Abstract:
Structure features,moving track,dynamic characteristics,accuracy of catching seedlings and the highest working efficiency of two types dibble planting devices were analyzed and compared.Single dibble planting device could obtain ideal trajectories and higher accuracy of catching seedlings through reasonable design on parameters of crank connecting rod.It could reduce soil interference during planting and its weight was small.But it was not suitable for high speed operation because of large movement impact during working.Trajectories of dibble for multiple dibbles planting device was trochoid motion following drive device.This dibble planting device could work in high frequency and fit different spacing in large scope.Its movement impact was small.But the size of its dibbles is smaller and its weight was large.

Abstract:
As an incremental technology of fresh water resources,seawater desalination has become an important avenue dealing with the global water crisis.In recent years,seawater desalination by thermal method and membrane technology has employed world widely.However,the traditional methods of seawater desalination are still energy consumption and costly in operation.More attention has been paid to development and application of energy-saving and efficient seawater desalination technology.Development of compressed air energy storage technology(CAES),reverse osmosis seawater desalination technology in large depth(ROID),and integrated CAES and ROID seawater desalination technology were described.The design scheme of a large depth integrated CAES and ROID seawater desalination system was put forward.Energy consumption of the integrated CAES and ROID seawater desalination system and a traditional seawater desalination system were calculated,respectively.With same fresh water production,the energy consumption of the integrated CAES and ROID seawater desalination system accounted for only 20% of traditional seawater desalination system.

Effect of Propanediol on Shelf-life Flexibility and Sensory Characteristics of Fresh Dough Products

Abstract:
Two typical fresh dough products were set as test materials,to explore relationship between shelf-life water contents and amount of propanediol added by imitating logistics and sales environment of products.Single factor test with the concentration of 0,0.15%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5% and 3% was used to determine the changes of flexibility of two products,dumpling wrapper and noodles,by the means of sensory analysis.Results showed that,in the same storage time,the flexibility of products got better with the increasing amount of propanediol,which proved the certain amount of propanediol(≥2%)could improve the flexibility and maintain the stability of dough.For the products storing at the temperature of 4 ℃ and 25 ℃,with the amount increasing,surface water contents increasing,also for the toughness,elasticity and fragrance.As for the cooked dumpling wrapper and noodles,hardness and chewing enhanced with the amount of propanediol.

According to the problems that conveyor feed was not smooth and blocking when feeding long and tough straw such as corn straw and sorghum straw,short,soft and large wrapping straw such as alfalfa and haulm straw using feeding mechanism of side feeding bundling machine,trigeminal conveying feeding mechanism was designed.Solid modeling,assemble virtually and check interference of fork were achieved by using Solidworks software.And motion simulation and analysis of trigeminal conveying feeding mechanism were completed by using ADAMS virtual simulation technology.Motion loci and speed and acceleration of feeding fork top were obtained to verify the accuracy of the theory of approximate data.Problems of long design cycle and low efficiency existing in traditional design were overcome.It provided theoretical basis and practical methods for design of trigeminal conveying feed mechanism.

Abstract:
Uniformity cutting device is an important component of carrot harvester.Its performance influences the condition of incision position and cutting uniformity directly.According to agronomic requirements and planting patterns of carrots,a double disc uniformity cutting device applied to double-row carrot harvester was designed successfully.This device was mainly composed of uniformity parts,cutting component,horizontal clamping and conveying component and etc.Uniformity,cutting and throwing operation could be completed simultaneously.Double disc cutter as cutting part could insure smooth incision appearance and good cutting effect.Baffle was uniformity component and its height and middle gap size was adjustable.Horizontal clamping conveying unit with upper and lower two layers sandwiched belt,which could effectively prevent carrot seedling leaves falling and be conducive to subsequent cutting and transplanting operation.Successful development of this device solved several problems of carrot mechanical harvest,such as incision was not beautiful,lacy effect was not good and plug seedling.At the same time,this device could effectively improve harvest effect of carrot harvester.

With the rapid development of technology,forest harvester plays an important role in the field of forestry.But due to the bad working condition of forest environment,essential obstacle removing mechanism can help to improve operation efficiency of forest harvester.A kind of obstacle removing mechanism of wheeled forest harvester suitable for China was designed.Virtual prototype was established in ProE.Kinematics and dynamics simulation of push shovel was made.Motion characteristic curve and force curve of push shovel hydraulic cylinder were obtained.Analysis results showed that maximum axial thrust of push shovel hydraulic cylinder was 51 408 N in the process of operation for obstacle removing mechanism.It met functional requirements of removing obstacles.

Adjustment and Validation for Genetic Parameters of Yixiang 3728 in CERES-Rice Model

Abstract:
According to field experimental data in two years(2012 and 2013)in Fangxian of Hubei province,genetic parameters of Yixiang 3728 in CERES-Rice model were adjusted and validated.Firstly,experimental data in 2013 such as dates of key growth periods,leaf area index,dry weight of aboveground biomass and grain yield,were used to adjust these parameters with GLUE program and trial and error method.When error standard reached(most lower than 10%),adjustment was ceased and corresponding genetic parameters were finally determined for Yixiang 3728.After that,experimental data in 2012 were used to validate these determined genetic parameters.Agreement between simulated to measured data in 2012 indicated that these determined parameters were reliable and could be used to reflect genetic characteristics of Yixiang 3728 in Fangxian.These results obtained in this study laid a substantial foundation for other studies related with CERES-Rice model in Fangxian or some other similar regions,and could be also further referred for localization of CERES-Rice model in other regions.

Test and effect of the project that‘Study and application on high yield cultivation technology of double cropping super rice’from 2012 to 2014 in Hengdong county,Hunan province were summarized.Through 3 years of practice,high yield cultivation model and technology roadmap which fit double cropping super rice of south China rice region were groped.Combination varieties of super rice which had many advantages such as wide adaptability,polyclonal antibody,high yield and good quality was selected.Advanced agricultural technology measures which included reasonable collocation early and late rice varieties,general assembly,soil testing fertilization,subsection fertilization,reasonable irrigation management,comprehensive prevention and control of disease,insect and weed were applied.Rice yield reached 9 000 kghm2 through comprehensive application of these measures.

Abstract:
To evaluate the effects of water and nitrogen and their interactions on quality traits in grains of summer maize,pool cultivation experiments was carried out in anti canopy of test station for Agricultural Bureau of Weishan County in Shandong province in 2 growth seasons between 2012 and 2013,and cultivar Zhengdan 958 was the tested materials.Effects between normal urea(NU)and coated compound fertilizer(CCF)on quality traits of summer maize in different soil water conditions were researched.Test results showed that at the same soil water condition,protein yield and content of protein,content of crud fat and starch of CCF treatments were significantly higher than those of NU treatment and control.In the same nitrogen fertilizer treatment,protein yield,content of crud fat and starch of soil moisture at 75% of field capacity were higher than those of soil moisture at 50% of field capacity,and protein content was reduced,but protein content of CCF treatments was significantly higher than that of NU treatments.In conclusion,whatever under dry or wet soil,the positive coupling effect of CCF on content of protein,crud fat and starch was higher than that of NU,which could improve grain quality of summer maize very significantly.

Present status of beef cattle industry and main beef supply mode in Jilin province were expounded.Beef security supply model in Jilin province was comprehensively evaluated based on Entropy TOPSIS method.A relatively safe beef supply model was drawn as a reference for industry development direction.And according to rising demand for quality and safety beef and research conclusion,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

Abstract:
Rapid development of agricultural cooperatives not only increased the farmers′ income,but also solved problem of‘who till land in the future’.Good economic and social benefits were achieved.Source of scale economic benefit for agricultural cooperatives were improving land use rate,reducing production cost,rational allocation of resources,promotion of new technologies,seizing operation market,saving operating costs,and extending industrial chain.But problems such as high labor costs,high financing costs,risk of production,management and default,poor infrastructure,difficulty of land circulation and low membership quality were still existed in the operation of reality.Finally countermeasures and suggestions to promote development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives were put forward from ease funding gap,build a stable development environment and strengthen its own construction.

Abstract:
In view of low desert shrub harvesting efficiency and labor-intensive problems in our country,structural features and operational principle of shrubs stubble machine,and its economic and social benefits were analyzed.Static payback time of shrubs stubble machine is 130 days,investment rate is 88.3%.Static payback time of knapsack bush cutter is 13 days,investment rate is 36.4%.Compared with the knapsack bush cutter,shrubs stubble machine has higher return rate on investment.Shrubs stubble machine could not only bring great economic benefits,but also have some social benefits,and has good market prospects.

Abstract:
The current investigation followed by biomass based power plant for electricity generation.The Prosopis juliflora was selected as fuel for down draft gasifier.Properties of Prosopis juliflora were determined to check the feasibility of fuel.Characterization of producer gas was done by determining the different constituent,calorific value,density and tar content of producer gas.Performance evaluation of gasifier was carried out by observing the parameters like fuel consumption,specific fuel consumption,equivalence ratio,specific gas production rate,specific gasification rate and gasification efficiency.The volumetric percentage of carbon monoxide(CO),hydrogen(H2),carbon dioxide(CO2),methane(CH4)and nitrogen(N2)at 20 kW was 18.4%,13.8%,11.1%,2.40% and 54.2%,respectively.The calorific value,density and tar of producer gas varied from 4.17 to 4.85 MJm3,1.16 to 1.56 kgm3 and 10.2 to 10.0 mgm3 respectively with the increase of load from 5 to 20 kW.The biomass consumption rate,specific biomass consumption rate,specific gasification rate,specific gas production rate,equivalence ratio and gasification efficiency varied from 11 to 28 kgh,2.20 to 1.40 kg(kW·h),29.63 to 75.43 kg (m2·h),103.7 to 257.43 m3(h·m2) ,0.32 to 0.47 and 79.26% to 89.90% as the engine load increased from 5 to 20 kW.
