Abstract:
Oil sunflower is one of five major oil crops in China,which has high utilized value and nutritional value.So it is called ‘healthy nutrition oil’ in 21st century.Oil sunflower mechanized harvest level is not high in China.It is of great significance to develop oil sunflower harvester to reduce labor intensity,improve production efficiency and realize oil sunflower production mechanization.Research status of oil sunflower harvester at home and abroad was expounded.Problems existing in development of oil sunflower harvester were analyzed.Development suggestions were put forward.

Abstract:
With adjustment of agricultural structure and increase of labor costs,mechanization of sugarcane production has become an urgent demand for high efficiency.Sugarcane cultivation mechanization can complete tillage,weeding,fertilizing and hilling etc at a once.It can improve soil condition effectively and keep fertilizer and water deep so as to create good conditions for sugarcane growth.Production technology,development history,model features and benefit of sugarcane cultivator were introduced.Existing problems were pointed out. Development trend that included high clearance chassis matching technology,multifunctional portable medicine fertilizer membrane integrated tillage and piling up soil machine,and driving type cultivator combined machine were put forward.
Comparative of Main Operation Quality Test Methods for Deep Loosening Machine

Abstract:
Operation quality test methods of loosening and perturbation coefficient of soil for deep loosening machine were researched.Surface mapping and calculation of cross section area were optimized.Contrastive test between instrument measurement method based on laser range finder and traditional manual measurement method was carried out.Results showed that there was no significant difference between instrument measurement and manual measurement.It was proved that the improved method was accurate and reliable.And it could be applied to both instrument measurement and manual measurement.The advantages of instrument measurement was to avoid influence of human factors on the results and collect data furthest.So it could improve test efficiency,convenience of data processing and accuracy of measurement results.

Abstract:
Plant protection is a weak link in the whole mechanization of rice production in China.Contrast test on two plant protection modes of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and semi-mechanization for rice was carried out.Results showed that UAV efficiency was 16 times that of semi-mechanized operation,saved pesticide costs 26.4% and saved total cost per unit area 23.42%.At the same time,UAV had the advantages of uniform spraying,good atomization effect,good environmental protection effect and high safety factor.UAV plant protection of rice would be one of the important models to replace traditional semi-mechanized operation.

Abstract:
In facilities environment,mobile platform as a carrier in equipment such as spraying and picking,due to the restrictions on working environment,real-time and accuracy of its control system have higher requirements.In order to improve efficiency and accuracy of operation,distributed control system based on CAN bus was presented.The system was divided into two parts.The master controller was in charge of collecting position information and control decision.Each function node realized steering,speed change and equipment control of mobile platform.Communication of whole system was designed based on ISO11783 standard.Through system communication ability test,results showed that intelligent control system of mobile operating platform could meet demand of facilities operation,and its performance was more stable and reliable.

In sensor information collecting system of wisdom agriculture,considering ability of anti-interference of system,output signal of the sensor and collection system do not share the ground.This requires a isolation amplifier,it can transmit output signal of sensor to collection system without distortion.Therefor,two isolation amplifiers was designed with high-linearity analog optocouplers HCNR200,they could isolate unipolar voltage and bipolar voltage respectively.Method of calculating circuit parameters according to different input voltage was explained in detail,and the corresponding circuit diagram was given.Finally,correctness and feasibility of designed circuit was verified by experiments.

A heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacterium named X12 was isolated from the filter mouth of Dongping shrimp pond,Gram negative bacteria,bacillus.The characteristics of denitrification of X12 was studied under different conditions and the optimal conditions for its growth and denitrification were followed as carbon source was sodium citrate,30 ℃,160 r/min,pH 7.0.Increasing of nitrogen concentration in the medium and immobilization technology were to be studied in the subsequent step.This strain showed great potential in biological nitrogen removal of wastewater with high salt from mariculture and industries.

Abstract:
Flammulina velutipes root was grinded into powder,and added into flour.Flammulina velutipes nutritious biscuit with high nutritional value and unique taste was made.It not only reduced environmental pollution caused by waste edible fungi,but also enriched deep processed products of edible fungi.Response surface methodology was used to optimize production process of nutrition biscuit with power of Flammulina velutipes root based on single factor experiments.The results indicated that optimum conditions were as follows:wheat flour 1 sample,the power of Flammulina velutipes root 20%,whole milk power 10%,sugar 20%,soybean oil 16%,baking soda 4%,salt 2.2%.Under these conditions,the biscuit appearance was evenly in thickness,slight yellow,crisp and possess the special aroma of Flammulina velutipes.

Abstract:
Watershed comprehensive management is a hot issue of environmental sustainable development.In recent years,China′s rapid economic development has drived to the development of various industries in rural areas.But at the same time,it also brought a series of problems of non-point source pollution.Exploring new model of water pollution control and finding new way to solve problems of agricultural non-point source pollution were imminent things.‘Beautiful countryside’construction strategy was put forward at the end of 2012.It had brought new opportunities for rural construction,and also had a positive role in promoting improvement of rural natural environment.A case study of Guoyun river basin of Haicang district in Xiamen city of Fujian province,positive effect of‘beautiful countryside’construction on water quality improvement,especially the improvement of agricultural non-point source pollution was discussed based on the water quality monitoring data.Effective integration relationship between‘Beautiful countryside’construction and watershed comprehensive management was analyzed.Feasibility and safeguard measures of their integration were discussed.Research results showed that‘beautiful countryside’construction could taking‘rich people,ecological beauty’as the general principle,changing the ecological environment resources as development base.While protecting the sustainable development of natural ecological environment,it promoted watershed comprehensive management and improvement of villagers′ living and production level.
Impact of‘Business Tax Replaced by Value Added Tax’on Rural Construction Land Reclamation Engineering in Current Quota Valuation Mode

Abstract:
Taking the rural construction land reclamation project in Chongqing as the research object,referring to the relevant policy and literature of‘business tax replaced by value added tax’,the project was divided into four types,influence of‘business tax replaced by value added tax’on the reclamation project of rural construction land in Chongqing was analyzed,and some suggestions were puts forward.Research suggested that after‘business tax replaced by value added tax’construction,cost or tax of projects supported by affiliated construction,project with mechanical and manual dismantling,projects supported by mechanical dismantling mainly reduced 0.27%、0.45%、5.35%,respectively.Cost or tax of projects supported by manual dismantling increased 9.40% averagely.

Abstract:
An articulated manipulator with 4-DOF for fruit and vegetable picking was developed aiming at small harvesting space of greenhouse.Three-dimensional model of manipulator was established by SolidWorks software.Dynamics analysis model was set up by the method of Lagrange.Then statics,kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the manipulator were carried out by ADAMS and ANSYS software.Statics simulation results showed that maximum stress of manipulator was 8.181 8 MPa and maximum deformation was 0.000 329 11 m,which could meet requirements with reasonable structure design.Kinematics simulation results showed that this manipulator could accurately reach target location and its movement process was smooth.Dynamic simulation results showed that maximum moment of each joint were in safety and reasonable range.In order to further verify rationality of design,performance tests of fruit and vegetable picking manipulator were carried out.Experimental results showed that maximum positioning error of manipulator was ±2.5 mm,average error was ±1.1 mm,and load capacity was within 3 kg.The movement of manipulator was smooth,which could satisfy requirement of fruit and vegetable picking.

Abstract:
Stereo sand-fixation equipment can realize paving of straw-sand barrier belts automatically.Transverse grass pushing device is one key component of grass grid ttransverse-paving system.According to the tasks to be done for straw checkerboard paving device,a new link mechanism which could suit for working environment and finish pushing-straw task was designed.Using computer simulation technology and inertia force balance principle,improved design on overturning-straw board of grass pushing mechanism was carried out.Dynamics simulation of grass pushing mechanism was made by Adams software.Results showed that optimized structure has been improved than before optimization in terms of force.Prototype test results showed that the device met the requirements of strength and design function.

Abstract:
Taking Futian Leiwo Gushen 4LZ-2 type combine harvester as basic model,a kind of sorghum combined harvesting device was researched and designed.Some key components including header,intermediate conveying device,threshing part and cleaning part were refitted and designed.Field tests showed that the harvesting device mounted on self-propelled grain combine could meet agronomic requirements of sorghum harvesting.Its operating performance indicators met design requirements.Its advantages were modern design,reasonable layout,compact structure and easy installation.And it had a good application prospect in sorghum planting area in China.

Using Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv.Hongjiang and Citrus Shatangju,virus-free adventitious buds were formed by inducing culture.Complete non-toxic plants were cultured by grafting seedling to rootstock seedling.Test results showed that success rate of explant sterilization was 86%,optimum medium of induction of adventitious buds was MT+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.1 mg/L+KT 0.1 mg/L.Optimum medium of adventitious bud subculture was MT+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L and proliferation coefficient was 2.3.Seedling rate of stock seed reached 90%.Average survival rate of micrograft reached 87%.This study provided a new way of rapid propagation for Citrus virus-free seedling.

Based on the data of Jiangsu agricultural industry from 2006 to 2015,gray system correlation analysis method was used to analyze correlation between Jiangsu each industry and total agricultural output value.In order to facilitate analysis results,the study was divided into two stages.It showed that agriculture and fishery production value had the highest correlation with the total output value of Jiangsu agricultural industry,the next were service industry,forestry and animal husbandry.Countermeasures and suggestions for Jiangsu agricultural industry structure adjustment and development were put forward.

Abstract:
At present,development of rural infrastructure is slow.Rural infrastructure construction is subject to village scale,geographical location and local fiscal capacity factors.Introduction of new finance main body would effectively promote development of rural infrastructure construction in China.PPP mode breaks through traditional financing model barriers.Its multi-channel financing mode makes up for the lack of local financial funds,could effectively improve construction,operation and supervision efficiency of rural infrastructure.Based on study of problems and reasons of rural infrastructure,suggestion of using PPP model was put forward.

Abstract:
Green ecological centered agriculture is a tendency of modern agriculture development.Advocation of green agriculture and ecological agriculture can help to promote sustainable development of agriculture in our country and enhance progress of agriculture modernization.Nowadays,green ecological agricultural in our country has been made great effect to some extent.But there are still some problems need to be solved,such as lack of technology input,low degree of industrial structure and management disorder.In order to improve progress of green ecological centered agriculture development in our country,many suggestions were mentioned,such as relying on science and technology innovation,optimizing industrial structure,reinforcing laws and regulations and giving more publicity to education on knowledge of agriculture.Such reform and exploration should be paid more attention by contemporary government.
