Production Process Optimization of Function Loquat Tablets

Abstract:
Using loquat as mainly raw materials,other materials were added to produce a new product,loquat tablets.Firstly,color technology of loquat piece was determined.Then,add accessories were selected,add accessories ratio was determined.Finally,optimization of heat cooking temperature,drying time and drying temperature were made sure.Using multi-oxidase as indicators,effects of pH value and temperature on browning enzyme activity were researched through single factor experiment.Results showed that high temperature and low pH value could inhibit the activity of multi-oxidase.Then effect of ascorbic acid,organic acids for color were studied.Results showed that ascorbic acid was effective when concentration of 250 mgkg.Potato powder,white sugar and edible colloid were selected as major raw materials,with sensory evaluation value as indicator,optimum adding amount of potato powder,white sugar and edible gum were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test,which were 15%,12% and 6%.Cooking temperature,drying time and drying temperature were selected,with moisture content as the index,optimum process parameters were studied.Results showed that boiling temperature 100 ℃,boiling time 30 minutes,drying time 120 minutes and drying temperature 75 ℃ were the best technical parameters.

Taking Inner Mongolia Xing′an league Jalaid banner 1 300 hm2 land using surface water as water sprinkler irrigation engineering as an example,engineering design of a single center pivot irrigation machine which control area was 33.3 hm2 was discussed from several aspects included water source engineering design,selection of pipe network system layout,water pipe diameter determination,work regulations,hydraulic calculation and water pump.Practice of 3 years proved that irrigation water use coefficient increased from 0.65 to 0.85,average gross water used from 5 700 m3hm2 down to 4 350 m3hm2,average annual savings of water for 1.8 million m3.

Abstract:
As a special geological features in our country,the multiple geological disaster in the Karst region area has become the influence of "problems about agriculture,rural areas and peasantry"and the important factor of regional economic and social development.Based on the analysis of type and effect on regional economic and social of geological disaster in the Karst plateaux region,the control of geological disaster of landslide and collapse Dananshan primary in Yanzikou Town of Qixingguan District as an example,formation and control situation of landslide and collapse geological hazards were explored in the study area.The controlling measures of anti-sliding were including intercepting and drain system and blocking system,and engineering measures mainly included three kinds of intercepting drain,anti-slide pile and retaining wall.But collapse mainly adopted reinforce or cleaning.High incidence of landslide and collapse geological hazards was closely related to special geological features in Karst plateaux region.Finally,from two aspects of treating landslide and collapse geological disaster prevention,combining the reality of it,measures were put forward that strengthen regional geological disasters cruise screening,the design feasibility demonstration,and combination of returning farmland to forest policy measures to reduce the induced geological hazard,in order to reduce the impact of geological disasters on regional economic and social development.

Abstract:
To solve the problems of low efficiency,bottle error and uneven of liquid spawn inoculation,a high-speed precise liquid spawn inoculation devices was designed.Structure and principle of this inoculation device were clarified.Jet flux and combined nozzle parameters were analyzed emphatically.And the performance tests were carried on.Taking inoculation accuracy,bottle error and repetitive error as indicators,injection pressure,nozzle diameter and jet time were studied.Test and analysis results indicated that injection pressure,nozzle diameter and jet time had highly significant effect on inoculation effect,and the optimum parameters were 0.17 MPa for injection pressure,0.4 mm for nozzle diameter and 0.52 s for injection time.Test proved that inoculation accuracy was more than 99%,bottle error was less than 3%,and repeat error was less than 0.4 g.The indicators meet the demand of edible fungi factory production.

In order to solve some problems such as simple function and bad performance,a seeding monomer which was applied to no-till precise planters had been designed. Experiment indicated that miss index was not more than 3%,multiple index was not more than 2.5%,seed space index was not less than 87%.These performance indexes were better than industry standard.It achieved no tillage sowing and its marketing prospect was promising.
Movement Simulation of Eccentric Wheel Crank Swing Link Mechanism of Reciprocating Cutter

Abstract:
The basic structure and working principle of eccentric wheel crank swing link mechanism,that was driving mechanism of reciprocating cutter,were expounded.Motion law of this mechanism was analyzed and deduced theoretically by vector method.And equations of motion were obtained.Motion curve fig and variation law of vibrating force over body frame were obtained by using dynamics simulation software ADAMS on the mechanism of motion simulation analysis.Simulation results showed that when input speed was 400 rmin,the cycle of cutter motion was 0.15 seconds,the distance of running was 76 mm,speed was -1.5~1.73 ms,and acceleration was -69.5~68.6 ms2.Force generated for cutter movement was harmonic load and when input speed was 469 rmin,the force was 1 393 N.It provided a theoretical basis for optimal design and dynamic analysis of eccentric wheel crank swing link mechanism by theoretical analysis and simulation.

Abstract:
A kind of half-track walking device of tractor for hill area to solve the problem of bad crawling ability and low efficiency was designed.This device mainly consisted of walking bracket,decelerating mechanism,track driving wheel,guiding wheel,some supporting wheel,rubber track and tensioning mechanism.It could fit hill area well and didn′t slip.Field driving performance tests showed that the line speed error was in 4% between front-wheel of tractor and track driving wheel,which was accord with the design aim.The successful development of this half-track walking device was good for promoting hill area agricultural machinery development.And it provided reference for other enterprise or research organization to design half-track walking device.

Yield potential of precocious corn Kenwo 2 and Demeiya 2 under different fertilization factors and different density was explored.Tests found that growth in big fat area was obviously better than small area,leaf area index was higher 7.6% in big fat area than small area under different fertilization.The yield with different treatments of two varieties:Kenwo 2 increased production 11.4% in big fat area than small area,Demeiya 2 increased production 12.5% in big fat area than small area,production increased 12.7% under different density.Effect of controlling residual injury of previous soybean was obvious using Bihu seed dressing and spraying leaf fertilizer.It had effect of increasing seedling resistance according to spraying leaf fertilizer of Futian Jiali and Caitemei.

Abstract:
Identifying crop properties non-destructively can provide a rapid and accurate understanding of its response to various environmental influences.Crop chlorophyll content is an important indicator of crop health and therefore estimation of crop yield.In recent years,remote sensing has been accepted as a robust tool for site-specific management by detecting crop parameters at both local and large scales.The reported research assessed the potential of high resolution satellite imagery to predict wheat properties at a regional scale.Vegetation indices including NDVI,RVI,GNDVIbr and other band ratios,were derived from ASTER imagery and related to crop chlorophyll concentration.The results demonstrated the effectiveness of using ASTER high resolution satellite images to map spatial variation of wheat chlorophyll content through the derived vegetation indices.NDVI and redgreen band ratio were revealed to be sensitive indices for assessing wheat chlorophyll content (R=0.73 and 0.72 respectively).The results suggested that use of high spatial resolution satellite imagery for the retrieval of crop chlorophyll levels provides an effective assessment of crop status at a regional scale.
