According to problem of low-degree automation for natural rubber drying production at present,electrical auto-control system of transport rubber process for rubber drying production line was designed based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,PLC).Diagrams of electrical components layout and control process flow chart were given based on transport rubber process for rubber drying production line.The given design scheme included main circuit and control circuit in detail.Control circuits included external connection diagram of PLC,input and output address allocation,sequence function chart (SFC) of PLC,etc.On the basis of test,the operation of electrical control system was smoothly,electrical control system was contented with requirements of production process.The conclusion was presented that design of electrical control system was reasonable and high automatic,and it could be used in practical natural rubber production.

Abstract:
SE-DEA model was applied to evaluate effectiveness of efficiency of agricultural recycling economy in 14 counties in Cangzhou city during the year 1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2014 with establishment of input-output index system.Malmquist index was used to compare and analyze the economic efficiency of recycling agriculture for counties.Spatial difference and development law of agricultural recycling economy efficiency was calculated and analyzed based on ARCGIS10.0 platform,and improvement plan was put forward.Results showed that overall agricultural recycling economy was positive in Cangzhou city,comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency efficient DMU in the counties accounted for 60%,88.57% and 14.29%,its average for those were at about 1.2162,1.4491 and 0.9383,respectively.Spatial variation of comprehensive technical efficiency took on double-inefficient center transitioning from the west to the southeast,Haixing county and Dongguang county.Growth rate of total factor productivity (TFP value) was more than 1 from 1995 to 2014,with annual growth rate averaging 12.53%.Technical progress was mainly inner motivation to promote efficiency of agricultural recycling economy from 2005 to 2014,while technical efficiency was the factor restricting the growth of TPF.Recycling agriculture can be insisted for long-term development as a new model in Cangzhou city,it should develop ecological agriculture,manage on a moderate scale for agricultural industry reasonably and enhance utilization of efficiency on agricultural resources and determine the optimal agricultural inputs and outputs,meanwhile,it could maximize the benefits of ecology,economy and society.

Abstract:
Coal is an important energy as well as a significant industry raw material.However,the excessive application of coal will cause serious air pollution.Clean and renewable energy is an important alternative energy for urban coal.Among them,agricultural and forestry biomass energy with rich resources and rigid dispose requirements,has a very important role in the replacement of urban coal.Status quo and problems of biomass heating technology,which used for replacing urban coal,were summarized and analyzed.After that,two kinds of preferential developmental biomass heating technology were proposed,and two typical cases were introduced.The work was anticipated to provide suggestions for development of biomass heating technology.

Superoxide radicals,hydroxyl radicals and organic free radical scavenging capacity were determined by different extracts of zinc-rich mycelial.When concentration of extract became higher,the clearance rate of O2-radicals,hydroxyl radicals,DPPH became higher.When solvents were different,clearance rate of extract on different radicals was different.Clearance rate of 90 mg/mL water extracts on superoxide radicals was up to 66.93%,ethanol extract of hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was up to 87.59%,andethyl acetate extract on DPPH was highest clearance rate,up to 100%.

Abstract:
According to investigation on the Xinjiang apricot garden and nearly nine years of Xinjiang apricot production status,purpose was to provide a powerful reference for development strategy of apricot quality and safety and industrial planning.Present situation and existing problems of Xinjiang apricot production were described by field investigation and literature review.Results showed that Xinjiang apricot producing areas mainly concentrated in Kashi district,such as Yingjisha county,Shache county,Shufu county,Yecheng county and Luntai county in Bazhou area,Kuche county in Aksu area and Aketao county in Kezhou area.Between 2005 and 2010,the area of apricot in Xinjiang increased from 158000 hectares in 2006 to 212000 hectares in 2010,yield by the increase of 769 000 tons to 1 745 000 tons,Xinjiang apricot area steadily production continued to grow more obvious regional advantage,the representative varieties such as Saimaiti,Little White Apricot,Heiye Apricot,Hang Dry Apricot,Baren Apricot and Star Apricot have become main cultivated varieties in Xinjiang.The brand effect was gradually emerging while the level of organization continues to improve.With exports increased year by year,frequent occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests and disaster weather,coupled with level of deep processing of relatively backward,during 2011—2013,apricot area has started to shrink,to 2013,apricot area reduced to 136000 hectares.The level of quality and safety and extension of industrial chain were facing severe challenges because of frequent occurrence of pests and diseases.Insufficient science and technology support ability,low level extensive management and intensive production were main factors which restrict sustainable development of apricot industry in Xinjiang.Increasing science and technology support,improving management and intensive production level should be done in the future to improve level of quality and safety of apricot and extend industrial chain.

With white fungus as raw materials,tremella polysaccharide was extracted by use of hot water extraction method.Hot water extraction process parameters of tremella polysaccharide were optimized through orthogonal test.Relationship between polysaccharide yield and tremella fruiting body hardness or extract viscosity was analyzed.The optimal extraction conditions were found to be an extraction duration of 4 h at 90 ℃ with a water/material ratio of 60∶1(v/w).Through Pearson correlation analysis,content of tremella polysaccharides had positive correlation to the extract viscosity,but it had not significant correlation to tremella fruiting body hardness.

Around to international research hot and difficult problems of eating quality for re-body design dominant starch,with rice starch as the structure of assembled objects,a twin screw extruder as a reactor,soybean L-α-phosphatidylcholine(L-α-PC)as a texture modifier,using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test and response surface model,L-α-phosphatidylcholine content,moisture content of materials,sleeve heating temperature and screw speed as input variable,recombinant meters disintegration as response variable,squeeze mathematical model was established to be used in recombinant production of rice.It could provide reference for texture regulatory of industrial production of recombinant rice to meet the needs of special populations using recombinant squeeze rice.When L-α-PC content was 0.47%,moisture content of materials was 31.5%,sleeve heating temperature was 76.8 ℃,and screw speed was 163.9 r/min,disintegration value was 1 235cp.

Abstract:
Effects of agar 2%,carrageenan 2%,agar 1% and carrageenan 1% three kinds of gelling agent and 45,50,55 ℃ different drying temperature on sensory quality of purple sweet potato soft sweets were studied at first.Then effects of different dosages of purple sweet potato pulp,gelling agent,white granulated sugar and citric acid on sensory quality of purple sweet potato soft sweets were studied by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.Results showed that 1% agar and 1% carrageenan mixed use was the best gelling agent to develop purple sweet potato soft sweets,16~20 hours under 50 ℃ was the best drying condition,order of influencing factors on sensory quality of purple sweet potato soft sweets was purple sweet potato pulp,white granulated sugar,gelling agent and citric acid.Optimum formulation for technology of purple sweet potato soft sweets was purple sweet potato pulp 210 g,white granulated sugar 70 g,gelling agents 2.0% and citric acid 0.4 g.

Accurate preparation of soil samples with different moisture content is extremely important for determination of soil shear strength.A soil automatic uniform wetting device was designed with the idea of ‘uniform wetting and easy operation’.Soil automatic uniform wetting was achieved through oscillation,spray,airtight container and automatic control.The device could make up defects of traditional soil preparation long time,low operation precision and low water content.It made soil sample preparation more convenient and quick.Application prospect of this soil automatic uniform wetting device was good.

Abstract:
As the entre of cultivation,substrate is the most important factor to determine growth environment of plant roots.And it is also a vector of plant diseases and insect pests and breeding sites.In order to realize safe and efficient production,effectively avoid and eliminate problem of soil borne diseases in the facility.With the characteristics of fast heating,no pollution and no residue,a kind of microwave disinfection equipment was designed and developed.Test results showed that average sterilization rate of this machine was 95.57%,which could meet the requirements of matrix sterilization and disinfection.

Abstract:
Annual production of fruits and vegetables in our country was tremendous.But relatively high cost of transportation and preservation affected fruit products sales.A kind of convenient and practical equipment for drying fruits and vegetables was designed.Drying test results showed that its thermal insulation performance was less than or equal to 5℃(setting temperature 50℃,cooling every 10 minutes),batch-processing capacity was greater than 3 000 kg,average amount of batch moisture evaporation was greater than 48 kg/h.The equipment could satisfy fresh fruit and vegetable drying needs of majority growers.And its promotion and application prospects was good.
Design and Simulation of a Sand Barrier Insertion Test Device

Abstract:
In order to achieve research of sand barrier laying equipment,a sand barrier insertion test device was designed.This device could be used to mensurate resistance under various conditions of different sand barrier materials(rice straw,wheat straw and other straw),different insertion depth(150~250 mm)and different laying speed(0~1 m/s).Resistance of sand barrier insertion test device was calculated theoretically.Key components including cutter,sand tank device,lifting and declining device,sliding device,driving device and resistance measuring device were designed.At last,3D modeling and simulation were carried out.Results showed that strength of sand barrier insertion test device met requirements of design.Its maximum carrying capacity was 1 500 N and it could meet corresponding testing requirements.

Abstract:
Taking whole bulb,heart bud,shoot tip and seed of Bulus tulipae as explant,complete and virus-free plants were obtained by tissue culture technology.Test results showed that success rate of sterilization of explants was 92%,subculture multiplication factor was up to 2.6,rooting rate was 91.3% and transplanting survival rate of tissue culture seedlings was 95%.This research results provided a strong technical support for sustainable development of Bulus tulipae industry.

According to historical meteorological data of Wuping county in Fujian province,climatic conditions for key period of Anoectochilus roxburghii growth were analyzed.Countermeasures against disastrous weather were put forward.It had good guiding significance for high efficiency cultivating Anoectochilus roxburghii.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Rice planting mechanization mode that suitable for Yuejin farm near stage and in the future was explored by studying several existing planting forms in Yuejin farm.Comparative tests between mechanized-direct seeding and artificial sowing showed that: by mechanized-direct seeding,small environment of rice growing was improved,growth of rice tillering was promoted,rice panicle rate was increased and disease resistance of rice was improved,the yield of rice was increased,also it was conducive to the removal of malignant weeds.Main cause for increasing of yield which up to 5.44% was that grain number per panicle was significantly improved in case of mechanized-direct seeding when compared to artificial sowing.By comparing yield analysis of directing seeding and mechanized-transplanting during three years in Yuejin farm,it was showed that overall yield of mechanized-transplanting was slightly higher than that of directing seeding mainly because that it was easier for mechanized-direct seeding to get spike seedlings and spike seedlings got by mechanized-transplanting was unstable.By analyzing 8 cost structure items in rice planting,it was showed that cost could be reduced by 20% by mechanized-direct seeding compared to mechanized-transplanting,and considerable economic benefits could be got by choosing mechanized-direct seeding.Practice showed that advantages of mechanized-transplanting in Yuejin farm was not in increasing of yield of rice but in increasing regularity and fullness of rice grain filling,improving quality and purity of rice seed propagation and controlling weed damage.To sum up,in the near future,mechanized-direct seeding and mechanized-transplanting would fully substitute artificial sowing,mechanized-direct seeding is main form of mechanized rice planting,and mechanized-transplanting is auxiliary form which mainly used for breeding;as continuous development of rice hill-dropping machine,mechanized- hill-dropping would become main seeding form,which would meet requirements of rice seed propagation and seed quality and achieve the objectives of stable output,reduced cost and increased efficiency.
