Abstract:
The sulfonated solid acid catalyst was produced from anaerobic fermentation residues and sulphuric acid by one-pot systhesis.Its catalytic performance was investigated in the Jatropha oil esterification reaction and different reaction condition factors were discussed.Experiments showed solid acid had great efficiency in the esterification reaction.The conversion rate was 76.32% under optimal conditions of 80 ℃,2 h,methanol/oil molar ratio 8∶1 and 4% catalyst.The research provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of eupatorium adenophorum,and would have a good prospect in application fields.

Abstract:
In order to study effect of two different packaging materials on quality of braised chicken product,microbial index and weight loss were measured of different storage braised chicken,and sensory evaluations were conducted.Results showed that different packing materials for high temperature sterilization had a little effects on microbial indicators of braised chicken,transit dose of oxygen and water vapor of packing B was significantly lower than packaging A,and in the aspect of protecting color and aroma,delaying fat oxidation,packing B was obviously better than packaging A.As a result,high barrier packaging materials could improve quality and extend shelf life of braised chicken.

Abstract:
Brasenia schreberi is a nutrient-rich aquatic vegetables,and rich in polysaccharides and proteins.In the domestic,Brasenia schreberi is used with fresh and canned processed products.Lack of deep-processing products and less commercialized extent greatly limits Brasenia schreberi market.Development of deep processing of Brasenia schreberi food,not only can enhance consumption period and added value,but also contribute to sales expansion of Brasenia schreberi.As Brasenia schreberi main raw material,Brasenia schreberi sponge cake processing technology was studied.Best process was that: Brasenia schreberi at 95 ℃ hot water blanching 45s,and after cooling add 0.4% D-sodium erythorbate for color protection,sift the flour ,whip eggs and sugar with whisk to stiff peak,mix in the flour and shredded leaves of Brasenia schreberi,baking at 180 ℃ for 25min.Through sensory evaluation and orthogonal experiment,best formula was that: low-gluten flour 100 g,Brasenia schreberi 60 g,egg 90 g,and sugar 60 g.

Flash flood disaster prone to strong,fast disaster,serious harm,difficult to defense,and it became the focus and difficulty of flood prevention work.Taking Zhongning county of Ningxia autonomous region as a unit,investigation and evaluation of flash flood disaster were carried out.Basic informations of villages and towns in prevention and control area were investigated.Evaluation object directory was determined.Corresponding rainfall warning indicators were determined through analysis of designing storm flood calculation,evaluation of current situation of flood control capacity and classification of hazardous area.It provided basic data and technical support for flood control department in command and decision making and engineering management.

Abstract:
Irrigated areas by Yellow river of Ningxia has a long history,and it was one of the large irrigation areas in China.Since implementation of rehabilitation matching and water saving reform project in irrigated areas by Yellow river of Ningxia,safety situation of backbone project in irrigation district has been greatly improved,channel comprehensive regulation and control ability has been constantly enhanced,water saving consciousness of irrigated area has been further increased.Liangtian canal irrigated area was a component of west irrigated area of Qingtong gorge.Through transformation engineering measures including channel lining,newly building and repair of structure,irrigation water use coefficient was improved,water from Yellow river was reduced.Channel flood control system was improved.It provided safe water conditions for channel.Implementation of this project played role in promoting economy continues to grow and engineering benefits full playing in irrigated areas.And at the same time,it also had positive significance to improve ecological environment and urban beautification along the channel.

Sustainability of Cultivated Land Resources Based on Analysis of Assets and Liabilities: Taking Quzhou County of Heibei Province as an Example

Abstract:
Cultivated land resources can produce basic materials needed for human production and life.So sustainability of cultivated land resources directly or indirectly affects sustainable development of human society,economy,culture and so on.Based on theory of comparative advantage,method of analyzing cultivated land resource assets and liabilities was analyzed,and sustainability of cultivated land resources of ten towns of Quzhou county was evaluated to provide decision basis for regional economic and social sustainable development.After a series of calculations,final results were obtained.Relative net asset of Anzhai town was the highest of 31.54%,and its sustainability of cultivated land resources was strongest.Relative net asset of Quzhou town was of -39.23%,and its sustainability of cultivated land resources was the lowest.

Abstract:
To reveal the county land use changes,as Youyang county of study area,it was been simulated that land use situation in 2020 basis on the CA-Markov model to Youyang county,and present situation and influencing factors of land use in the study area were analyzed in 2014.Results showed that influencing factors of land use were included both natural and human factors.Cultivated land area would be downward trend in the study area in 2020,and woodland area would be increasing,but grassland and water area would be not change obvious,the unused land area would be decreased slightly.In the space,study area of city scale would be development in northwest-southeast direction.Increase of construction land was due to towns as the center to expanding urbanization construction covers an area of around.

Because of high cost of investment and running,and poor removability of plant factory,a container plant factory was developed.Container plant factory consisted of modular cultivation facilities,mainly including cultivation system,lighting system,environment control system,nutrient solution system and control system etc.Lettuce cultivation test results showed that container plant factory could be used for vegetable production and its yield and quality were improved.

Abstract:
According to agronomic requirements for cotton cultivation in Shandong province,a kind of adjustable roller cotton laminating device was designed and developed.The device mainly composed with trenching disc,profiling lamination wheel,soil covering disc,soil covering roller and so on.Design of copying lamination wheel was focused.Structure parameters of trenching disc and soil covering disc were analyzed and optimized.Field test results showed that roller cotton laminating device had adaptable ability and convenient adjustment.And it could be matched with large cotton sowing machine,effect of film mulching was stable,thickness of soil covered with film was equal to or greater than 40 mm,thickness of overlying soil was equal to or greater than 30 mm,and its operation index was better than relevant industry standards.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of electrode corrosion,polarization,scaling,complex structure of electrolytic chamber and high cost of equipment manufacturing of acidic oxidizing potential water(AOW)generating device,a device for generating ozone oxidizing potential water(OOW)which was rich in physical and chemical indicators of disinfection was designed based on ozone oxidation method.Structure,technical parameters,working principle,design of key parts and characteristics were expounded.Test results showed that ozone oxidizing potential water prepared by this device was better than acid oxidation potential water.It could replace acid oxidation potential water for disinfection and deodorant in the field of livestock and poultry farm environment,facilities and livestock and poultry in vivo.

Abstract:
Innovative design on flattening system of grass cutting flattening machine was carried out based on TRIZ theory.The reason of low flattening rate for flattening system was analyzed.4 kinds of innovative design solutions were put forward using material field analysis method,contradiction matrix method and cause and effect analysis method.The optimal scheme was established through comparative analysis.New conditioner roll was designed innovatively.Flattening rate test of 2 prototypes was made.Results showed that flattening rate of conditioner roll increased from 85% to 96% after improved design.It reached the standard set of indicators and could be meet harvesting requirements of high quality forage.

With continuous deterioration of global environment,continuous depletion of energy,how to make full use of energy and development of new energy has become focus of attention of industry.Phase change energy storage technology use phase change materials in physical phase change process from ambient heat(cold)or release amount of heat(cold)to environment,so as to achieve energy storage and release.A electric heating high temperature phase change energy storage device was designed.This device transformed electric energy into heat energy and stored it in storage medium,which was used for heating in greenhouse.Electric heating high temperature phase change energy storage device could balance difference between peak and valley of power grid,improve electricity efficiency,reduce environmental pollution,reduce user operation cost,and provide necessary conditions for management of greenhouse and growth of plants.It had great significance to development of greenhouse industry.

With continuous development of tobacco agriculture,the use of plastic film has become an important means to ensure high and stable yield of tobacco.However,with extension of plastic film mulching cultivation period,the amount of residual film in soil increased gradually.It posed serious threat to sustainable development of tobacco agriculture.A new type of tobacco residual film picking up machine was designed creatively.Soil with containing film was upgraded to a platform to make intelligent air treatment by using mechanical and electrical integration technology and aerodynamics theory.It could pick up surface and underground residual film at the same time.Structure of this residual film picking up machine was simple,and it had broad application prospects.

Tea catechin is main substance of tea polyphenols.It accounts for 70% of total amount of tea polyphenols.It has many roles such as anti oxidation,anti mutation,anti-cancer,anti cardiovascular disease,anti diabetes,anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory,weight loss and anti Parkinson′ s disease,etc.Effects of different fertilization treatments on the content of tea catechin in different seasons were discussed.Tea polyphenols change relationship between different fertilization methods and different tea varieties was analyzed.Required fertilizer characteristics of different tea varieties were researched.It provided reference for making reasonable fertilization plan.

Herbicides glyphosate plays a vital role in agriculture,forestry and people′s daily life.It aims to clear weeds by inhibiting 5-enolpyruvyl-shikimate-3-phosphate,which can impede biosynthesis of aromatic amino acid.Earlier toxicity tests showed that glyphosate had related biological toxicity to non target organisms.So people′s concern about impact of glyphosate on human health had increased.Effects of glyphosate and Roundup which is the most widely used commercial herbicide nowadays on organism were summarized by consulting relevant literature.Mechanism of glyphosate toxicity to plants and animals was analyzed,which provided basis for research on gene toxicity and carcinogenic effects of glyphosate in the future.

In order to master application effects of different machine transplanting rice seedling substrates formulation,taking two composite soil as nutrient soil comparison,experiment effects of different machine transplanting rice seedling substrates formulation including 3 brand matrix and its dry fine soil,seedling strengthen agent mixing were researched and compared.Results showed that different formulation substrates seeding had many advantages compared with nutrient soil,such as it could improve seedling quality obviously,yield structure was reasonable and effect of increasing yield was very significant.Especially the formula of substrate 3+ two composite soil + seedling strengthen agent was optimal.

Effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer fertilization on Fritillaria taipaiensis‘tree son’period of production were researched by‘three-four-one-four’test program.Results showed that Fritillaria taipaiensis on nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in overall demand was low.Moderate nitrogen fertilizer could make weight of bulb increasing.Production of Fritillaria taipaiensis should adopt low fertilization way.
