Abstract:
Floating and vegetable seedling-raising disk was sterilized by water disinfection system,ozone disinfector,high temperature room and washing.A digesting experiment was conducted to plant growth inhibitor-phenolics on vegetable seedling-raising disk.Results of the trial indicated that water disinfection system was the best on sterilization and phenolics digesting.Ozone treatment in sealing room was better than high temperature and chemical disinfectants.The experiment also determined the current chemical disinfection method has little effect on bacteria and fungi of flue-cured tobacco seedling-raising disk.The research concluded that setting up water disinfection system of nursery was necessary,and it was impossible to eliminate chlorine by washing after sterilization.

Through analysis of harmful gas composition in the air in enclosed corral,using dimensional electrostatic field which was produced by high-voltage discharge in space electric field,harmful gas inside corral was sterilized and vaccinated.The air was purified.Spread of air disease inside the corral was blocked.Through contrast of further repeated experiment,insufficient and defect in the design was improved.Key experimental parameters were eventually determined.
Amino Acids Content of Flue-cured Tobacco on Different Tobacco Growing Regions of Henan Province

Abstract:
The content of flue-cured tobacco C3F amino acids in 18 counties of Henan province was classified research.Principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering method were used to analyze amino acids content in different regions.Main component analysis results showed that neutral amino acids,such as Phe,Gly and Ser,have a relatively large impact on study of 17 amino acids of flue-cured tobacco.When Euclidean distance is 3.03,18 counties of Henan province were divided into 4 categories.Establishment of an appropriate system of principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering model is more meaningful for study of amino acid content of different flue-cured tobacco-growing areas in Henan.

Abstract:
Gardenia and hawthorn,which were medicinal and edible,were used as the main raw material.Gardenia and hawthorn mass ratio was 2∶3 for compatibility according to prescription diet.After extraction,distillation,blending and sterilization process,a orange red was prepared,which was clear and transparent,sweet and sour taste of functional health drink that contains the unique flavor of gardenia and hawthorn as well as lipid-lowering and antihypertensive functions.With an average score of sensory evaluation by orthogonal experiments,the best formula of product was get,gardenia extract and hawthorn extract mixture of 99.39%,aspartame of 0.5%,citric acid of 0.02%,CMC-Na of 0.09%.pH value of the mixture according to the deployment were 3.53,the condition of sterilization process as 85 ℃,10 min by test was more reasonable.Content of flavonoids was 146.4 mg100 mL,polysaccharide content 301.1 mg100 mL,soluble solids content of 3.3%,pH value of 3.52 by test the finished product.

Flyash was utilized during construction of mass concrete for Agno River Integrated Irrigation Project undertaken by China CAMC Engineering Co.,Ltd.in Philippines.Advantages of this method were that saved cement,reduced hydration heat,avoided happening of harmful temperature cracks and obtained a good technical & economic performance.Application of flyash in mass concrete project and preparation of flyash concrete were introduced in order to provide reference for similar engineering.

Abstract:
Zone optimization for land use in rural area is a fundamental task of land consolidation and new rural construction in the new time.With application of BCG Matrix,which is one of the classical methods in the management science,land use data of cultivated and construction land was used to show directly the land use changes of each country in study area.On this basis,Crosstabs was applied to divide counties in Quzhou county into four types:agricultural production area,rapid urbanization area,urbanization extension area and unutilized land development type.Correspondingly,advices of each type on zone optimization were raised respectively.The results accord with local condition,offered theoretical support for local rural land consolidation and new rural construction.In addition,some suggestions for other similar region were also provided.

Abstract:
To explore the change laws of land comprehensive improvement project benefit of village domain,land comprehensive improvement projects in three kinds of landscape of Chongqing were chosen as research object,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the value of single and comprehensive benefit evaluation.The results showed that the value of comprehensive benefit evaluation were Tianzi village>Dazhu village>Daquan village,and the value was 0.739 1,0.739 1,0.699 4 in turn.The single benefit of social and economic presented Tianzi village>Dazhu village>Daquan village.But the ecological and landscape benefits presented Dazhu village>Tianzi village>Daquan village.The conclusion showed that there had different benefits on land comprehensive improvement project in different village domain,and the benefits of land comprehensive improvement project were influenced by natural conditions,social economic and other factors.

Farmers′ factor inputs and allocation efficiency is a key factor to improve farmers income.DEA was used to analyze efficiency of resource allocation of 9 cities′ farmer in Jilin province in horizontal comparison and longitudinal analysis.Results showed that technical efficiency was high,scale efficiency was low,and it was at stage of increasing returns to scale.In 2010—2012,farmers were still in short term of resource allocation increasing returns to scale state,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were both focusing.At the same time,farmers in the expansion should adjust proportion of capital investment and labor inputs,appropriately control capital investment ratio,fully consider the use of labor input and mechanical substitutes,in order to improve technical efficiency.

Abstract:
The availability of draft requirement data of tillage implement is an important factor in selecting suitable tillage implement for a particular farming situation.Implement width,operating depth,speed,soil condition and geometry of tillage implement are factors that affect the draft of tillage implement.Effect of different forward speeds(0.69,1.11 and 1.52 ms)and tillage depths(100,150 and 200 mm)on draft of two primary tillage implements were studied by using digital load cell in sandy loam soil.Implements included a three bottom disc plough and two bottom mouldboard plough.A significant increase in draft was observed for both implements with an increase in speed and depth.The draft exhibited greater influence from depth than speed for both implements.Mouldboard plough showed greater values of specific draft than disc plough for all ranges of forward speed and tillage depth.A general regression equation for the specific draft of both implements was developed based on speed and depth.
