Effects of LED Red and Blue Light Component on Growth and Photosynthetic Pigment Contents of Two Leaf-color Lettuce Cultivars

Abstract:
Lettuces of green and purple leaves were planted with hydroponics under LED light of different blue light ratio and fluorescent light,and the growth of the lettuces were studied.The two leaf-color lettuce under RB 2∶1(RBⅠ)got the highest photosynthetic pigment content.Photosynthetic pigment contents decreased as the ratio of blue light got lower,so it was lowest under RB 1∶2(RB Ⅲ)and flourescent light(F).And sensitivity degree of green lettuce photosynthetic pigment to light quality was higher than that of purple lettuce.The green lettuce got highest shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight and shoot dry weight under RB 1∶1(RB Ⅱ).Shoot fresh weight of purple lettuce was the highest under white light(W).Root fresh weight and root dry weight of purple lettuce were the largest under RB 2∶1(RBⅠ).However,shoot dry weight was not sensitive to the ratio of red and blue light.RB 1∶1(RB Ⅱ)and white light(W)were the most suitable to the growth of green lettuce and purple lettuce respectively.

Abstract:
In order to solve the medium-term farming in the orchard field and the control of outbreaking insect pest in the local region,the photoelectric trapping killing orchard pest machines for long distance migration were designed and manufactured,and the effectivity and adaptability of 4 kinds of machines for orchard operations were verified by orchard field tests.
Biological Effects of Microwave and High Voltage Electrostatic Field on Tomato Seeds

Abstract:
Biological effects of microwave and high voltage electrostatic field on two kinds of tomato seeds and seedlings were studied.Relative conductivity and germination rate of treated tomato seeds were measured.Relative conductivity of the treated seeds decreased by some degree,maximum by 10.28%.Germination rate of treated seeds was raised by 58.3%,maximum.Such parameters as plant height,stem diameter peroxidase activity,photosynthetic pigments content,soluble sugar content,FvFm and FvF0 of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of seedlings were also measured.Compared with check samples,these parameters maximum were raised by 175.31%,92.9%,161.6%,54.5%,15.54% and 72.78%,respectively.Biological effects of microwave and high voltage electrostatic field on tomato seeds were different.It meant that the mechanism was different.The study gave us experimental support for the research of bio-effects mechanism of microwave and electrostatic field.

Abstract:
Animal husbandry in Chongqing,especially in Three Gorges Reservoir area,plays a very important role in the rural economy.But the development of animal husbandry in scale,created economic benefits at the same time,also produced a huge animal manure pollution.According to the actual development situation of aquaculture,biogas residues and planting industry in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir,research and demonstration of biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization was carried out in Qianjiang,Changshou and Chengkou etc.Test results showed that biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization promoted agricultural breeding and planting cycle.The concept of biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization became reality.
Application of Ozone Purification Technology on Piggery Wastewater

Abstract:
Taking ozone purification technology as dominant,cleaning dry manure by electric cleaning machinery,solid-liquid separation by filter press,filtering by quartz sand,and ozone purification treatment technology were carried out in order to explore feasibility of treatment of piggery wastewater process.Results showed that working efficiency of cleaning dry manure by electric cleaning machinery was 5 to 15 times better than the way of water flush excrement.Treatment by ozonated water with the concentration of 7.8 mgL for 10 minutes caused the value of pH and the concentrations of SS,NH3-N,TP,COD,BOD,Cu and Zn in manure decrease by 12.20%,97.54%,89.80%,94.74%,96.55%,91.73%,77.85% and 91.28% respectively.Degradation efficiency of sulfadiazine,sulfamethoxazole,sulfapyridine were 97.37%,96.23% and 93.64% respectively.Treatment efficacy of total number of bacteria and intestinal flora was almost 100%.Treated water met the emissions requirements of GBT 18596—2001‘Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry Pollutant Discharge Standards’.

Abstract:
Problems that single seed varieties,poor quality and dependence on imports influenced the modernization of fruit nursery stock industry process in China.Improving quality and increasing varieties of fruit nursery stock seed were the key to enhance the competitiveness of China′s fruit seedling seed.And it also was the basic factor to promote the healthy development of fruit nursery stock industry.Application of modern physics engineering technologies in agriculture already existed.Reasonable application of modern physics engineering technologies could improve seed vigor and crop yield,and reduce the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.Problems of fruit nursery stock seed in China were analyzed.Solution was analyzed according to modern physics engineering technologies,development ideas of fruit nursery stock seed in China were put forward.It provided reference for development and scientific decision of fruit nursery stock industry.

Abstract:
The concept of optoelectronic agriculture was proposed and defined. Four main research fields in the area of optoelectronic agriculture were proposed,which included light regulation technology for plants,light controlling technology for plant growth,optoelectronic engineering in the livestock and fishery sectors,and plant factories and agricultural internet of things.In addition,a series of recent advances in this area made by the Centre of Excellence for Research in Optoelectronic Agriculture at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University were introduced. It pointed out that advances of optoelectronic agriculture would contribute to the development of modern agriculture and help to address the challenges faced by it.It also provided experimental and technological support for the development of modern agriculture and the practical and marketable products and technologies for the exchange and promotion of modern agricultural technologies.
Influence Simulation of Greenhouse Light Environment from Roof Shape

Abstract:
Influence of roof shape type on light environment in greenhouse was simulated and studied by greenhouse light environment simulation software of China Agricultural University.Results showed that effect of light environment was very small from 3 different roof shape,such as double circular arc,elliptical and linear combination.Optical radiation accumulation of elliptical roof was relatively large,but difference only was 0.048%.Therefore,without too much considering influence of roof shape when a greenhouse was built from perspective of light environment.

Abstract:
Solar geothermal heating technology used in sunlight greenhouse is the application of solar concentrator heating medium water,soil temperature is heated by circulating medium water,so as to provide the appropriate soil temperature for sunlight greenhouse crop growth. Solar geothermal heating system used in sunlight greenhouse with energy storage tank was designed and researched,and its effects were tested in Jinghai county of Tianjin city.Results showed that the system could effectively improve the soil temperature of sunlight greenhouse,the soil temperature could be maintained at 15 ℃ in winter,it was to meet the demand of fruit vegetables production.

Abstract:
Through three years of practical application of technology project,which is‘application demonstration of facility agriculture ecological environment physical control key technology’,in facilities agriculture park of Wuqing district in Tianjin city,best technology route and implementation method of application of high and materialized new technology,such as electricity,sound and light,in agricultural facilities were explored.Application effect comparison of key mechanization technologies,which were prevention and growth-promoting system of space electric field,carbon dioxide air fertilizer,sonic fueling,and electronic insecticidal,in growth,disease resistance,yield and qualitative were introduced.Application of physical facility agriculture ecological environment control key technology was one of the effective ways to improve ecological environment,and promote farmers′ income.It was worthy of promotion.

Soil borne disease is the most serious diseases and insect pests that harms crops,especially greenhouse crops.An effective method for comprehensive control of soil borne plant diseases and insect pests was introduced.Soil temperature high efficiency sterilization disinsection machine that a kind of physical agriculture machinery used in this method was detailed.And a kind of soil reducing agent that used for plant growth and recovery of ecological environment was introduced.Field experiments showed that this method could replace conventional pesticide management.At the same time,with the help of scientific and effective field management,this method could fundamentally solve the root knot nematode and most soil borne disease problems,and improve yield and quality of crops.
