Abstract:
China is rich in fruit trees,and it is the largest producer and consumer of fruits in the world.Most fruit trees were planted on hilly slopes that caused fruit transportation difficulties.Mountain orchard rail conveyor can transport fruits and agricultural materials under large slope and no road conditions of mountain orchard.And its market demand is getting bigger and bigger.The research of mountain orchard conveyor domestic and abroad mostly remains in the mechanical part,but less research is done on the test system.Practical and reliable test system is helpful to improve the quality and operation safety of rail transporter.Research and application status of test system for mountain orchard rail conveyor domestic and abroad were introduced.Existing problems were pointed out.And the future development trend was prospected.

Information Technology Adoption Behavior and Driving Factors of Farmers′ Facility Vegetables

Abstract:
In order to explore adoption behavior and its driving factors of agricultural information technology in rural households,based on adoption behavior theory,the data of vegetable growers in Shandong and Beijing was analyzed.Results showed that farmers could fully understand advantages of facility vegetable information technology,and great potential for popularization.However,at present,the rate of information technology popularization of protected vegetable was low,and the average adoption rate was 28.38%.And Shouguang households have a higher acceptance rate of 16.96% than those in Beijing.There were significant differences in characteristics of facilities,the adoption of the information technology and the farmers who did not adopt it.The input cost was the main factor before adoption of technology.Farmers′ access to relevant information channels was relatively single,government promotion was the main mode of technology diffusion,and farmers were most worried about that technical effect was not obvious.

Abstract:
In order to realize unmanned automatic operation of farmland operating machinery and reduce labor investment,an automatic navigation device for farmland operating machinery based on Android platform was designed.The device was composed of machinery control module,Android control terminal and Difference Global Positioning System(DGPS)static station.A new path tracking algorithm was embedded in the device.The algorithm drawn a circle in the neighborhood and found intersection of the circle with planning path and determined direction of motion.The algorithm could greatly improve control accuracy of farmland operating machinery.By the field test,it was found that the device had advantages of high precision,low cost and good stability.

Abstract:
In order to adapt to efficient and energy-saving development of modern agriculture,the system of farmland environment monitoring based on android platform was designed,which realized function of monitoring farmland environment timely and remotely.It used sensor technology to collect information from farmland environment and send information to the cloud via wireless.The users could use APP to monitor farmland environment remotely and intelligently when they visit the data in cloud.Test results showed that the data transmission accuracy rate was 100%,the operation was reliable and software was practicability.

With continuous development of rural society economy,demand for informationization of rural government management has become increasingly prominent.Design and development of‘Fanghuiju’work management information system has great significance for improving the Xinjiang rural government service and management level.The system combined geographic information(GIS)technology,massively heterogeneous data processing technology,Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA),applying JavaEE platform and Oracle database.This system taken the‘Fanghuiju’village work group,county,township and village as the main objects of service.The‘Fanghuiju’work management information system helped to manage a large number of isolated data at the village level scientifically and effectively,unified coordination of information uploaded and issued.It provided technical support for‘Fanghuiju’work and rural information service,which made it convient,efficient and professional.

Catalytic Hydrothermal Treated Bamboo Particle Reinforced Properties of Bamboo-plastic Composites

Abstract:
Bamboo particle was hydrothermally treated with NaOH,Na2SiO3 and K2CO3 catalysts,and then bamboo plastic composites were prepared by hot pressing molding with PVC.Chemical composition and SEM analysis of bamboo particle and the performance test of composite materials were carried out before and after treatment.The compatibilization between treated bamboo particle and PVC matrix interface was discussed.And effect of type and concentration of the catalyst on the mechanical performance and water resistance were assessed.Results showed that the catalytic hydrothermal treatment could improve compatibility of bamboo particle and PVC matrix,and the distribution of treated bamboo particle in PVC matrix was more uniform.The type and concentration of catalyst had significant effects on the physical and mechanical properties of the composites.With concentration of the catalyst increasing from 0.5%,1%,to 2%,the mechanical strength of the composite increased at first and then decreased,the tensile strength reached the maximum value at 1% K2CO3 treatment,the bending elastic modulus reached the maximum value at 1%Na2SiO3 treatment,the static bending intensity reached the maximum value at 2%K2CO3 treatment.The 2 h water absorption,2 h and 24 h thickness expansion rate of the composites reached the minimum value at 1%Na2SiO3 treatment,and the water absorption of 24 h reached the minimum value in the 2%Na2SiO3 treatment.
Comparison of Membrane Separation Effects on Treating Liquid Digestate from Large-scale Chicken Farm Biogas Engineering

Abstract:
Considering difficulty of treating large amounts of liquid digestate from large-scale chicken farm biogas engineering,pilot scale integrated membrane separation equipment was developed.The separation effect of membrane technology on the reduction of COD,ammonia nitrogen and nutrients in the liquid digestate was studied.Results showed that process combination of‘bag filter+ultrafiltration(UF)+nanofiltration(NF)+reverse osmosis(RO)’achieved the COD rejection rate of 96.5%,and the ammonia nitrogen rejection rate of 63.8%.Through process combination of‘bag filter+UF+two-stage RO’,COD in the final permeate was reduced to 66 mgL with COD rejection rate up to 99.2%,while ammonia nitrogen in the final permeate was reduced to 530 mgL with ammonia nitrogen rejection rate of 82.4%.Process of‘UF+two-stage RO’achieved better separation effect on chicken manure liquid digestate than‘UF+NF+RO’.Humic acid and amino acid in the liquid digestate was concentrated under the action of RO.RO concentrate could be further used for production of liquid fertilizer or for other development and utilization.
Velocity Characteristics for Mixture of Ceramic Balls and Biomass Chars in Incline Tube with Different Cross-section Shape

Abstract:
To explore movement law of biomass chars and ceramic balls mix flows in the incline tube with different cross-section shape,cold state PIV analog equipment was designed.Flow of ceramic balls (diameter of 1,2 and 3 mm) and biomass char with different mass ratio (10∶1,30∶1 and 50∶1) in three different cross-sectional shapes (circular,semi-circular half-square and square) of inclined tubes (X= 1190 mm cross section in steady flow phase) by PIV technique were studied.Results showed that:in the inclined tube with three different cross-section shape,the distribution of biomass char axial mean velocity in the yd = 0-1 range shape was similar to ‘hysteresis loop’.When mixing quality ratio was 10∶1,the biomass char axial mean velocity distribution was not affected by different cross-section shape,it could use square tube or semi-circular half-square tube instead of circle tube in experiments of inclined tube.When ceramic sphere diameter was 1 and 2mm,mixed particle mass ratio of 30∶1 and 50∶1,the biomass char axial mean velocity distribution was affected by different cross-section shape,it could not use square tube or semi-circular half-square tube instead of circle tube in experiments of inclined tube.
Effect Comparison of UASB and UBF on Landfill Leachate Treatment under High Organic Loading

Abstract:
Under the condition of(38±2)℃,landfill leachate was treated by UASB and UBF anaerobic technology under high organic loading rate.Results showed that in the anaerobic process,the organic loading rate increased to 15 kg COD(m3·d)and HRT was 5 d.In UASB anaerobic reactor,raw material gas production rate was 25.4~29.6 m3t,the removal rate of COD could be more than 94%,volumetric biogas production rate was 5.77~6.02 m3m3,content of CH4 was more than 70%,and pH was 7.21~8.25.In UBF anaerobic reactor,raw material gas production rate was 22.7~25.4 m3t,removal rate of COD could be more than 90%,volumetric biogas production rate was 4.99~5.60 m3m3,content of CH4 was about 66%,and pH was 7.29~8.01.UASB anaerobic technology was better than UBF anaerobic technology in the treatment of landfill leachate.

Abstract:
To improve determination method of methanol content in liquor,using magenta sulphurous acid method for determination of methanol content in liquor,interference in the determination was analyzed systematically,and effect of amount of oxalic acid-sulfuric acid addition,color rendering temperature and color time on the test results was discussed.It was concluded that the amount of oxalic acid-sulfuric acid was 0.5 mL,color temperature 20~25 ℃ and chromogenic time 30 min,as the best determination conditions.The improved determination method could make methanol content determination of experimental results more accurate and better reproducibility.

Abstract:
Flammulina velutipes strain was used as research material,germanium enriched hyphae was obtained by fermentation technology,and polysaccharides were separated and purified by DEAE cellulose and G-100 chromatography column.Antioxidant activity of germanium enriched Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide in vitro was studied.Experimental results showed that,a single component polysaccharide was obtained by separation and purification,purity 99.78%,nonprotein.Ge content in mycelium was 7.42 mgg,percent conversion of organic Ge was 6.25%.Antioxidant ability enhanced significantly of polysaccharide purified and effectively scavenged oxygen free radical,hydroxyl radical and DPPH,they had significant difference compared with blank control.Scavenging rate of free radical increased with concentration of polysaccharide Ge enriched.When the polysaccharide concentration was 900 μgmL,scavenging rate of oxygen free radical,hydroxyl radical and DPPH was 68.16%,64.26%,64.3%,respectively.The polysaccharides Ge-riched had potential to developed into a natural antioxidant,functional foods or drugs.
Production Process Optimization of Fish Balls Using Low-value Fish

Production process of high-quality fish balls using low-value fish was discussed.Sensory results showed that:TG enzyme,starch and egg white could effectively improve fish ball color,fresh taste,elasticity and organization.Adding amount of TG enzyme in 0.5%~1%,addition amount of starch in 5%~15%,addition amount of egg white in 5%~15% were fish production process for adding range.Orthogonal table L9(34)was used to determine physical properties of fish balls,and best processing by using low-value fish.Elasticity,hardness,gumminess,chewiness and other physical properties,were measured by texture instrument,gel strength of surimi was calculated.Optimum process formulation was fish 100 g,TG enzyme 1 g,starch 15 g,egg white 10 g,salt 1.5 g,sugar 1.5 g,MSG 1.5 g,onions ice water 20 g,and pepper 0.15 g.

Experimental Study and Optimization Design of Static Stiffness Measurement System of Lathe

Abstract:
In order to effectively suppress effect of external vibration on measurement results by three-dimensional static stiffness instrument and enhance inherent response frequency of three-dimensional static stiffness instrument,design method of tree-dimensional static stiffness instrument which was based on Hypermorph shape optimization was put forward.Taking maximization of first order natural frequency as target optimization function,shape optimization model of three-dimensional static stiffness instrument was created.Static stiffness of lathe was tested by optimized three-dimensional static stiffness tester through LabVIEW virtual technology.Measurements of natural frequency of vibration of the first 6 order and LabVIEW software system showed that the first order natural frequency of optimized three-dimensional static stiffness tester was obviously higher than that before optimization.It had better vibration suppression performance.And optimized three-dimensional static stiffness meter was more accurate.The method was of practical significance for design of engineering structures with external disturbances.And the use of LabVIEW virtual technology could improve automation and efficiency of experimental test.

Abstract:
In the design process of four-twine big rectangular bale pickup baler,taking piston as the object of study which was key working parts of compression mechanism,3 dimensional model of piston parts and assembly was established by SolidWorks software.Dynamic simulation on piston was made by ADAMS software.Simulation time was 5 seconds and piston compression frequency was 42 rmin.Simulation results showed that piston stroke was 710 mm,maximum value of piston compression pushing speed was 0.85 ms,maximum value of return speed was 0.91 ms,acceleration range of piston was from -1.58 ms2 to 2.21 ms2,maximum value of the force in X direction of hinge of piston and connecting rod was 2 788 kN,torque range of crank uniform speed rotation was from -264.4 N·m to 174.4 N·m.Simulation results provided theoretical basis for optimal design of compression mechanism of four-twine big rectangular bale pickup baler.It shortened design cycle and improved design efficiency.

In order to streamline and optimize scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform,kinematics and dynamics simulation of scissors fork mechanism were carried out by using CADCAE software.Size of hydraulic cylinder was determined.Force on hinge point of scissors fork under dangerous conditions was analyzed.Finite element analysis of scissors fork arms was made.Stress distribution diagram and deformation distribution diagram of scissors fork arms were obtained.Structure of optimized scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform was simpler and its manufacturing cost reduced.Optimized mechanism had wide application prospect.

Abstract:
In view of great gap of cultivated land in the hilly areas of south China and difficult to transfer tillage machines in the field,a modular micro tillage machine which could be quickly assembled and disassembled,easy to transfer and work well was designed taking LZ-1WG4.2Q type micro tillage machine as prototype.The main parts of engine transition section,transmission transition section and resilient power frame assembly were designed.Strength checking of weak parts was made.Static and modal simulation analysis of key components were carried out by finite element method.Analysis results proved that the design was reasonable and reliable.It would provide reference for modular and portable production of mountain micro-tillage machine in the future.

Abstract:
Processing technology and accuracy requirements of shaft parts of crawler tractor were analyzed.Feasibility and applicability of processing mode that using turning instead of grinding was determined.Promotion economy of the scheme was verified.Verification processing of several types of shaft parts was carried out by CNC machine tools with better accuracy.By comparing different metal material,heat treatment mode,external surface hardness,shape characteristic and processing mode of shaft parts,selecting different kinds of machined cutting tools,inserts,and corresponding cutting parameters,so as to determine a kind of processing technology that could meet the needs of product process and was simple and feasible.And this process was extended to other types of parts processing gradually.Finally,quality of crawler tractor was improved and process of parts was improved.

Abstract:
Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis is a required course for graduate students of agricultural machinery specialty.Learning of the course lays foundation for the follow-up research of graduate students.However,there are some problems in the course of teaching,such as disconnection of theory and practice,little interaction between teachers and students,and complexity of calculation.Teaching content of the course was discussed on the basis of practical needs.Key points of the software were introduced combined with requirements of teaching program and functions and characteristics of Matlab data processing system.Some ideas and measures for teaching reform based on combination of teachers′ scientific research subjects and practical problems of enterprises were put forward.Practice proved that students′ interest in learning and ability to solve problems have been improved.

Abstract:
In order to cultivate high-quality engineering science and technology talents needed for development strategy of Made in China 2025,in view of teaching situation and existing problems of two basic course including Mechanical Manufacturing Foundation an Metal Technology for undergraduate major in mechanical engineering,taking Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute as an example,teaching reform and innovation of Basic Theory and Practice of Mechanical Manufacturing based on engineering education accreditation were carried out.The course combined existing knowledge framework and practice system of fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Foundation and Metal Technology.Organic combination of theoretical teaching and practical training was emphasized.Practice of teaching reform showed that content of courses was optimized and integrated,teaching methods were improved.It laid foundation for study of following specialized courses and provided useful reference for teaching practice of basic courses in mechanical engineering and near mechanical specialty.
Effects of Combined Modifier on Lead Accumulation and Nutritional Quality of Cucumber

Abstract:
In order to verify remediation effect of combined modifier on lead contaminated of cucumber soil,pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of different combinations of modifiers on soil physical and chemical properties,microbial community structure,lead accumulation and nutrient quality in cucumber fruit in two lead contaminated soils.Results showed that after applying combined modifiers,the organic matter contents,bacterial numbers,actinomycetes numbers,and total microorganism amounts of the 800 mgkg and 1 200 mgkg of lead polluted soil increased by 34.02% and 25.96%,5.25 times and 4.93 times,17.86% and 233.33%,and 2.72 times and 4.32 times,respectively.However,applying modifier had no significant effect on pH of soil.Moreover,after applying combined modifiers,lead and crude fiber contents in cucumber fruits planted in the 800 mgkg and 1 200 mgkg of lead polluted soil decreased by 54.85% and 30.17%,and 24.59% and 23.61%,respectively.Furthermore,contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,and soluble fixation of cucumber fruits largely improved.Therefore,security and nutritional quality of fruit of cucumber planted in lead polluted soil obviously improved comparing with no modifier application.Test results indicated that combined modifiers could be used in the in situ repair of lead polluted soil.

Abstract:
In order to screen seed coating formula suitable for corn growth and pest control,6 kinds of seed coating agents were selected and 5 kinds of treatment combinations were set up.Pest control,encourage growing and increase production effect were evaluated through field test.Test results showed that Gaoqiao 300 mL,Dingmiaoxin 100 mL,Likexiu 100 mL and Pulvtong 375 g had better encouraging growth and increasing production effect,which achieved 18.5%.And the effect of pest control was preferable.The control effect of underground pest,aphids and brown blotch were 85.94%,95.09% and 77.06%.

Abstract:
Corn growth refers to status and trends of corn growth.In the growth period,the key of corn production regulation is to real time know growth.Growth of corn can be measured by leaf area,tip distance of leaf and leaf base angle.Jilin province is the main corn planting area in China and planting scale is mostly small plots.If traditional manual method was used to measure growth of corn,it would take a lot of manpower and material resources.While remote sensing technology was suitable for planting in a large area.Therefore,manual measurement and remote sensing technology had obvious limitations.Digital image processing technology was used and multi scale images of corn at different growth stages were obtained by fixed image acquisition equipment.First,grayscale and enhancement techniques were used to preprocess images.Then,an iterative threshold segmentation algorithm was used to extract corn region in the image.Parameters of corn plant height,tip distance of leaf,leaf base angle and canopy area were obtained through image thinning technology which combined with reference calibration method.Finally,corn growth model was established by regression analysis on acquired characteristic parameters.Test results showed that the method was effective and feasible.And it could be served as a necessary and useful supplement to manual measurement and remote sensing technology.
