Abstract:
Soil organic matter has positive impacts on its physical,chemical and biological properties,and the level of its content is a main symbol of soil fertility.Straw returning to field is the most basic way to restore and maintain the content.Current status of development and research of straw returning technology were described.Induction and analysis in detail were made in accordance with the straw depth,from which development process and direction of straw returning machine were teased out.Some opinions and suggestions for the future research of straw returning technology were put forward.

Abstract:
By using traditional and agricultural ditching device to plough fire lane not only has poor effect,but also inefficiency is low.Domestic and foreign characteristics and research methods of ditching device were reviewed.The idea of designing a special forest fire prevention opener with matching of forest fire-fighting caravan was put forward.In order to meet the requirements of ploughing fire lane,the method of ANSYS finite element to surface optimization design and body optimization design of the ditching device was proposed.It laid the foundation for further research of special fire prevention opener.

Solidworks was adopted to design gasoline engine.Designed model was led to 3DVIA Composer by data joggle between Solidworks and 3DVIA Composer.Color,transparency,vein and luminance of single parts were set by the property setting function of 3DVIA Composer.Every parts were disassembled through the transform function of software,such as freedom of drag,translation and rotation.3D engine disassembly was made by setting the key frame animation.Repairing and maintaining matters in every disassembling link were analyzed.It provided the basis for user to repair and maintain gasoline engine.

Abstract:
Lignin is biological polymer which is second only to cellulose content.It is present in the cell walls of higher plants.It is about 25% of woody plants,and play role of plant tissue reinforcement.In plant,tissue,lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose are in the form of a covalent bond joint,cellulose molecules is embedded in it to form a strong natural barrier.General microbes are difficult to enter the decomposition of cellulose.Therefore,degradation of lignin is one of the key point of effective utilization of cellulose.In the nature of carbon cycle,degradation of lignin and the use are the most critical link of speed limit.Progress on lignin degradation enzyme was reviewed,trying to provide some references for the biodegradation of lignin.

Abstract:
In recent years,along with the rapid growth of global economy,and sharp rise in consumption of fossil resources such as oil and coal,fossil energy shortage crisis is imminent,the attention of renewable energy sources such as biomass can gradually into a hot spot,the research and development of cellulose fuel ethanol has attracted many attentions in world. Improving level of lignocellulose biomass to liquid fuel and economy,have become the urgent task facing the current. In support of country and scientific research personnel,with help of straw fuel ethanol technology in China has made outstanding achievements,in the collection,storage and shipment of straw,raw material pretreatment,enzymatic hydrolysis,pentose fermentation,key technologies has made breakthrough. But residue rich in lignin in the production process has not been further development and utilization. Therefore,development and utilization of residue rich in lignin could fundamentally improve economic benefit of straw fuel ethanol production process,and will be an energy saving,environmental protection and make full use of natural resources for integration of systems engineering.

Abstract:
Using straw as main raw material for biogas fermentation could relieve problem of raw materials shortage for household biogas of Qin′an county.It is an important way for the comprehensive utilization of straw resources,and could solve rural energy problems.In order to explore regularity of biogas production by fermentation of proportional mix about straw materials and excrements,experimental study on single was done in Jianwan country.Through using method of sum up and comprehensive contrast of test data,best proportion of straw materials and excrements for mixed fermentation to produce biogas was grasped.It provided scientific basis for the development of biogas project in Qin′an county.

Southern Ningxia vigorously promoted the cultivation of plastic film mulching dryland farming technology,and it had achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.At present,agricultural plastic film residues were 21900 tons in Ningxia.‘White pollution’is becoming a serious problem.Government should set up a long-term mechanism,strengthen government supervision,strengthen processing enterprises,improve the recycling network,drive farmer participation,and gradually establish‘three guarantees’mechanism,that is propaganda and pick up rate,clean up the farmland mulching film,dot and recovery,convenient farmer to sell,enterprises and processing rate,enjoy policy support.The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region people′s Government was in accordance with the‘three noes’,‘three double restraint’as the main basis for inspection and acceptance,and it would accelerate the pace of film pollution control in Ningxia.

To study the uncertainty of fenazaquin in tea,testing process was studied in order to determine the major source of uncertainty.Besides,each component of uncertainty was evaluated and synthesized.Results showed that standard addition recovery and standard working solution preparation uncertainty components were main causes of uncertainty.As the content of fenazaquin was 8.28 μgkg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.40 μgkg.Result of fenazaquin content could be expressed as follows:X=(8.28±0.40)μgkg,k=2,P=95%.

Abstract:
Through investigation and study of walnut drying equipment in domestic,which have the characteristic of large energy consumption,less uniformity and low quality,5 HH-3000 type and HG-120 type walnut fruit drying machine dryers were chosen for comparative study with drying equipment performance indicators.Results proved that drying performance of 5HH-3000 type was better than HG-120 type.It provided strong evidence for optimization improvement of drying equipment,and also provided a theoretical basis for choice of models and large-scale production.

Abstract:
Composite-enzymolysis in preparing protein of gorgon nut was optimized with response surface method.Effects of factors including the solid to liquid ratio,enzymolysis temperature,enzymatic content,enzymolysis pH,enzymolysis time with the extraction rates of gorgon nut protein were explored by single-factor and response surface experiment.Results showed that enzymolysis pH was the most critical factor affecting the extraction rate of gorgon nut,followed by enzymatic content,and enzymolysis temperature exhibited less effect on extraction rate of gorgon nut protein.The optimal enzymolysis conditions were the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶20(gmL),enzymolysis temperature 49 ℃,enzymolysis pH 5.0,enzymolysis time 2 h,enzymatic content 0.35% and the extraction rates of gorgon nut protein was up to 80.38%.
Determination of 3 Pesticides in Herbal Tea by Gas Chromatography

Abstract:
A gas chromatographic method for determination of BHC,DDT and dicofol in herbal tea was established.Petroleum ether was used as extract solvent,then samples were cleaned up by sulphuric acid.BHC,DDT and dicofol residue in samples separated by RTX-1 capillary column,EDC was used as detection.Results showed that a good linearity was obtained for BHC,DDT and dicofol with the relative coefficient larger than 0.998 3,the limit detection(LOD)of method was 0.001~0.002 μgmL,the percentage recovery from the samples was between 92.5%~110%.The method was handle easily and rapid,wide range of application,it could be used to determine BHC,DDT and dicofol in herbal tea.

With pumpkin and agaric as auxiliary materials,production of pumpkin agaric no-sugar ice cream from homogeneous method and aging effects on its quality was studied.The orthogonal experiment L9(33) method was used to optimize process parameters.Results showed that homogeneous pressure 17 MPa,aging temperature 4 ℃,aging time 10 h could get better ice cream melting resistance,and inflation rate was better,too.

Abstract:
Clarifying technology of combination of pectinase treatment and microfiltration inorganic membranes in citrus juice was studied.Experimental results showed that pectin in citrus juice was basically removed by using pectinase,then the dealt juice was filtered through inorganic membrane,it was clarified and transparent and debittered appropriately,transmittance was high to 96.3%.Most of nutrient composition and aroma was saved,and without any turbidity and precipitation during three months of storage.Reasonable operating parameters of microfiltration process was also confirmed,operating pressure was 0.2 MPa,temperature was 20~25 ℃,and membrane flux was 19 L(h·m2).
Determination of Metallic Element in Herb Tea by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(IC-MS)with dry ashing digestion was applied to determine arsenic,chromium,cadmium,lead,strontium,manganese,copper and zinc in Herb Tea.In addition,the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.3%~109.4% and RSD was 1.38%~8.19%.It indicated that the method was simple,rapid,accurate which could meet demand for determining heavy metal elements in herb tea.
Slope Water Edge Effect in Loess Gully Area in Western Shanxi Province

Abstract:
Slope water edge effect in loess gully area in western Shanxi province was studied.The results as follows:first,the soil water content of slop farmland in 5 m edge space is higher than in 2 m edge space and the edge part,and the soil water content in 2 m edge space is similar with edge part.Second,the difference of soil water content between edge,middle and root part is not obvious in bench step land of 0~100 cm,but the difference is obvious in 100~200 cm,root water content than the middle part and the edge part respectively higher 18% and 68%.Third,25 cm edge space water content of scale pit in 0~100 cm layer is obviously higher than 2 cm edge space.This study could be served as guidance to ecological construction.

Abstract:
The purpose was to put forward some land use strategies which was fit for development of coastal economic developed region by analyzing land use problems of this area.A case analysis method was adopted and Dasong new city in Ningbo was selected as the case area.By analyzing orientation of urban development of coastal economic developed area and finding restrictions and problems of land-use which was faced in development of new city with a background of new land use planning implementation,it was suggested that we should innovate land-use strategy,which was fit for Dasong new city′s development,from two aspect which was broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure.Through tapping the potential and remolding old building,it could increase 650 hectares land for construction.And by using the land in the hills or reclaiming land from sea,it could increase 860 hectares of land for construction.This construction land could ease contradiction of land use effectively.The research findings showed that the land-use strategy which insisted on digging the latent power in land-use and adjusts the land-use spatial distribution with its geographical advantages was very useful for coastal economic developed region.It could not only provide some advices for local government to make a new land use plan and control measures,but also provide feasible suggestions for land requirements of construction and development of cities.

Hydraulically driven chain saw is the key execution unit for harvester head of wood harvester machine.It is used to harvest and saw logs,complete bucking operation of logging operation.In order to get the harvester head′s cutting operation performance parameters,harvester head′s cutting mechanism of the virtual prototype model was established.Cutting process was studied and analyzed.Hydraulic system of harvester head cutting operation simulation model was built based on AMESim software platform.Simulation results showed that parallel system had higher power utilization than series system.

According to working requirements of self-propelled sprayer,a kind of fork between tire and leg was designed to support the body of sprayer,and the model of fork was built based on Creo.Tires were required walk and rotate along the vertical axis.So the fork in addition to support whole body gravity,but also need to support torque.Its stress situation was more complex. In order to ensure normal work of the fork,finite element analysis using Simulate module was carried out based on Creo.Fork force was obtained from analysis result.

In order to solve the problem on the lack of proper fertilization machine in large area of orchard in Jiangxi province,current situation of domestic orchard fertilization was analyzed.Fertilizer apparatus of directional fertilization machine for orchard was designed based on the complex terrain in Jiangxi province.According to fertilizer agronomy standard of modern orchard,structure scheme of fertilization system was put forward.Incomplete gear transmission mode was designed in order to adapt to the directional fertilization requirements.And calculation of fertilization part was made.Key structures such as mixing fertilizer device suitable for different quantity of fertilizer and terrain profile device to the south were designed.This machine could fertilize near by the boot of plant,could save fertilizer,promote fertilizer use efficiency,and adjust the fertilizer in wide-range that adapt to the different fertilizer rate.

Taking Tieniu 47.8~69.8 kW tractor as research object,design principles of high clearance and wide track tractor were put forward according to Xinjiang which is the largest cotton producing areas of operation.Tread of front wheel and rear wheel,the minimum clearance from ground of front axle and rear axle of this series tractor were calculated.Carrying capacity of front axle and rear axle were checked.Results showed that this design was correct.This series tractor of high clearance and wide track could meet the operation requirements of cotton field.

Abstract:
Recently,mechanics practices of machinery engineering students are scarce in most agricultural and forestry universities,in which training contents are prefer to the course text rather than practical production.Thus,practical ability of mechanical design and drawing are degraded and failing gradually.To work around this omission and satisfy the requirements of educating and training outsanding engineers,a series of teaching reform of synthetic mechanic design was carried out.Firstly,main reform goal and connotation of the teaching reform were presentation.Then,synthetic practical training of mechanic design combined teaching with scientific research and production was implemented,which fully exert the advantages of scientific resources within engineering college of Huazhong Agricultural University.At the last,effect of the reformed training was evaluated and the improvement and optimization measure were put forword.Results in the study laid the foundation for further reforme of the synthetic practical training of mechanic design.

With Platycodon grandiflorum stem as explants,the regenerated plants were obtained by adventitious buds inducing and rooting.Callus induction and differentiation were studied using stems and leaves from aseptic seedlings as explants.Results showed that optimal medium for adventitious buds induction of stems was MS + 6-BA 1.0mgL + NAA 0.05mgL.The test-tube plantlet could root in the medium 12MS +IAA 1.0mgL+NAA 0.5mgL.Callus that were induced from two kinds of explants and inductivity of stem explants was the highest in medium MS + 2,4-D 1.0mgL+6-BA 0.2mgL.All kinds of explants from callus were differentiated.The rapid proliferation of Platycodon grandiflorum by tissue culture method could be established,which would provided effective ways for the breeding of excellent varieties and utilization of Platycodon grandiflorum.

Abstract:
Through spring corn field experiment in Siping area,high photosynthetic efficiency fallow rotation corn compared with conventional homogeneous ridges was researched,influence of soil bulk density,maize root dry weight,soil moisture content,corn light transmittance and production was studied.Soil bulk density of high photosynthetic efficiency of 0 ~ 40 cm soil layer was significantly below compared with uniform ridge in the maize jointing stage.Soil bulk density of high photosynthetic efficiency of 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm soil layer was lower compared with uniform ridge by 6.98% and 10.01% in the mature period.Root dry weight of high photosynthetic efficiency in the spinning stage of corn,milk stage and mature stage was 19.04%,19.09% and 18.84%higher than uniform ridge.High photosynthetic efficiency average water content was 2.14% higher than uniform ridge in the corn whole growth period.Transmittance average of middle uniform ridge was lower than high photosynthetic efficiency.Transmittance average of at the bottom of the high photosynthetic efficiency on June 28,July 14 and August 4 was respectively 15.33%,10.67% and 7.00% higher than that of the uniform ridge,difference reached significant level.Yield production of high photosynthetic efficiency is higher than uniform ridge,and the trend was increasing year by year.

Abstract:
Through summarizing investigation,prediction,prevention and control experience of crop disease,insect,grass and rat of Pan county,it was found that weed hazard degree for crop was not less than diseases and insect pests.Weed in dry land was especially serious harm.Grain yield loss was 10%~30%,which was caused by harm of weed in dry land.It caused great loss to agricultural production in Pan county.In order to achieve better weed control effect,inhibitory effect of herbicides on weed in dry land was tested.High efficacy,low toxicity and low residue herbicide to control dry land weed for Pan county was selected.Results showed that,effect of 50% dry grass net was the best,followed by 41% glyphosate.

Abstract:
Grading is the most preliminary unit operation of post harvest processing and utilization of wild apricot pits.Experiments were designed using response surface methodology where experiments were conducted on pedal operated wild apricot pit grader for optimizing the machine parameters and grading(size basis)operation.Effect of the three independent variables(pedal speed,feed rate and moisture content)of three level each(60,70,80 rmin speed,275,300,375 kgh feed rate and 10.5%,12.5%,14.5%(w.b.)moisture content,respectively)were studied on the grading efficiency(%)and grader capacity(kgh).Experimental data were analyzed for getting the optimum solutions of the independent variables considered in the study.Full second order model was developed for predicting responses(grading efficiency and grader capacity)and to study the effect of individual parameters and their interactions on the responses.Experimental study revealed that grading efficiency and grader capacity were observed to be in the range of 75.9%~82.4%,and 270~325 kgh,respectively.To be the best performance of the grader for getting maximum grading efficiency and grader capacity,the optimized machine parameters were found to be 75 rmin pedal speed,325 kgh feed rate and 14.5%(w.b.)moisture content of pits.
