Pests and diseases is one of the important factors of restricting sustainable development of agriculture.In the case of lack of effective early warning means and physical control means,chemical control is still one of the most important means of prevention.Low-altitude UAV spraying as a novel means of pest control,which has its unique advantages compared to traditional manned aircraft and ground spraying pesticide.This technology is becoming the new highlights and hotspots in the field of agricultural machinery.Advantages of low-altitude UAV spraying technology were introduced.Type and application status of equipment of low-altitude UAV spraying technology at home and abroad were compared.Current problems of low-altitude UAV spraying technology in china were analyzed.Trends of this technology in China were expounded.Application of low-altitude UAV spraying equipment will increase efficiency of pests control and promote sustainable development of agriculture in China.

Abstract:
Production technology mode of rice-rape using mechanical and simple method was studied according to the restricting factors of rape planting in Chongqing city.This technology mode was applicable to an altitude of 200~800 m of shallow hilly and flatland in low mountain and hill in Chongqing.After harvesting and discharging water of previous crop of rice,before cloudy or rain,rape seeds were direct seeded using no tillage or shallow tillage machinery during September 20th and October 20th.Easy and simple production of rice and oil rape rotation by mechanization was realized.It could greatly reduce labor cost,improve production efficiency of rapeseed.Core of this technology mode was simple seeding,increasing nest encryption,controlling nitrogen and increasing phosphorus and potassium,early fertilization,promoting seedlings and grass pressing.The goal of achieving the switching output and benefit according to quantity and efficiency was realized.

A large number of related literature at home and abroad were collected.Research status of thermal method and efficiency of solar collector sets at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized.It provided theoretical basis and scientific basis for solar collector for greenhouse heating in Xinjiang.According to the literature at home and abroad,improving collector collection efficiency was main research direction to improve performance of collector.Improving collection efficiency could save use of fossil fuels,and reduce harmful gas pollution to environment.Using solar collector instead of hot blast stove for heating of solar greenhouse is the future development direction of sunlight greenhouse heating use of clean energy.

Abstract:
A method for determining Sudan,Rhodamine B and Carmine in the chili seasonings by HPLC was studied.The sample was extracted in a convenient way,separated in C18 column,and tested by DAD detector.Results showed chromatographic peaks were independent and complete,separated with good linearity and the baseline flat in the 6 kinds of industrial detection.The recovery rate was 90.7%~104% while the relative standard deviation was between 1.35% and 4.75%.Therefore,thanks to the simplicity,rapidity and accuracy,this method will be suitable for the determination in 6 kinds of industrial detection of chili and its products at the same time.

Abstract:
Since the mid twentieth century,theory and application technology of magnetized water were studied in many countries.Both basic experimental data accumulation and theoretical research of micro mechanism had made great progress.In recent years,application of magnetized water in agriculture has been concern and attention of many scholars.There was a lot of research about effect of magnetized water on plant growth.Agriculture application of magnetized water in our country began in the 1970s.Studies involved main food crops,fruit trees,vegetables,edible fungus,and poultry etc.Research showed that magnetized water had a significant effect on promoting seed germination,seedling growth and development,increasing resistance,increasing production and quality,improving soil,kill bacteria and viruses,and so on.Research progress of magnetized water treatment technology and its application achievement in agricultural were synthetically described.At the same time,limitations about application of magnetized water in agriculture were discussed.

Abstract:
In order to overcome the deficiencies of different subjects,especially applied function coefficient between different research areas or evaluation by scoring in assessment of ecosystem function in the past.A method of equivalent conversion of ecological function value was proposed,and made practical use by an example of the evaluation function of farmland to forest and barren enclosure in Xinxiang forever of Jingyuan County of Gansu Province.Results showed that,ecological value of woodland by conversion of cropland to forest was greater than the total value with ecological value of crops and agricultural output in the locality.The method not only overcome the shortcomings of described above,but also achieve comparability of different ecological functions and crop production value in the ecological function evaluation.This method could be used to evaluate ecological value different ecological measures,especially for the value assessment of returning farmland to forest and public welfare.

Abstract:
In recent years,the garlic varieties of Jining area were grown serious degradation,low yields and poor quality.Six introduced varieties of garlic were cultivated to investigate suitability.Results showed that,garlic agronomic characters,bulb and scape yield of Hebei-Baoding and Jiangsu-Fengxian were exceeded than those of local cultivars garlic of Jinxiang.The garlic varieties of Hebei-Baoding and Jiangsu-Fengxian were suitable for introducing in Jining area.The garlic varieties of Jinlin-Lishu and Liaoning-Tieling were exhibited seedling late,mature late,low yields and long growth period,not suitble for planting in Jining area.

Through analysis of measuring soil fertilizer of Fengyuanyou 272,test data showed that N,P and K on its economic characters had different degrees of influence,and P production effect was largest,N relatively slightly,K followed.Best fertilizer rate was 46% urea 298.5 kghm2,12% calcium superphosphate 312.0 kghm2,60% potassium chloride 82.5 kghm2,its output was 7707.0 kghm2.It provided rice production technical basis for measured soil fertilizer in Hengdong county.
Role of Ca2+ and NADPH Oxidase on Promotion Mechanism of Salt-resistence of Lonicera macranthoides by Exogenous ABA

Abstract:
The possible effects of Ca2+,EGTA,DPI on protective enzyme and NADPH oxidase of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz seedlings under 200 mmolL NaCl stress in solution culture were studied and a common cultivar“Yulei No.1”was used.Results showed that,Ca2+ increased SOD,CAT and NADPH oxidase activity were more significant than ABA,EGTA significantly inhibited the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase of the Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.The activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase did not recover under EGTA+ABA treatment.It suggested that the ABA had no significant effect on improving the activity of protective enzyme in the absence of lacking Ca2+.DPI significantly inhibited the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase of the Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.And the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase did not recover under EGTA+ABA treatment.

Pig farmers are still small scaled,so it is particularly important and urgent to study their intention and behavior of safe breeding.104 pig farmers were surveyed and the data based on the binary logistic regression model was analyzed.Current study revealed that the total amount of live pig per year,the ratio of breeding income to the total income,whether participating in breeding training,perception on safe breeding of parent pig and perception on hygiene of pig house were key factors influenced intention of safe breeding,and that intention of safe breeding,perception on safe breeding of parent pig and perception on hygiene of pig house were key factors influenced behavior of safe breeding.Based on above findings,countermeasures were proposed to improve intention and behavior of small pig farmers.The study could be used as a reference to relative agencies such as agriculture,animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department.

Influence of Climate Types and Crop Management Practices on Soil Loss and Water Yield in Rainfed Upland Environment of Northern Philippines(Extracts)

Abstract:
The impact of rainfall regimes and crop management practices in the rainfed uplands of the Cagayan Valley region,Northern Philippines was examined.The primary goal of the study is to evaluate the performance and adaptability of the water erosion prediction project(WEPP)model in estimating the rate of soil erosion and runoff under upland rice cultivation.The research involves establishment of automatic weather station and erosion plots with three conservation management as treatments.Analysis was undertaken to characterize rainfall events in terms of amount,intensity,duration and frequency in relation to erosion data.Comparison of actual,simulated data and sensitivity analysis of scenarios for different types of rainfall,slope,and conservation,practices was made.The validation results demonstrated the statistical acceptability of the WEPP model.The actual and simulated data indicated that 50% soil loss was reduced when contour planting with hedgerow were practiced.The rate of soil loss is linearly affected by increasing slopes and length,such that,the rate of soil removal ranges 1.2-48.46 thm2 across treatments at 10%-50% slope and 10-40 m slope length.The model can be used to develop decision support tools for conservation,optimization and utilization of farm resources in agricultural watershed units for improved productivity of upland areas in sustainable way.
