Abstract:
In order to improve the quality of winter wheat seeding in Beijing,according to national standard of seeder and detection index of sowing quality for wheat seeder,6 kinds of winter wheat seeders commonly used were selected to carry out field sowing experiment for model selection under 2 kinds of tillage mode.Experiment results showed that Dahua 2BMYF-9 type rotary tillage seeder and Yunnong 2BMFZS-12 type vibration deep tillage seeder were suitable sowing models under the site preparing mode of straw crushing and heavy harrow.Yunnong 2BMFZS-12 type vibration deep tillage seeder and Xinfeida 2BMF-9 type seeder were suitable sowing models under the site preparing mode of straw crushing,heavy harrow,tillage and rotary tillage.User could select suitable wheat seeder according to different tillage mode.

Abstract:
Sweet potato production mechanization technology is backward,and special equipment is short in the suburb of Beijing.Most sweet potato ridgers were simple ridgers,or other ridging machine replaced.Their ridging quality was poor,ridge was not uniform,so as to effect sweet potato growth and cause land waste.Adaptability test of sweet potato ridger was carried out in order to select suitable sweet potato ridging operation models in suburb of Beijing.3 ridging machine of sweet potato for 1-QL,1-GQL-2 and 1-GKN-2 were selected to test.Test results showed that 1-GQL-2 and 1-QL could meet the requirements of standard,1-QL was suitable for small area land operation and 1-GQL-2 was suitable for large-scale land operation.

Abstract:
Maize precision sowing technology can increase maize yield,save cost and increase economic benefit.But this technology was applied very few in suburb of Beijing.In order to promote the technology of precise sowing maize in Beijing area,adaptability experiment of maize precision seeder was carried out so as to determine seeding machine that was suitable for popularization and application.According to characteristics of the land in suburb of Beijing,Kuhn MAXIMA-6,Johndeere 1030-4 and 2BMF-4 type maize precision seeder were selected to carry out experiment.Test results showed that 3 kinds of models could reach the standard of NY/T 1628—2008‘Operation quality of maize no tillage planter’.Kuhn MAXIMA-6 and Johndeere 1030-4 were suitable for large-scale land sowing work,2BMF-4 was suitable for small plots of land.
Field Test and Improvement Suggestion of Dibble Type Vegetable Transplanter

Abstract:
Field tests of 2ZB-2 dibble type transplanter was conducted.Planting quality,planting productivity and reliability of this machine were objectively evaluated,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.Field test results showed that this machine which could realize integration homework,but the seedlings planted pass rate was only 84.85%, production efficiency was 0.049 hm2/h,operation reliability was 66%.Improvement suggestions were as follows:replaced by a self-propelled traction device could reduce the volume and improve overall operational efficiency;accuracy of seedlings was improved by changing planting mechanism to arm structure;stainless steel material was adopted to make seedling feeding mechanism could avoid rust problem such as hang seedlings.

With the process acceleration of our agricultural and transformation,mass and technical production of agriculture has become mainstream of agricultural production.Therefore,it is imperative to specialization unified control and treatment.As an emerging technology,compared with the traditional plant protection machine,efficiency and effect of injection,prevention and control of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles were improved significantly.It was especially suitable for large area crop production of plant protection spray.Based on the future development direction of China′s agriculture,plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle in the future would become the main agricultural specialization work force of unified control and treatment.Combined with the agricultural development and present situation of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle in Beijing,promotion prospect of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle was analyzed,and preliminary suggestions of development were put forward.

Abstract:
Uniformity experiment of temperature field for differential pressure pre cooler of top air supply type was carried out.Experiments of pre cooling efficiency and power consumption were done according to visual analysis method.Results showed that effects on pre cooling efficiency and power consumption factors from high to low were air temperature,height of stack and wind speed.Temperature uniformity of width direction,left and right direction,up and down direction were determined.Test results showed that temperature uniformity could meet the requirement of design and this machine could achieve the purpose of rapid precooling.

Abstract:
Corresponding mechanization technology of greenhouse vegetables production process is insufficient in Beijing suburbs.Production process,such as soil tillage and preparation,ridging,membrane and transplant,mainly rely on manual operation.Labor input is quantity,and production efficiency is low.Rapid development of greenhouse vegetables planting industry is restricted.Through the experiment and demonstration of facility deep tillage technology,ridging and membrane transplanting technology,purpose of reducing labor,reducing labor intensity,saving costs and achieving mechanization could be reached.In facilities standard garden of Shunyi district,Daxing district,Changping district,and Yanqing county of Beijing,multiple demonstration gardens for greenhouse vegetables planting mechanization production were established.200 building greenhouses transformation were finished.Mechanized demonstration operation area was 33.33 hm2.Number of technical training and training farmers were 5 and 500.Integrated application of these technologies,direct costs could be reduced 7 733.13 yuan/hm2,accumulated savings RMB 260 000 per year.

Varieties of growth regulators used for cucumber increased in recent years.In order to verify the effect on increasing fruit setting rate and yield of growth regulators used for vegetable cultivation,select the best growth regulator,improve commodity traits and yield of cucumber,spraying comparison experiment of autumn cucumber using 5 kinds of growth regulators from market was made.Experiment results showed that effects on vegetable growth and development of different growth regulators were different.So growth regulators should be carefully selected.
