Abstract:
Planting industry of orchards has been an important industry of China′s agricultural production,and an important content of agro-ecological civilization construction.Orchards covering could improve soil structure,regulate soil temperature and moisture,increase soil organic matter and nutrient contents,promote soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity,balance acidity,and reduce soil erosion,to form a stable ecological environment.However,orchards covering can also intensify fertilizer competition,increases pest and incidence of rot.Main research directions of orchard covering in the future would be the rapid promotion of organic matter to thicken and ripen the soil and the use of agricultural wastes to control the non-point source pollution and protect the environment.

In order to accelerate development of agricultural mechanization in Ningbo city of Zhejiang province,agriculture production function was presented in Ningbo city by Cobb Douglas production function and linear regression optimization according to statistic data from 1990 to 2010.Agricultural machinery contribution portion to agricultural output growth was estimated by means of production function above.Results showed that agricultural machinery contribution portion to agricultural output growth was 1137% in Ningbo city.Then mechanization level of farm work can raise by increasing of equipment level and optimization structure of agricultural machinery,agricultural mechanization contribution portion to agricultural production will be further enhanced.

A smart controller based on PIC single chip microprocessor was presented to overcome existing shortcoming of chassis centralized lubrication system controller.By means of controller settings for lubrication period and monitor time and oil distributor setting for greasing,timing and quantitative auto greasing and fault alarm function were realized.Application experiments indicated that this smart controller could meet operation demand of chassis centralized lubrication system.

Nowadays,grid connected photovoltaic(PV)system was an emerging technology,the problem of harmonic in photovoltaic grid connected was also concerned.Harmonic distortion caused by the switching frequency of photovoltaic grid connected system was discussed,and the photovoltaic simulation model was established by the mode of tensor transformation.Comparation of simulation results and the measured values showed that change of system parameters and quality of electric energy could be affected in different frequency range of switching frequency.
Effect of Adsorption Behavior for Biological Surfactants on Organic Polarities in Loess

Abstract:
Adsorption behaviors about organic polarities of phenol and benzoic acid in natural loess and distribution behavior between water and soil on condition that both of biosurfactant saponin and chemical surfactant TritonX 100 exist were studied.It turned out that,first,the distribution coefficient of phenol and that of benzoic acid average higher than those in pure water when the concentration of saponin and that of TritonX 100of get to 100 mgL,that is to say,when the concentrations of saponin and that of TritonX 100 were below the critical micelle concentrations,it was adsorption in loess itself that contributed to the adsorption of phenol and that of benzoic acid.Second,when the concentrations of both phenol and benzoic acid almost reached 500 mgL(approximately three or four times of their critical micelle concentrations),distribution coefficient of phenol and that of benzoic acid average were lower than those in pure water.In the adsorption experiment of phenol and benzoic acid with initial concentration 20 mgL,the adsorption ability of benzoic acid in loess was bigger than that of phenol in loess regardless of the existence of saponin or that of TritonX 100.Adsorptions of phenol and that of benzoic acid in saponin solution were lower than those in TritonX 100 solution on equal conditions.When saponin concentration reached 1 000 mgL,and initial concentration was 20 mgL,the apparent solubility of and that of benzoic acid solubility in the aqueous phase table view were 1835 mgL,1557 mgL,however 9175% of phenol and 7785% of benzoic acid were dissolved in the water.

Estimates of Vegetation Index in Karst Area Based on GIS and Kriging

Abstract:
How to solve the problem of the SLC off data has a great significance for mastering the spatial variability of karst rock desertification. Vegetation index were extracted in a representative district,which was in Cili county of Hunan province by applying image processing software of ENVI.The spatial variability of the vegetation index was analyzed with geostatistical method.The vegetation index of the study area were impacted intrinsic factors and performed strong spatia1 autocorrelation,and the range was 501 m.The spatial distribution maps of the vegetation index interpolated by Kriging interpolation method showed that the higher indices emerged in the middle and south of the study area,and the spatial distribution of the vegetation index was apparently strips and blocks.Using geostatistical methods to predict the SLC off vegetation index has a very high prediction accuracy,which can improve the utilization ratio of ETM+ SLC off data to some extent and provide the reference to the assessment rocky desertification in the karst area.

Antioxidant peptide was prepared by hydrolyzing potato protein powder with Protamex.With total antioxidant capacity as the indicator,the optimal technology was performed by means of Box-Behnken design.Results indicated that the optimal prepared technical parameters were obtained as follows:substrate concentration of 5%,enzyme dosage 4 000 Ug,enzymolysis time 165 min.Under the above mentioned conditions,the total antioxidant capacity was 0.751 mmolL.Experiment result was consistent with the prediction result.

Food safety has become an increasingly prominent issue worldwide.On the basis of infrared spectroscopy and modern communication technology,a convenient testing tool that enabled consumers to facilitate real-time testing of the quality of food,verified its authenticity and other information was designed.For possible application of cloud computing in rapid detection of food in real time and on spot,a comparison of infrared spectra of organic molecules in two remote non-commercial databases was carried out.It could be used as the original model of infrared detector of food safety in the future.Besides,results of comparison will provide theory basis for establishment of IR-spectra databases analysis.
Antioxidant Activity of Different Solvent Extracts in Mycelium Germanium-Riched of Flammulina velutipes

Abstract:
By mycelium germanium-riched of Flammulina velutipes as research material,three kinds of solvent were used to extract mycelium gernanium-riched in different conditions and antioxidant capacity of extractions was researched.Results showed that antioxidant capacity of extractions of mycelium in germanium-enriched was better compared with the control group.At the same time,scavenging capacity of water extract was the best on oxygen free radical and superoxide anion free radical,reached 88.2% and 195.5Ug,respectively.Scavenging capacity of 75% ethanol was the best on hydroxyl radical,arrived at 800.3 Ug.The mycelium germanium-riched of F.velutipes has better antioxidant activity.
Optimization of Compound Stabilizer Formula in Probiotic Milk Beverage

Abstract:
To improve stability of probiotic milk beverage,centrifugal sedimentation rate and sensory quality of probiotics beverage were used as evaluation index.Based on the single factor experiment for determining optimum addition amount of various factors,Propylene Glycol Alginate(PGA),high ester pectin and isomaltooligosaccharide were studied on the stability of brown probiotic milk beverage by orthogonal test.Orthogonal experimental results showed that optimal formulation of composite stabilizer was:PGA addition amount 0.03%,isomaltooligosaccharide addition amount 1.8% and high ester pectin addition 0.012 5%.Verification test showed that centrifugal sedimentation rate was 2.38 % and sensory score was 89.When stored under 4 ℃ after 21 d,the number of viable probiotics count remained at 7.93×109 cfumL.It raised a logarithmic compared with no added isomaltooligosaccharide of probiotic milk beverage that the number of living bacterium remained at 3.21×108 cfumL.

In order to maximize extraction efficiency of general flavonoids from lotus pollen,extraction technology was optimized through single factor and orthogonal tests.The vitro antioxidant activities of general flavonoids from lotus pollen were also investigated.Results indicated that 70% ethanol as extraction solvent for three repeated extractions for 20 min each time at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶12(gmL)were the optimal extraction conditions,the highest extraction efficiency was 0.913%(9.13 mgg)under the above conditions.

Recognition of Farmland Damaged by Floods Based on HJ Remote Sensing Images

Abstract:
Based on two phases HJ remote sensing imagery which before and after flood disaster,the recognition technology of farmland damaged by floods caused by rainstorm in Beijing Fangshan district at‘7.21’was studied. First using the method of supervised classification,distribution map of farmland for before and after the flood disaster was acquired,then put the two periods distribution map of farmland overlay,information of farmland changing was extracted,distribution area of the affected fields was added up.Th result showed the area of farmland damaged by floods caused by rainstorm in Beijing Fangshan district at‘7.21’was 4 103.82 hm2,mainly distributed around the basin of the Juma River,the stone river and Jiakuo river.The operational feasibility of identification to farmland damaged by floods combining HJ remote sensing imagery with supervised classification method was verified,which could provide certain theoretical basis for dynamic monitoring issues related.

Influence of Light Quality on Growth of Oil Rape Seedlings

Abstract:
Rape seeds were sown in the mixture of vermiculite,perlite and peat(3∶1∶1)in petri dish and grown under nine different light qualities(fluorescent(FL),plant growth light(PGL),red LEDs(R),blue LEDs(B),green LEDs(G),white LEDs(W)and different ratio of red and blue LEDs(RB 2∶1,RB 3∶1 and RB 4∶1))respectively.The sixth and fourteenth days after sowing,the height of rape seedlings from soil surface was highest under G followed by R and the lowest was under FL.All results showed that plants under monochromatic lights(G,R and B)had a higher up-ground growth and average growth rate than those under multi-spectrum lights.While the inversed results were obtained in root induction,area of leaves,chlorophyll content and stem diameter between monochromatic lights and multi-spectrum lights in this study.The average growth rate was different among the light qualities,but light qualities could not change the growth regular of early growth stage of oil rape seedlings.The results of fresh and dry weight also indicated that monochromatic lights were not suit for the growth of rape seedling,while the mixed-spectrum light qualities of LED red and blue were preferred in rape seedlings growth.The histological examination results also indicated that the mixed light qualities of red and blue had better effective in inducing formulation of vascular cylinder than FL did.All results from this study showed that red and blue LEDs(RB3∶1)was the best light qualities for the early growth of rape seedling.
Seed Phenotypic Traits of Miscanthus with 8 Germplasms

Abstract:
With the seeds from 8 germplasms of energy crop Miscanthus which were cultivated in the nursery of Hunan Agricultural University as materials,their seed phenotypic traits,including seed length,width,thickness,ratio of length and width and 1000-seeds weight were investigated.The seed phenotypic differences between eight germplasms resources were studied by the methods of ANOVA analysis,multiple comparison,correlation analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis.The extremely significant differences were observed in the five traits between germplasms,the order of the mean variation coefficient of phenotypic traits for energy crop Miscanthus seed between different germplasms was:thickness>ratio of lengthwidth>width>seed length>1000-seed weight.Seed length had a significant positive correlation with seed width and 1000-seed weight.Seed width had an extremely significant positive correlation with seed thickness and 1000-seeds weight.Seed thickness had an extremely significant positive correlation with 1000-seed weight.Ratio of seed lengthwidth had a negative significant correlation with seed width,thickness and 1000-seed weight.The eight germplasm resources of energy crop Miscanthus were classified into three groups by using hierarchical clustering analysis.

Abstract:
Walnut in Yunnan province is an important economic tree species.Speeding up development of walnut industry is an important part of construction of ‘a green economy strong province’ and new socialist countryside.Walnut germplasm is rich in Kunming city,and potential is huge.Foreign varieties planted in Kunming are highly affected by environment and soil.Excellent germplasm resources in local has not been explored and utilized well.Shortage of seed and seedling seriously restricted and affected the health,sustainable,rapid development of walnut industry,which has become a pressing matter of the moment for development of walnut industry in Kunming city.According to natural and geographical status of Kunming city,optimizing staff went deep into main planting walnut county (city) area in Kunming city for on-the-spot investigation.Through recommendation of township farmers,primary beads were chosen based on investigation and comparison.Adaptive test on primary beads were taken to find good single plant eventually.It is in order to promote healthy development of walnut industry in Kunming city.

Anthropometry of Javanese and Madurese Farmers in East Java,Indonesia(Extracts)

Abstract:
This study was conducted to obtain anthropometry data of Javanese and Madurese farmers in East Java,Indonesia for age groups of 16-67 years(males)and 15-59 years(females)respectively.Anthropometry data taken in this study included 58 body dimensions,age,body weight,and three indices namely,relative sitting height(RSH),body surface area(BSA),and body mass index(BMI).Descriptive statistics including mean,standard error of mean(SEM),coefficient of variation(CV),standard deviation(SD),and percentile among body dimensions were considered.Objectives of the study were to present selected body dimensions of Javanese and Madurese farmers and to compare them with Thai,Indian and other populations. Body dimensions of 321 farmers were measured in this study.Eighty male and 85 female farmers of Javanese,and 76 male and 80 female farmers of Madurese tribes participated in this study.Results indicated that the anthropometric characteristics of Javanese and Madurese male farmers were significantly (p<0.05) different,mainly in their stature,eye height,elbow height,fingertip height,knuckle height,wrist height,hip height,and shoulder height.The survey also revealed that the mean values of BSA,BMI and hand squeeze strength of Javanese male and female farmers were significantly (p<0.05) higher than the Madurese.However,the RSH were similar and ratio of BSA to body weight of Javanese and Madurese farmers were found the same.Mean values of body dimensions of average male Javanese and Madurese farmers are lower than that of Indonesian citizen,Indian and Thai farmers.Javanese female farmers have the highest value of body weight as compared to others.The ratio of BSA to body weight of Javanese and Madurese male farmers is equal to or greater than that of Thai,Indian,Canadian,English and Algerian counterparts.Anthropometric database based on the geographical location and ethnicity would be useful for appropriate design of agricultural equipment in Indonesia.
