Abstract:
In view of inadequate efficiency of cleaning device about axial flow type grain combine harvester that using threshing method,double fan oscillating screen type cleaning device was designed.And its front fan had three air ducts.During the experiment,a plurality of measuring points were set in the surface of cleaning sieve,flow velocity value of each measuring point was measured by anemometer.Airflow distribution of sieve surface was analyzed.Experiment results showed that the size and distribution of airflow from three air ducts of front fan could meet the needs about airflow distribution of cleaning device for longitudinal axial flow type threshing method.After fan could effectively assisted cleaning sieve discharge short stem,so as to improve the cleaning effect.

Abstract:
Sunflower seed is China′s important oil and food processing raw materials.Developing sunflower harvester that suited to China′s national conditions has important significance that reducing labor intensity,improving efficiency of sunflower harvest and increasing peasants′ economic strength.Developed countries have basically realized sunflower harvest mechanization.Sunflower harvester develop toward to large-scale,generalization,specialization,humanization and intelligent.China′s sunflower harvest machinery development started late.Although there are product production,but the technology is not mature.Sunflower harvest mechanization level is relatively low.Research status of sunflower harvest technology was analyzed at home and abroad. Market demand,type of harvester and their advantages and disadvantages in China were discussed combined with the present situation that Chinese oil sunflower,edible sunflower and plant density were not uniform.Policy recommendations of sunflower harvester development in China were put forward.

Abstract:
In order to resolve the problems such as high loss rate,high miss rate and low working efficiency,a combined digging device with automatic accompanying guide for beet has been designed.Experiment data comparison showed that the loss rate reduced 3.56 percentage point,miss rate reduced 3.08 percentage point,and working efficiency increased by 15%.The results offered technique support for research and design of combine beet harvester.

Impacts of Meat Quality and Additives on Texture of Pork Balls

Abstract:
Impacts of meat before and after stiffness and rigidity time on texture of meat balls were studied.Results showed that if pork was more fresh,the texture of pork balls would be better.Before rigidity,texture of meat balls changed fast,but after rigidity,texture of meat balls changed very slow.Based on studies of meat varieties,relations from good to bad on affecting texture of pork balls was cattle crural meat>pig crural meat>cattle hand meat>pig hand meat,and meat balls made from cattle and from pork was not largely different.Study of different way of wringing meat showed that,the relations from good to bad on affecting texture of pork balls was mix using way(first cutting and then hiting)>hiting way>cutting way.Based on studies of salt and alkali additive on impact of texture of pork balls,results showed that,the optimal content of salt was 2%,and the optimal content of alkali was 0.5%.In terms of starch varieties,impact of potato starch,tapioca starch,corn starch and wheat starch on chewy,friability,hardness difference of pork balls was not obvious.But in terms of improving the elasticity of meatballs,tapioca starch and potato starch was significantly better than the other two kinds of starch.

Coupling Relationship between Urban Development Suitability and Regional Economic Development Condition Based on GIS:Taking Huangpi District of Wuhan City as an Example

Abstract:
In order to study the relationship between urban development and appropriateness of economic development level,taking Hubei Huangpi district for example,from natural suitability,location suitability,ecological suitability,and land conversion suitability four aspects of a total of 10 layers to build a comprehensive factor evaluation system.Based on GIS technology,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert scoring method were integrated to determine index weight factor weight and quantitative criteria to evaluate the urban land ecological suitability of the study area.Coupling relationship between urban development suitability and regional economic development was analyzed from economic development level.Results showed that,level of regional economic development was closely related to proportion of suitability land at all levels of urban area in the region.Level of economic development was higher as land use ratio which was suitable for development of towns was greater.

In order to realize robot welding of threshing cylinder for combine harvester,robot welding workstation of threshing cylinder was designed.And universal design of welding fixture was carried out.At the same time,robot welding manufacturability and consistency of workpiece of threshing cylinder were analyzed.Welding experiments proved the feasibility about robot welding of threshing cylinder.It had certain reference significance for application of welding robot in welding of cylinder parts.
Research on Driving Performance of Walking Variant Transporter for Yunnan Mountainous Area

Structure and different driving modes of walking variant transporter for Yunnan mountainous area were introduced.Drive and adhesion conditions were analyzed.Necessary and sufficient conditions of uphill driving for walking variant transporter were obtained.Maximum gradeability situation that subjected to engine power and adhesion was analyzed.At the same time,taking 204T type walking variant transporter as an example to calculate and analyse.Results showed that when the power of engine was 14.7kW,using the rear or all wheel drive mode (four round),maximum gradeability of walking variant transporter was 17.7°,it would have better driving performance and strong climbing ability.

According to the present development of rice seedling equipments,and farmers use demand,a rice precision seeder which efficiency was one thousand seeding trays an hour was designed.This machine could complete spreading subsoil,watering,sowing and covering surface soil in one time processes.Basic structure,working principle and the design of its each component were introduced.Experiment was made.Test results showed that this machine work efficiency was high,work quality was good,and seeding effect completely reached agronomic requirements.It created the conditions for improvement of rice production mechanization technology level.

Nowadays,two-stage vacuum extruder has been widely used in brick and tile industry,and main direction in the future of extruder research is to squeeze out high density,high mechanical strength,moderate moisture content and uniformity,good surface quality′s adobe.Elastic-visco plastic model of mud was established through the study of rheology and fluid mechanics.Constitutive equation of brick and tile mud was built through studying the relationship of stress- strain-time.Effect factors of rheological properties of mud were analyzed concretely.Main factors that affecting quality of extrusion were found through analysis and research of extruder structure and actual working process.Feasible control scheme was put forward.

Abstract:
Should underdeveloped regions choose specialization or diversification as the road to industries development from perspective of deepening division of labor? To answer this question,an analysis was conducted taking the specialization and diversification of manufacturing and services sectors as efficiency influences based on the trans-logarithmic production of stochastic frontier model and panel data of 2006—2011 from all cities of Guangdong province.Results showed that production efficiency industries rises as the specialization and diversification of manufacturing sectors rises in underdeveloped regions while it rose as specialization of producer services rose.So the underdeveloped regions should try to increase specialization and diversification of manufacturing sectors.In order to promote environment of industry transfer,it should also increase specialization of producer services like financing services,information services and R&D services.

Abstract:
Land and water are the basic inputs for agricultural development of a country;adoption drip irrigation in potato cultivation is to overcome the problems of timely rainfall,scarcity of water and land leveling.This study critically assessed the influence of frequent availability of water i.e.drip irrigation compared over furrow irrigation on growth,yield and water use efficiency.The outcome of the research shows once in two days irrigation given through drip system recorded significantly higher returns as compared to every three,fourth and fifth day irrigation given through drip system.Highest water use efficiency(56.24 kg(hm2·mm))in terms of yield per ha-mm of water applied and highest cost benefit ratio(B∶C)of 2.33 was recorded in the treatment irrigated every alternative day through drip system,closely followed by 2.25 in the treatment irrigated once in three days by drip irrigation system as compared to conventional furrow irrigation system(14.16 kg(hm2·mm))in terms of yield and B∶C ratio is 1.91.This research clearly indicates that economic use of water by drip method of irrigation play a key important role in managing water in high water sensitive crops like potato and hence the water saved in drip system of irrigation can be profitably used for increasing area of potato cultivation.
