Abstract:
Taking fresh corn ear in harvest period as the object of study,its physical properties were measured.Setting factors,through bag cutting fresh corn thresher threshing test was done to validate relevance between characteristics of physical traits of ear and threshing effect.Test data proved that ear size end diameter difference were main factors affecting mechanical threshing efficiency,core shaft residual rate and grain impurity rate.And grain moisture content influenced mainly grain machinery broken injury.

Nowadays,two-stage vacuum extruder has been widely used in brick and tile industry.Main direction in the future of extruder research is to realize extrusion production automation,save resources,improve extrusion quality.Based on analysis of structure and actual work process of extruder,automation control scheme of whole working process of extruder was determined,and PLC and sensor were used to realize monitoring of moisture content,material level,degree of vacuum,temperature and pressure.Degree of automation of extrusion machine was improved.At the same time,the objective which to increase production,extend equipment life,save resources,and improve the production efficiency and product quality was realized.

Effect of Surface Treatment on Mechanical Properties of Poly(Lactic Acid)/Bamboo Particle Biocomposites

Abstract:
To improve interfacial interaction between bamboo particle(BP)and poly(lactic acid)(PLA),sodium hydroxide solution was employed to pretreat BP and maleic anhydride(MAH)was used to compatibilize PLA/BP biocomposites.The biocomposite was prepared by melt blending and hot-pressing.Effects of alkali and MAH treatment on the properties of BP and its biocomposites were investigated using scanning electron microscope and mechanical measurements.Results showed that interfacial interaction between PLA and BP in the biocomposites was improved with MAH compatibilizer.Tensile strength and elongation at break of PLA/BP biocomposites reached maximal values of 47.6 MPa and 6.22%,respectively,when treated with 1.0% MAH.Maximal flexural strength and flexural modulus of 72.61MPa and 4.65 GPa were obtained with 0.5% MAH treatment.

Abstract:
SiO2 aerogel is a kind of nanometer materials.As a new type of thermal insulation materials,it has some characteristics such as low bulk density,low thermal conductivity,low dielectric constant,high specific surface area,and high porosity.Based on introduction of development history of SiO2 aerogel,physical structure characteristics and preparation methods commonly used in the experiment,its application prospect in agricultural construction were discussed.Considering of SiO2 aerogel characteristics such as low density,high porosity,SiO2 aerogel as a thermal insulation material used in greenhouse palisade structure,facilities breeding ground and its application in agricultural building heating system could be done to explore,in order to promote its application in the agricultural construction research.

Greenhouse is an important part of horticulture,it is one of the indispensable link in the process of agriculture industrialization.The development of greenhouse in south region of Xinjiang in our country is relatively slow.Greenhouse exists many problems,such as structural and function of greenhouse is not perfect,ability to resist natural disasters is not strong,cultivars are not complete,policy and standards are not clear,energy and environment problems are not solved thoroughly.Greenhouse of the southern Xinjiang only to enhance performance of overall structure,research of multi factor coupling control software environment,and guarantee the implementation of supporting policies,solve energy and environmental issues.Scale of greenhouse industry will be expanded gradually.Greenhouse industry science and technology,intelligent,scale,regionalization will be come true in next few years.Greenhouse of southern Xinjiang will be into advanced ranks of the world.
Test of Cigarette Charging Uniformity Based on Near-Infrared Spectrum

Abstract:
Combined with near-infrared spectroscopy technology applied in tobacco analysis,based on near-infrared spectral analysis of tobacco after charging.It was found that near infrared spectral analysis method could be used in the cigarette charging uniformity.Using scanning spectra and proportion of exerting material liquid,mathematical modeling of near infrared spectral analysis for cigarette charging uniformity was preliminarily explored.Model validation error was within 2%,and it had good practical value.

Abstract:
Gardenia polysaccharides and hawthorn flavonoids were respectively extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction means.Optimum extracted conditions of gardenia polysaccharide which get through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were:extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction time of 60 min,and feed water ratio of 1∶15.The optimum extraction conditions of hawthorn flavonoids were:volume fraction of 80% ethanol solution,extraction temperature of 60℃,extraction time of 45 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25.Ethanol in hawthorn flavonoids extract was removed through vacuum distillation of 40 ℃,0.1 MPa condition.
Confirmation of Saccharin Sodium in Four Kinds of Common Additives Based on High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:
Method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to confirm saccharin sodium content in the preserved fruit was studied.The samples were extracted,separated by C18 chromatography column,and detected by variable wavelength UV detector and diode array detector.Results showed that detection of food additive sodium dehydroacetate had obvious interference on saccharin sodium.Through adjusting the mobile phase,saccharin sodium and interference peaks were separated completely,and it had a good linearity.The recovery rate was 97.7%~101.1%.Relative standard deviation was 1.21%~2.15%.This method effectively avoided misjudgment in the content of saccharin sodium in preserved fruit,and it also could be used for routine detection of real samples.

Abstract:
Uncertainty for determination of sodium cyclamate residue in pastries was evaluated based on GB/T 5009.97-2003.On the basis of determination results,it was concluded that component relative contribution of uncertainty to calculated standard uncertainty.Results showed that when cyclamate of pastry was 0.65 g/kg,expanded uncertainty was 0.023 g/kg.
Simultaneous Detection of Pb and Cd in Wheat Flour by Using Microwave Reaction-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:
Simultaneous detection of Pb and Cd in wheat flour by using microwave reaction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was studied.Results showed that detection limits of Pb and Cd were 0.14 and 0.12 μg/kg respectively,the recovery rate was 90.2%~99.6% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~2.5%.Compared with other detection methods,this method had lower detection limit and shorter testing time.Meanwhile,it has more pretreatment methods and more stabled data.This method could be applied to detection of actual samples.

Abstract:
As a national key prevention reserve of soil and water loss,Liupan mountain region has never been monitored on soil and water conservation since 2006.By use of external investigation and dynamic monitoring for the first time based on “3S” techniques,the region scope and boundary,situation of land use,condition of vegetation cover and protection partition were investigated.According to the investigation results and corresponding analysis,some advice were given for the dynamic monitoring in this area.And a solid theoretical basis was shown for the complementing of a new monitoring on soil and water loss and corresponding announcements.

To explore the economic benefit of land use situation in hilly county,Rongchang county of Chongqing was chose as research area.With the help of SPSS,10 evaluation factors were chose,and land use level of economic benefit of 21 townships in the area were analyzed.Results showed that land economic benefit level existed significant differences.The county seat was the highest area of economic effect of land utilization.High efficiency and the higher efficiency area were mainly located in the mid-lower,but the upper and edges were lowly.The land use economic benefits of township were influenced by many kinds of factors,such as location.Point shaft model was put forward to develop county economic.
Spatial Distribution Pattern on Cultivated Land Influenced by Flood Hazard in China

Abstract:
Flood disasters not only threat people′s life and property,also affect the safety of environment resources ecosystem.They could make destructive damage to cultivated land resources both quantity and quality.The cultivated land,once damaged,need to invest huge human,material and financial resources to restore its productivity.Based on analysis of formative factors of cultivated land influenced by flood hazard,selecting restrictive factors such as rainfall,degree of relief floods occurred frequently,membership degree and drainage system (including rivers and lakes),it combined with the comprehensive evaluation method and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The spatial distribution pattern on cultivated land influenced by flood hazard was studied in China.The risk of cultivated land influenced by flood hazard in China was divided into high risk,moderate risk and light risk level three classes and nine subclasses.The results showed that high danger class covered an area of 194 400 km2,accounting for 15.13% of the arable land,seven river basin were mainly distributed in China′s coast and the southwest Yunnan-Kweichow Plateau.Moderate danger class covered an area of 407 400 km2,accounting for 31.71% of the arable land area,mainly distributed in the southeast coastal area and loess plateau.Mild danger class covered an area of 682 900 km2,accounting for 53.16% of the arable land area,widely distributed in north China plain,Sanjiang plain and the northwest inland areas.Making a grading evaluation to water logging risk of cultivated land provided the basic theory basis for disaster prevention,disaster relief,land consolidation planning and the establishment of basic farmland construction standards.

Abstract:
In order to meet demand of soybean research work,according to artificial threshing principle,a special soybean threshing machine using for single soybean sheller in the room was designed through simulation modeling.Overall structure and working principle of the machine were introduced.Some key parts of soybean threshing machine were analyzed.Results showed that the thresher had some advantages,such as reasonable design,simple operation,high threshing rate,low harmful to seeds,high work efficiency,and no dust.It could meet demands of scientific research,laboratory test and seed production for a long period of time.

Abstract:
Through the research and development of physical disinfection equipment and technology for seedling materials and tobacco leaf-cutting machine,the aim was to disinfect seedling materials and cutting tools.At the same time,greenhouse health promotion and disease prevention electric defogging system and electrostatic zappers were used to reduce tobacco seedling diseases and insect pests,and promote growth of tobacco seedlings.Test results indicated that,health promotion and disease prevention electric defogging system played a role on promoting root growth and tobacco seedlings growth.Electrostatic extermination system of 2DJ-200 could effectively reduce pest quantity in various regions.The atomic oxygen spray system could inhibit growth of TMV、CMV、PVY and Botrytis,and it had a direct relationship on incidence of tobacco field.Diseases and pests physical control of float breeding have no effect on tobacco field growth.

Development of an Internet-Based Greenhouse Control System(Extracts)

Abstract:
This research aimed to design a control system for greenhouse over internet so that its monitoring and control can be remotely done.The designed system consists of hardware(sensors,microcontroller,switches,computer,webcam,actuators)and software(acquisition and control).System′s performance was tested by installing it in a model greenhouse equipped with actuators(fans,pump,sprayer,mechanical shading,and camera rotator)and connecting it to a computer network.Hydroponic lettuce(Lactuca sativa)cultivation was monitored during its entire growing period while microclimatic parameters including temperature,humidity,light,and moisture content were controlled under three operating modes(manual,automatic,and timer).Fan,pump,and sprayer were controlled using switches to ensure that the microclimatic parameters are maintained within desired range.Mechanical shading and camera rotator were controlled proportionally using servo motor,driven by PWM signals.Performance of the system under three operating modes was evaluated and compared.The results indicate that controlling four parameters including temperature,humidity,light,and moisture content can be successfully done remotely via internet using Remote Desktop.Surveillance unit provides pictures of plant growth that offers additional information to be considered for making a control decision.
