harvesting method.Seed harvesting will be the growing trend for maize harvesting.Maize seed harvesting are divided into two methods.One is corn snapping bars and threshing harvesting.It has become a mature maize harvesting technology in European and American countries.The other is whole-feed threshing harvesting.It is same to other grain harvesting machinery.Stems will be crushed in threshing chamber and removed out of harvester.Ears will be threshed and the seeds resulted will be fed into grain tank.A key description was given that research and design results of some key components in process of whole-feed corn seed harvesting based on modifying and replacing of partial working elements of wheat harvesters.

Abstract:
With leaf,petiole and stem segments of cyclamen as explants,using different types of disinfectants and disinfection time,disinfection of cyclamen explant was studied.Induction effect of cyclamen callus was studied respectively from explant type,basic culture medium type,and hormone allocated proportion between 6-BA and NAA.Best conditions of cyclamen cluster bud proliferation were chose by multi factor orthogonal test.Role of carbon on cyclamen rooting was researched.Results showed that disinfection effect of sodium hypochlorite was better than mercuric chloride.The best disinfection time was 10 min for explant soaked with 2% sodium hypochlorite.Leaf as explant was easier to induce callus.Basic culture medium for callus induction was MS.Medium for callus induction and bud differentiation was MS+6-BA1.0 mgL+NAA0.2 mgL.Medium for shoot proliferation was 12 MS+6-BA 1.0 mgL+NAA 0.2 mgL.Medium for rooting was 12 MS+NAA0.2 mgL+3% sucrose+AGAR 7 gL+activated carbon 0.5 gL.

Xinchun 6 is hybrid bred by Zhong 7903 and improved Xinchun 2 in insititue of nuclear & biotechnology,Xinjiang academy of agricultural sciences. It was named after examination and approval by Xinjiang crop variety approval committee in 1993.Xinchun 6 had been chosen through individual plant for 3 years and bred through strain for 2 years in 149 Regiment.It was demonstrated in fine breed company in 1997.Many advantages,such as high yield,stable yield,lodging resistance,disease resistance and strong suitability,were showed. Abstract:
Estimation of evaporation,a major component of the hydrologic cycle,is essential for any efficient management of water resources and irrigation water demand.In this paper,an attempt has been made to study the simulation of weekly evaporation by using multiple linear regression model,multilayer perceptron(MLP)and an artificial neural network(ANN)model for Malwa regions of Madhya Pradesh in India.The four combination of different weather variables were used to train the neural network model.The multiple linear regression model includes only the maximum temperature and relative humidity as input but the simulation result was not satisfactory.The MLP model performed quite well for the data set comprising minimum and maximum temperature,wind speed and relative humidity during training as well as validation periods.The MLP model could be employed to simulate weekly open pan evaporation,estimate missing data and as an alternative model to check the observed evaporation data.Inclusion of rainfall data with meteorological variables has not improved the performance of the model.
