Abstract:
In order to reduce the rate of snapping loss and broken stalk about plate-type header of corn harvester,optimums working parameters which included three factors of speed of stalk snapping roller,height of corn header and working speed of corn harvester were found.Design and analysis of response surface for three factors were made using SAS software.Stress and deformation characteristics of stalk and stalk cross section were analyzed by ANSYS software.Results showed that obtained decided of coefficient were 0.84 and 0.90 about loss rate and the rate of broken straw regression mode,when search radius was 1,loss rate of ridge maximum and minimum response value were 5.19% and 2.36%,rate of broken stalk,ridge analysis the maximum and minimum were 14.3% and 10.32%.Compression in the short axis direction was very easy pinch corn stalk compared with long axis.Experimental results provided theoretical basis for the development of corn mechanization harvesting technology.

Abstract:
The soil mechanical resistance affected crop yields,agricultural machinery performance and power consumption.In order to achieve continuous measurement of soil mechanical resistance,a continuous measurement was designed and tested with sensor,the system measured soil mechanical resistance by “S” type force transducer,measured the distance by ultrasonic ranging module and measured the location and speed with GPS module,at the same time,all the measured data was stored to the SD card module through the Arduino program control.The system was feasibility and accuracy through simulated by Proteus and connected hardware.Measurement processes and methods of the system were consistent with the precision agriculture′s requirements.

Abstract:
Nowadays,people pay more and more attention to soil vapour extraction technology(SVE).The main component of SVE exhaust is volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and related purification technology research is needed in China.Conventional VOCs control technologies mainly include incineration,condensation,adsorption and absorption technologies.It has been found that biofilter was a promising method to purify SVE exhaust with good performance,effectively VOCs purification effect and save secondary pollution.It is more suitable to purify SVE system exhaust compared with other methods.

Abstract:
The rural running water system commonly uses tower-style water supply,which demands men to monitor the water level,often turning out phenomena such as overflowing and lacking.Because of relatively high power of pump,it causes waste of human resource,electricity and water resource.A new type of solar energy running water supply system was designed.The water tower was installed liquid level sensor monitoring change of water level momently,via the single chip microcomputer,achieving goal of automated process on pumping and stopping pumping.At the same time,it used a solar energy tracking system,MPPT charging controller and buck chopper to supply electricity for the pump and control circuit.Experiments showed that this type of running water supply system achieved goal of monitoring water level momently and automatic operation of solar energy driving pump,also solved with problems of overflowing and lacking,attained goal of using water efficiently by saving water and energy.
Effects of Four Kinds of Film Covering Cultivation Ridges on Growth of Sweet Pepper Seedlings in Chinese Solar Greenhouse

Abstract:
In north of China,film covering soil ridge was widely used for greenhouse vegetable production.A novel method of film-covering cultivation ridge-ridge substrate-embedded cultivation(RSC)was put forward,and two types were derived which included RSC-P(PE groove-embedded)and RSC-W(wire netting groove with plastic film-embedded),and then effect of four kinds of film covering cultivation ridges included SR and PEG on the growth of sweet pepper seedlings were studied.Test results showed that three kinds ridges of RSC-P,RSC-W and PEG compared to SR could improve height,leaf number and leaf chlorophyll content of sweet pepper seedlings significantly,heights were higher by 26%,27.5% and 32% than SR,respectively,leaves of sweet pepper seedlings were more than SR,and the content of chlorophyll of sweet pepper seedlings were higher than SR.Experiment showed that three kinds of film covering cultivation ridge which we set could significantly promote growth of sweet pepper seedlings.

Wheat straw mechanized returning to field effectively solved problem that straw burning was prohibited.After straw returned to field,soil organic matter was increased,soil aggregate structure was improved,permeability of soil was increased,and it was good for soil water storage and protecting fertilizer keep moisture.Prevention and control of atmospheric pollution and the economical and intensive utilization of resources were strongly promoted,and sustainable development of agricultural economy was realized.But in promotion of wheat straw mechanized returning,there were some problems.Effective measures must be taken,such as strengthening organizational leadership,promoting its healthy development,and ensuring food production.

Abstract:
Nutrients contained in pumpkin have a negligible effect for prevention and treatment of human diseases.Pectin,cyclopropyl amino acids and trace elements zinc and chromium contained in pumpkin play a major role in the prevention of diabetes.For a long time,as people lack of awareness of the nutritional value of pumpkin,only part amount of pumpkin were eaten,and part of pumpkin were used as feed,as well as causing insufficier usage of pumpkin resources.In this paper,the contents of Cr in 200 pumpkin resources were determined by dry ashing-atomic absorption spectrometry.Sample number 203 has the lowest chromium content 0.015 3 mg/kg.Sample number 233 has the highest chromium content 0.520 0 mg/kg,which has exceeded the national limited standard(≤0.5 mg/kg).200 germplasm materials were cluster analyzed,in which were screened out varieties with suitable content chromium offer technology and germplasm basis for breeding new varieties in rich-chromium pumpkin.

Soft candy was developed using fresh sweet potato,papaya and pumpkin seed as raw main materials,and gelata mix,sweet mix and processing technology were studied.The best formula was mixed juices 15%(volume ratio between sweet potato juice and papaya juice was 2∶1),gel 3%(mass ratio between agar,gelatin and konjac gum was 1.5∶8∶0.8),total sweeteners 30%(mass ratio between fructose,sorbitol and xylitol was 20∶3∶1.5),citric acid 0.10%,pumpkin seed powder 0.5%.The soft candy had a good taste,attractive fragrance,good chewing property,elasticity,low energy,quality safety and good healthy care.

A accumulated sand-belt was formed in upper wind direction of oasis edge in Hexi desert area of Gansu province through prevening and controling desertification for 60 years or so.Study on accumulated sand-belt indicated that the formation of accumulated sand-belt was beneficial to wind and sand resistance of oasis edge.And its fuction of preventing wind strengthened with the increases of wind speed.The emphasis of prevening and controling desertification for oasis edge should be placed on accumulated sand-belt in the future.Especially the emphasis was sand ridges lind of accumulated sand-belt.Afforestation was implemented in desert oasis transitional zone.This could large area compress range of implementing agricultural ecological engineering measures and improve investment benefit of prevening and controling desertification.

To solve low bale density of small square baler and heavy model with not flexible operation of large rectangular baler,middle rectangular baler was developed.Bale density of middle rectangular baler could reach up to 150 kg/m3,and it could be comparable with large square bundle but much lower energy consumption.Knotter system was key part of middle rectangular baler.Its movement relation and phase relation were complex.In the process of knot tying,movement phase relation and phase relation of each part must be highly coordinated.Strength of knot axis must meet the needs of knot.

It is shown that there is a common problem in agricultural education in finance.Although many teachers take participate in the training courses.However,results of study show when students complete agricultural finance undergraduate education,agricultural education in finance has disappointing results.From the need to resolve this contradiction,talent market demand was analyzed and forecasted,latest teaching strategies and methods were provided,and agricultural financial education curriculum training interest and agricultural financial responsibility for education of teachers were improved.At the same time,model of market demand was established,and characteristics of demand for talent market were analyzed.With market demand for purpose,agricultural finance education curriculum was reformed,and program target was set.It provided beneficial reference to improve agricultural financial education and teaching reform.

Abstract:
In order to facilitate later shooting,insect that trapped through a variety of ways in work of agricultural production must be made insect specimens by some steps such as restoring soft,opening wings and adjusting posture,etc.Shooting process,skill,experience and matters needing attention of insect specimens during daily test report were summarized.Simple and practical methods of micro photography technology of insect specimens were introduced in order to help agricultural workers master.These skills included operation method,flexible and reasonable setting of various parameters of camera.Clear,beautiful,available and valuable insect microspur photos were shot by choosing appropriate focal length,light,aperture,sensitivity,background and perspective.

Abstract:
In order to evaluate resistance of Commelina commumis L.biotypes to fomesafen whole-plant experiment and protoporphyrinogen oxidase(PPO)activity,determination was carried out by greenhouse pot method.Results showed that biotype of Commelina commumis L.from collecting sites typical black soil region of Heilongjiang province developed different levels of resistance to fomesafen and the highest resistance index(RI)was 2.98 which was found in biotypes from Hailun city.The IC50 value of fomesafen against PPO in Commelina commumis L.from Hailun city was 1.73 times comparing with S biotype in vitro.Results suggested that decreased PPO sensitivity may be one of main reasons that responsible for the resistance of Commelina commumis L.biotypes to fomesafen.

Indonesia lacks sufficient publication on anthropometry of farmers,and moreover almost no data on hand and isometric muscle strength are available.This study was conducted to obtain anthropometric dimensions,hand and isometric muscle strength of Javanese and Madurese farmers in East Java,Indonesia.The collected data are important for ergonomic design of agricultural,especially hand tools used by farmers,based on their body dimensions,hand and isometric strength.Dimensions and strength of 321 farmers were measured in this study.Eighty male and 85 female farmers of Javanese and 76 male and 80 female farmers of Madurese tribes were considered to represent the majority of East Java′s ethnic composition.The measurements were made for body dimensions,age,weight,hand grip,hand squeeze and isometric strength conditions.The body mass index(BMI)values of Javanese and Madurese male and female farmers fall within normal classification.In hand squeeze,Javanese farmers are found stronger than Madurese farmers.The correlation between selected anthropometric dimensions,and strength of Javanese and Madurese farmers(both male and female)varied from -0.717 for correlation between age(years)with torso pull in bent position while palm facing down to 0.583 for correlation between stature and hand squeeze strength.
