Abstract:
In order to evaluate development level of agricultural mechanization in Xinjiang scientifically,a new evaluation index system of agricultural mechanization level was constructed according to the specific characteristics of agricultural mechanization of Xinjiang.Weight of each evaluation index and evaluation method were determined.Based on evaluation model,agricultural mechanization level of Barkol country in Hami was evaluated and analyzed.This model provides a scientific basis for reasonable measure of evaluating agricultural mechanization of Xinjiang in the future.

Film has keeping moisture,improving soil temperature,inhibiting weeds growth and increasing production effects,so it has been widely applied.And film has greatly promoted development of China′s agricultural economy.But plastic film residue in soil is extremely difficult to degrade,which cause great harm to agricultural production and ecological environment.Remnant membrane recycling has great significance for protection of farmland and improving farmland ecological environment.Current research status and research methods of remnant membrane recycling technology at home and abroad were summarized.Main problems existing in remnant membrane recycling machines in China were pointed out.Suggestions of implementing residual film recovery technology of mechanization were put forward.It provided a theoretical basis for mechanical recovery of residual film.

Application of configuration software Web Access was discussed.Internet of things(IOT)system for achieving real-time monitoring environment of aquaculture was developed.The system consisted of sensors gathering network,central server,network of monitoring nodes of Web Access,famers and remote experts.Water quality parameter information could be collected by sensor nodes,and the collected information could be sent through General Packet Radio Service to a central server.Using Web Access to achieve human-computer interaction,farmers could view real-time parameters of water quality and condition of control equipment via the Internet.The aquaculture problems encountered by farmers could also be solved by remotely experts who visited via a Web Access browser.

Abstract:
In order to apply virtual instrument technology to the designed traction measurement sensing device,static calibration online system for strain testing based on virtual instrument technology was designed and developed.Software and hardware structure of the system,test method,and program design of the static performance calibration and analysis were elaborated.It was tested and analyzed by strain sensing device and loading device.Results showed that static calibration system for strain testing based on virtual instrument technology has more advantages than traditional calibration system,such as simple structure,simple operation,calibrating for the strain sensor and analyzing static performance online with better accuracy.

Based on spatial statistical analysis and Web-MIS theory,Web system has been improved,introducing Web-MIS in Web system loosely coupled system statistical model and spatial statistical analysis concept,the system was developed using JZEE software.Java technology was integrated in the system to make Web applications more and more dynamic and agility,to achieve loosely coupled Web system performance.It has good application prospects.As forestry survey information platform an example,mathematical model of forestry survey and Web-MIS loose coupling system algorithm were designed.On this basis,forest resources management system was established.Input,update,query,statistics and other functions of the Web operating environment for forestry survey data were implemented.Real-time interaction effect of user and computer was achieved.

Because layout of crushing shop was not reasonable,many problems appeared in process of crushing in some compound seasoning process,like powder taint of odor,moisture absorption caking chemicals,serious raw material damage, health indicators uncontrollability,dust in workshop,workers labor-intensive operations,and so on.For solving these problems,manufacturing shop and crushing system had been modified designs on the basis of original layout.It would meet the complex seasonings crushing process and product quality requirements,reduce labor intensity and improve economic efficiency.

Abstract:
Farmland water conservancy is an important content of land consolidation projects which scientific and effective supervision can ensure projects carried out smoothly.According to distribution and geometric characteristics of irrigation and drainage ditches in high resolution remote sensing image,an approach to extract irrigation and drainage ditches from high resolution remote sensing image was presented.Spectral range of irrigation,drainage ditches and restrain the noise by binaryzation and median filter were analyzed.Rest of ditches which covered by the border trees were extracted by Canny algorithm.Taking Dalate′s land remediation project area of Inner Mongolia as an example,taking World View-2 as the data source,system was carried out to verify the proposed method.Result showed that the extraction accuracy was 91.46%,which met the demand of land consolidation projects.This method solved the problem that current main algorithms could not extract micro bending and tree-coved ditches accurately.It also provided an effective technical supporting farmland grading and farmland linear-object facilities monitoring.

Based on water-saving irrigation technique system in China,the water-saving irrigation standards system was summarized.It was pointed out that water-saving irrigation standards system was composed of composite and foundation category,engineering and technology category,material and equipment category and agricultural technology category.Meanwhile,considering the standards abolished or lower version ones might be misused,a total of 166 standards were listed which include national standards and industry standards as a reference for engineering application.

Data of Beijing water resources from 2001 to 2012 was collected.Through years of water resources changes,total amount of water resources,surface water resources amount and overall change pattern of groundwater resources were analyzed.With economic and social changes in recent years in Beijing,especially in the context of increasing population,based on‘5 water’joint configuration theory support,fluctuations in the water supply amount steady condition,a basic science,recycling and sustainable utilization of diversified water supply pattern was formed through the joint allocation of surface water,groundwater,recycled water,south to north water and emergency water supply.Per capita water resources amount increases at the speed of 3.2%.It indicated that water resources of Beijing change trend was good.

Geographical position,topography and groundwater occurrence condition of Keshan county in Heilongjiang province were introduced.Through analyzing main factors affecting groundwater circulation study area,groundwater recharge,runoff and discharge conditions were explained.According to the research area of nearly 10 years of underground water level observation data,diachronic process diagram of groundwater level from 2000 to 2011 was drawed so as to illustrate changes of groundwater level in recent years of the study area.

Changes of Cultivate Land Pressure and Grain Product in Tongliang County of Chongqing

Abstract:
Change analysis of cultivated land pressure and grain product on self-sufficiency area county has great significance for the cultivated land protection and rational utilization.Tongliang county,the typical low hilly land of Chongqing,was took as study area.Change of cultivated land pressure and grain product from 2002 to 2011 was analyzed.Results showed that agriculture land was given priority in study area,and arable land accounts for major than other in agricultural land.The cultivated land showed a trend of concentration distribution,and the little gradient cultivated land was mainly distributed in the middle to lower part,but the northern had the bigger gradient.Arable land and per capita cultivated land had presented reduced overall in 10 years,but multi-cropping index was increased,and land reclamation rate was slightly lower.Main food crop yield were increased,and the total grain output and per capita amount of grain were present decreased after increased in 10 years.The change of cultivated land pressure index was diversity in 10 years,cultivated land pressure was more noticeable,and cultivated land resource was in the tight state.The cultivated land pressure will decrease in the future,and stress state of cultivated land resource will be eased.
Temporal-spatial Changes of Water Conservancy Project Land in Chongqing

Abstract:
To explore characteristics of water conservancy project land in Chongqing since directly under jurisdiction.The data of water conservancy project land which from 1997 to 2011 was chosen to analyze temporal-spatial changes for 15 years by excel and ArcGIS.Results showed that,on time dimension,the city′s water conservancy project land mainly showed a trend of first increased after decreased,and reservoir water area accounted for most of land in water conservancy engineering,but water conservancy project construction land showed a trend of increase year by year.On space dimension,the water conservancy project land had increase or decrease different in each districts and counties,but the gap was narrowing trend.The changes of water conservancy projects land,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing and the two wings was obvious.Based on analysis of water conservancy project land,the change was more noticeable since directly under the jurisdiction of Chongqing.Because of Three Gorges Project,change was significantly which along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing,and keeping stable level in recent years.Accordingly,it was put forward that water conservancy engineering construction in Chongqing should take the‘five water’as the goal.
Design on a New Type of Grape Vine Burying Machine

Abstract:
To solve problems of existing majority of grape buried less soil and buried rattan cane machine poor quality, a new type of winter grape overwintering buried rattan machine was designed.This machine which drived by 20~40 kW tractor could finish winter buried cane homework,at the same time it could curl up grape vine and cover film before casing soil through one-stop operation.Application of this machine reduced greatly bundle before buried rattan cane work link and intensity of winter buried labor and grilled vine in spring.This machine was mainly composed of traction frame,drive the reversing gear box,rotary tillage soil,soil conveying system,sprocket,universal wheel,rattan membrane institutions and other parts.Working principle and design of key components were expounded.Working state,scope of application and main technical index were introduced.This machine had reasonable structural design and provided technical support for Chinese grape planting mechanization.

Abstract:
A new method using the extended Kalman filter theory to measure indirectly the sideslip angle and yaw rate of vehicle was proposed.The Kalman filter theory and algorithms was studied,and a 2-degree of freedom dynamics observer model of vehicle was established based on the GIM tire model.By contrasting with high-precision vehicle model,the simulation results showed that the estimation method,which measure the state variables required by control system of vehicle with longitudinal and lateral acceleration,was a kind of high precision and low cost technology.It has great significance to promote use of active safety system in the middle and low cars.

Abstract:
Planting red dates regards the dwarf culture as main planting patterns in south region of Xinjiang.Low efficiency manual picking is still used in the process of harvesting red dates.A air-suction red dates harvesting machinery was designed based on the Bernoulli principle.Functions and picking efficiency of prototype were tested with the jujube orchards in the south region of Xinjiang as the test points.Experimental results showed that the best wind velocity of straw mouth was 23 ms,average picking efficiency was 182.8 kgh,production efficiency with that machinery was 5.2 times than that with manual picking.

In order to investigate the effects of magnetized water supply on processing tomato growth,NPK nutritional status and yield,a field experiment was carried out in drip irrigation condition.Three treatments of fresh water drip irrigation(CK),250 mT(T250)and 300 mT(T300)magnetization intensity treated water drip irrigation were involved.An obvious effect of magnetic water on processing increasing tomato plant growth and dry weight accumulation was observed.For instance,in contrast to CK,processing tomato dry weight increased by 6.9%~16.9% at fruit setting stage and increased by 8.7%~21.2% at harvest stage with T250~300 magnetic water irrigation treatments,respectively.Meanwhile,numbers of small size fruit(φ<10 mm)and large size fruit(φ≥10 mm)improved by 23.7%~25.0% and by 7.3%~12.5%,respectively,with comparison with CK at the red ripe stage.Amounts of nitrogen and potassium absorbed were 1.7~1.9 gplant and 3.9~4.0 gplant with magnetic water irrigation treatments.Compared to CK,its values increased by 23.5%~42.2% and by 30.9%~33.1%,respectively.Processing tomato yield(142 065 kghm2)was significantly higher with T300 treatment than CK(129 885 kghm2),and the yield enhanced by 9.4%.In conclusion,there has an obvious effect of 300 mT magnetized water on promoting processing tomato growth,improving plant N and K uptake as well as increasing tomato yield under drip irrigation system.

After the rice into the heading in 2013,Nephotettix cincticeps(Uhier)gathered harm together on the rice ears in part of the rice fields,and the serious phenomenon was‘black ears’.According to preliminary investigation and field experiment,results showed that the rice grain weight reduced by 5%~10% than the healthy-ear grain,and with the‘black’degree aggravating loss increases.Dinotefuran,Nitenpyram-Buprofezin,Nitenpyram,Thiamethoxam and Imidacloprid could be used to control the rice leafhoppers.

Abstract:
To study effect of high light efficiency fallow rotation corn on soil environment technology,combined with two methods of physical and chemical research in this agricultural technique,several important changes in the soil environment index were analyzed.Results showed that this technique corn farming fallow rotation high luminous efficiency technology had significant implications to protect soil,would bring huge economic,social and ecological benefits for agriculture.This technology could promote good soil structure,high light transmittance,get to play a marginal effect,fallow rotation,and effectively protect soil organic matter.While it could reduce operating procedures,significantly reduce operating costs and enhance ability of soil moisture conservation,soil moisture than traditional ridge beneath higher.Under high light efficiency fallow crop rotation,soil agricultural resources have been effectively protected.

According to the statistics of total grain output in Zhejiang province from 1995 to 2012,six indexes,such as grain planting area,chemical fertilizer rate,application amount of pesticides,effective irrigation area,agricultural machinery gross power and agricultural labors were chosen as influencing factors for total grain output.Correlation between six indexes and total grain output was analyzed by using gray relation methed.Results indicated that relevancy order of which had an impact on the total grain output was agricultural labors 0.862 9,grain planting area 0.858 8,chemical fertilizer rate 0.796,application amount of pesticides 0.680 7,effective irrigation area 0.597 3 and agricultural machinery gross power 0.553.Consequently,enlarge planting area and increase agricultural machinery for agricultural labors are the most important measures to realize sustainable development of grain output in Zhejiang province.

Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of off-road vehicle and working efficiency of machines used in the field of construction and agriculture,the mechanism of soil adhesion should be understood.The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between tangential soil adhesion and moisture content using different tool materials and investigate the effect of tangential soil adhesion on mechanical properties of soil shear.In the experiment,three kinds of experimental material:rubber(RUB),steel(SS400)and resin(PEEK)were provided for direct shear test.The experimental results showed that tangential soil adhesion between soil and material increased with the increasing of soil moisture content until reached a maximum value thereafter decreased.Tangential soil adhesion was largest with steel(SS400)followed by rubber(RUB)and resin(PEEK).It was also shown that external friction angle between three kinds of tool material and test soil first decreased with the increase of moisture content,then tended to increase gradually thereafter showed a decreasing tendency after reaching peak value.The changes of tangential adhesion caused by the difference of soil moisture content directly affected shear stress and external friction angle while shear happened.
