Remote soil moisture monitoring system based on GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)was designed to achieve real-time soil moisture content information and provide data for drought prediction and agricultural irrigation.It could be charged by solar panels.STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller was used as core controller in this system,and soil moisture data was sent through GPRS wireless transmission network.Through development and design of upper computer software,the system could carry out real-time monitoring of soil moisture content information from a plurality of terminal nodes.Results showed that the system had well stable performance,met design requirements and could provide reliable basis for agricultural irrigation.

Successful application of Delta active reactive power compensator of SVG2000 series in board welding workshop of an agricultural machinery enterprise group was expounded.SVG2000 series could improve utilization rate of electric energy in welding workshop,and at the same time,it could reduce power loss.This case demonstrated efficient application of SVG2000 series in fast changing load distribution system.SVG2000 series perfectly compensated reactive power of distribution system,reduced harmonic content of system,and improved utilization rate of more than 30% transformer.In addition,SVG2000 series could effectively reduce reactive power loss of distribution system,transmission line loss and transformer loss,etc.A certain energy-saving emission reduction was achieved.SVG2000 series would have typical application promotion value in agricultural machinery enterprise.

Abstract:
Shaking culture test was applied to analyze primary biodegradation of Dodecylamine(DA)and Octadecylamine(OA).Primary biodegradation kinetic models were built.Results showed that under condition of shaking culture test,primary biodegradation law of DA and OA fits first order kinetic model,and k was -0.182 8h and -0.135 4 h,respectively,which could reflect relationship between remains and time.It could be applied as theoretical basis for treatment of mine wastewater containing primary amine collectors.

Abstract:
Investigation on green plant configuration of comprehensive control for Shuangyuanxi river course in Dali city of Yunan province was carried out.Types of plants,form,main garden plant configuration,seasonal plants and application status of greening tree species for Shuangyuanxi river course were analyzed.Results showed that 28 kinds of garden plants were applied to greening project of comprehensive control for Shuangyuanxi river course,they belonged to 22 families and 26 genera,and plant species were richness.There was no clear water river landscape green belt,green belt,green belt wave break embankment and main green belt in river function landscape.It let to a single river landscape.The lack of climbing plants and aquatic plant caused river level was not obvious.

Abstract:
Pollution situation of soil heavy metals in Xinjiang Tianshan northern slope economic zone was studied to provide a theoretical basis for treatment of soil heavy metal pollution in northern slope economic zone,used single index evaluation index method and Nemerow comprehensive index method.From evaluation results,Hutubi-Shawan area in Tianshan northern slope economic zone,both single element index and comprehensive index,the first grade soil quality reached more than 85%.Because two level soil in northern Shihezi was relatively concentrated in the region,soil quality in this area was slightly lower than that in the other areas of study area.Three level soil samples were only 4 in all 8 participating elements,distribution range was small,and influence of planting regionalization of agricultural products was small.There was no super three soil distribution.Therefore,soil heavy metals environmental quality in Hutubi-Shawan plain area was still in excellent level.Soil heavy metals in most areas would not cause harm and pollution for plant and environment.It was suitable for staple crops,economic crops,vegetables and orchards and other land,and has potential to develop green agricultural products.
Design and Experiment on Seed Metering Mechanism of 2MBYJ-2 Type Maize Precision Seeding Machine on Film

Abstract:
In order to improve operation performance of maize seeding machine,aiming at the problem that existing maize seeding machine laid film,but couldn’t seed accurately,new maize precision seeding mechanism on film was designed.Main structural parameters of guiding seed mechanism and throwing seed mechanism were determined.Performance experiments of guiding seed operation were carried out with no guiding board device and guiding board device in guiding seed mechanism.Results showed that in order to ensure the success rate of guiding seed exceed 90%,forward speed of seeding machine need less than 3.4 kmh with no guiding board device.Performance tests results with guiding board device showed that success rate of guiding seed could exceed 95% when forward speed of seeding machine achieved 6.8 kmh.The results provided important technical reference for the development of maize precision seeding machine on film.

Abstract:
According to agronomic requirements of seed coating,a new seed coating device was designed.This device consisted of seeds quantitative supplying,liquids quantitative supplying,seed and liquid mixing,seed and liquid conveying,mixing chamber rotary cleaning and bucket elevator etc.This coating device could finish many operation links such as supplying seed,supplying liquid,mixture and transportation of seed and liquid at one time.Design of impeller quantitative supply device avoided question that effecting displacement accuracy of large seeds because of smaller depth of outer groove wheel notch.A timely and accurate supply of seeds was ensured.Design of staggered three section spiral auger transmission mechanism that not only could ensure delivery capacity,but also could better protect seed.Design of ladder shaped taper swinging disc that using centrifugal movement and horizontal projectile motion,which could achieve seed evenly distributed in space,so that seed and liquid mixture were more uniformly.Moreover,bucket elevator for the seeds to match coating device was designed.

Abstract:
Planting scale,yield and benefit of 114 corn growers and cooperatives from 27 provinces(autonomous region,Municipalities)were investigated and analyzed. Results showed that corn planting scale of the highest benefit for growers and cooperatives was 6.67~33.3 hectares and 1 000 hectares or more in northwest region,13.3~33.3 hectares in northeast and Huang-Huai-Hai region,6.67~33.3 hectares in southwest region. The highest core planting benefit appeared in northeast and northwest region,followed by Huang-Huai-Hai region due to lower yield,and the lowest benefit appeared in southwest due to low yield and high cost.
