Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristics of farm environmental with measured large area,measured numerous points and long observation time,the farm environmental monitoring system based on the Internet of Things(IOT)was designed.The system was made up of three layers which were sensor layer,transmission layer and application layer,respectively.WSN node hardware circuit based on freescale MC9S12XS128 as microcontroller and node solar photovoltaic power generation system were designed,low layers software system of router and coordinator was programed,communications performance from the remote server to single point and multiple points in WSN was tested.Field experiments showed that the farm environmental monitoring system based on IOT was stable and reliable and provided basis for the scientific forecasting and science cultivation.

In view of present situation of extensive regulation in aquiculture environment,a set of system of wireless monitoring and automatic control for aquaculture was developed based on the virtual instrument,wireless sensor network and GSM technology.Based on virtual instrument technology,the system was able to detect aquaculture environmental factors such as dissolved oxygen,temperature and pH value online,and the aerator could be controlled depending on please.Based on wireless sensor network(ZigBee),a multi-fishpond control was formed.Through GSM technology,signal of aquaculture environmental parameters and warning was sent to host′s mobile phone.System in Tianjin Baodi fingerling field demonstration showed that,the system could accurately carry out detection and control of environment,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy,and has broad application prospects.

A Design of Plant Factory with Intensive Space and Efficient Energy Utilization

Abstract:
Plant factory has received widespread attention in recent years,which can create tens of times or even a hundred times of agricultural production more than traditional method.But there are also some drawbacks with it,one of which is the high production costs that has significantly limited the development and promotion of a plant factory.Based on the Lean Production and the illumination intensity distribution of LED,proposes a design scheme of the plant factory which could greatly enhance the production capacity,reduce the cost per unit,and improve the production flexibility.In this scheme,the job shop of the plant factory comprises a group of cultivation racks which could smoothly slide on two parallel rails and be assembled when necessary.This unique design greatly reduces the unnecessary non-production areas caused by redundant passages.Meanwhile,it is possible to increase the production capacity and reduce the cost per unit by this improvement.Also,a movable tray device along with a set of dynamic adjusting system were installed and imbedded into the cultivation rack.By doing so,LED′s on top of the cultivation rack of each layer could adjust their power to fit the best growing requirements of plants.The power-adjusting function of LED′s was controlled by the presenting data stored in the main controlled system.With the application of movable tray device and the dynamic adjusting system,the operating consumption of LED′s energy as well as the cost per unit was reduced.The purposes of increasing the production capacity and reducing the cost per unit in the plant factory were achieved through the proposed design scheme with intensive space and efficient energy utilization.Additionally,production flexibility was also optimized.

Peanuts were infected with aspergillums flatus and aspergillus easily in the growth and storage process due to environmental factors. aflatoxins are the secondary metabolism of these two fungi,which have strong toxicity carcinogenic and teratogenic.The representative aflatoxins in contaminated peanuts are B1,B2,G1,and G2.At present the detection method for aflatoxins mainly have thin layer chromatography(TLC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)immunochemical analysis and so on.There is no nondestructive online special separation method based on afflation′s content. Therefore,proposals and ideas for online nondestructive detection technique of aflatoxins contaminated peanuts were put forward.
Influence of Extrusion on Emulsifying Properties of Soybean Proteins and Pectin Mixtures Modelled by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:
A simplex-centroid design was applied to the model emulsifying activity index(EAI),average droplet size(D[4,3])and creaming inhibition(CI%)of the mixtures.The objective was to apply response surface methodology to estimate the emulsifying capacity and stability of mixtures containing isolated and textured soybean proteins combined with pectin and to evaluate if extrusion process affects these interfacial properties.Results showed that all models were significant and able to explain more than 86% of the variation.The high predictive capacity of the models was also confirmed.The mean values for EAI,D[4,3]and CI% observed in all assays were(0.173±0.015)nm,(19.2±1.0)μm and 53.3%±2.6%,respectively.No synergism was observed between the three compounds.This result could be attributed to the low soybean protein solubility at pH 6.2(<35%).Pectin was the most important variable for improving all responses.The emulsifying capacity of the mixture increased 41% after extrusion.Pectin could substitute or improve the emulsifying properties of soybean proteins and that the extrusion brought additional advantage to interfacial properties of this combination.
Storage Quality of Paddy in High Temperature and High Humidity Regions

Abstract:
Quality target of paddy stored under different temperatures and humidity were studied,such as fatty acids value,water,reducing sugar,non-reducing sugar and viscosity.By comparing various indicators of mutual relations and quality of stored paddy,optimum conditions for paddy storage were explored,which could guarantee rice quality.Results showed that,fat acid value was sensitive to environmental condition influence.The time was longer,the fat acid value variation rate would be quicker in the environment with high-temperature and high-humidity.Changes would be slowly in the low temperature and damp environment.With the preserve time expanded and difference storage conditions,changes of reduced sugar value in paddy was not very great.Moreover,content of non-reducing sugar of paddy would gradually decreased in environment with high-temperature and high-humidity.Finally,viscosity of paddy would be showing a downward trend when stored longer,especially in the environment with high-temperature and high-humidity.The fresh paddy′s viscosity was higher,and when temperature and humidity were higher,the viscosity level drop quicker.

In recent years,the dairy industry in the world had a steady development relatively,providing a good environment to the development of China′s dairy industry.At the same time,the China′s dairy industry had already entered the structural adjustment period,which had experienced retrograde period and recovery period,and the dairy market was in a good development trend.Thus,the Tibet dairy industry was facing a good development opportunity under this background.Development situation of dairy industry in Tibet in recent years was described.Advantage and disadvantage of its development in the future was analyzed.Some suggestions for government and enterprises were put forward,so that the dairy industry in Tibet could be in a better and faster development.

Best production technology of Typha latifolia pickled cabbage was researched.Change of nitrite content of Typha latifolia pickled cabbage in fermentation process was inspected.Results showed that the addition amount of lactic acid bacteria was 2 mLKg,salt concentration was 8%,sugar amount was 1.5%,fermentation temperature was 28 ℃,the best sensory quality of fermented pickled cabbage was 5 d,and nitrite content was low.

According to statistics,currently,more than 2.7 million families devoted to agricultural production with the scale of operation above 6.67 hm2,family farms of various types have totaled 877 000 and co-ops have exceeded 950 000.The commercialized agricultural entities are well above 300 000.Obviously,solving the‘loan’problem so as to meet the needs of agricultural development has become an imperative before us.Reasons for the difficulty of fund raising faced by agricultural machinery cooperatives from the vantage points of financial institutions,agricultural cooperatives and agricultural insurance companies were examined.In the meantime,problems inherent in agricultural machinery co-ops were also analyzed.Some suggestions for the fund raising problems were finally provided in the hope that they may serve as the basis of policy formulation for government agencies.

Biomass gasifiers which are operated at temperatures below 1 300℃ yield producer gas with heavy hydrocarbons(Tars),dust,soot particles,alkali metals,acids,alkali gases,etc.,which cause foul odours and emission problems.For most of these contaminants,well-developed measurement and reductionremoval techniques are available.However,for tar removal,at present there is dearth of universally accepted and economically feasible technology.The design and development of this jacketed cyclone is a determined effort in this direction.The jacketed cyclone that has been developed,could remove about 99.60% tar from producer gas using circulating water at the periphery of cyclone that was maintaining at a temperature of 5℃ with a uniform flow rate of 360 Lh.Apart from being simple and cheap,the jacketed cyclone is environment friendly because it reuses the circulating water and reduces the condensate that was formed with the other available technologies.This paper covers the design,development and performance evaluation of jacketed cyclone used for the reduction of tar content in producer gas.
