Mechanical Properties of Rape Seedling Pot

Abstract:
In view of problems of survival rate of rape pot seedling was affected by damage of seedling pot in the process of transplanting rape pot seedling,movement and mechanical properties of rape seedling pot under action of push-out seedling fixture were studied,change rules of ejecting force,motion displacement and pressure under different moisture content were explored,which could provide basis for parameters design of push-out seedling device and picking seedling mechanism of rape transplanter.Results showed that ejecting force of seedling pot was increased with raising of moisture content;as moisture content of seedling pot raised from 20.44% to 31.02%,range of motion displacement changed from 3.04~4.23 mm to 5.02~5.44 mm,pressure of seedling pot increased from 5.61 N to 7.90 N;as moisture content of seedling pot raised from 31.02% to 40.84%,range of motion displacement was almost invariant,pressure of seedling pot declined from 7.90 N to 4.83 N,with the raising of moisture content,pressure of seedling pot increased firstly and then decreased,the change was nonlinear,and pressure of seedling pot changed slightly under the same moisture content;in conclusion,when moisture content of seedling pot was about 30%,rape pot seedling was ejected easy and seedling pot was damaged less.
Experimental Research of Precision Seeding Apparatus for Coix

Abstract:
With the aim at demand of precision seeding for coix on small hilly land in Guizhou province,scoop wheel precision seeding machine was applied for coix seeds hole sowing.According to requirements of coix seeding,the best parameters matching of seeding machine was discussed and analyzed.Under premise of fixed hill spacing and demanded seed filling performance,the function relation of conveyor velocity and rotate speed of discharging seeds was established.The ratio between holes of scoop wheel and grooves of discharging wheel was optimized.Experiments were carried out on seeding platform.Results of experiments showed that the speed of conveyor belt had no significant effect on number of discharged seeds.The requirement number of discharged seeds could not be satisfied when ratio of holes-grooves was 18∶18.The optimum parameter matching for seeding machine was that ratio was 18∶9,hill spacing was 140 mm,driving speed was about 5 kmh,and corresponding rotated speed of discharging shaft was 33.18 r/min.

Abstract:
In view of existing problems of agricultural development system in hilly and mountainous areas such as imperfect system,poor interoperability among planting industry,breeding industry and agricultural mechanization,low level of integration,and low value-added agricultural products,application of circular agriculture mechanization mode in hilly and mountainous areas of Chongqing was studied.Through analysis of two typical application modes of circular agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas of Chongqing,support and security function of mechanization in development of circular agriculture industry in hilly and mountainous area of Chongqing were studied,and it′s mechanization mode was summarized,which could provide technical and theoretical support for circular agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas.

Abstract:
A trailed harvester for Caragna korshinskii cutting was introduced,which integrated functions such as stumping,feeding,cutting,bundling and packaging.Construction and working mechanism were illustrated.Technical parameters of trailed harvester for Caragna korshinshkii cutting were optimized by a series of experiments and tests on cutting table,feeding,bundling and packaging systems.Not only existing problems were analyzed,but also reasonable harvesting period was suggested.

Abstract:
The low accuracy image detection in natural light,the hollow of coarse straw,and the loss of finely straw details,all these problems may cause low accuracy straw coverage detection.A straw coverage detection method,which based on Sauvola and Otsu segmentation algorithm,was proposed.Firstly,Sauvola image threshold segmentation was used to extract detail area of grayscale image which based on color component space distance,then Otsu threshold segmentation was used to solve problem of straw hollow area which based on color difference.Finally,different threshold segmentation image was added,and straw coveragewas calculated.Field experiments results showed that better segmentation results and more accurate results of straw coverage had been achieved by proposed method.The maximum average error of different conditions of straw coverage was about 1.9%.The maximum average error of straw coverage in different regions was about 2.5%.Proposed method could effectively improve precision of straw identification.

In order to solve problems of heavy moisture and difficult to control in the process of planting crops in the balcony,family micro plant factory was put forward.It was a closed small plant,using intelligent control technology to adjust crop,using layer structure design and mating environmental monitoring device.System was based on wireless sensor technology,control technology and multi sensor fusion technology as the core,with STM32 as core control unit,and the PC as the home of planting environment monitoring equipment terminal real-time display environment parameters of the system.The system realized real-time display and precise control of many environmental factors,such as temperature,humidity,illumination and so on.It has higher practicability.

Abstract:
The plant electrical signal is very complex,with non-steady-state and time-varying.Before acquiring a useful signal,original signal needs to be preprocessed and acquired signal is strictly limited to useful frequency band.First,the signal is low-pass filtered to keep high frequency noise;and then notch filter is used to eliminate existence of the 50 Hz frequency interference caused by active equipment in test environment.The wavelet de-noising method is used to process acquired signals,so that noise or other unnecessary information can be separated more easily.Through programming in MATLAB language,digital filter was designed to realize pretreatment of signal.The method of wavelet analysis was used to analyze signal,and purpose of noise reduction and interference removal was achieved,so plant electrical signal was analyzed effectively.

Abstract:
To improve water and fertilizer management in closed rock wool cultivation,integrated water and fertilizer equipment and intelligent control system were designed and developed independently,especially for closed rock wool cultivation.The system was used for examine,match,and irrigate nutrition solution automatically,that was according to plant growth,water and fertilizer requirement,and growing environment.It could accomplish nutrition solution recycling combining with technique of recycling and disinfection.This system provided hardware equipment and intelligent control system,which is convenient for operation and running automatically.By this system,the users could manage water and fertilizer precisely in rook wool cultivation,it could save water and fertilizer by 20%,and there was no release to environment in agricultural production.The system was applied in many horticulture gardens,as a result,the system run steadily.The yield of tomato production reached to 45.4 kg/m2 in Ningxia Horticultural industrial park.

Abstract:
In view of low efficiency of manual transplanting,longer time,not standard transplanting process,and large market demand,a lateral hanging transplanting machine was designed.The system was not only suitable for drought seedling transplanting,but also could be used as a transport device,and lifting transportation work platform and transplanting was combined to realize multi-usage.Its power source was battery power,non-polluting and no noise.Its automatic control system adopted Siemens PLC 200,encoder,motor speed and testing system of proximity switch control.It could accurate grab seedlings,and feed seedlings timely,effectively guarantee survival rate of seedlings and cultivation of consistency.

In recent years,with increase of population,rapid development of economy and continuous improvement of urbanization,contradiction between water resources is becoming more and more serious,and water is an indispensable factor in agricultural production.At present domestic agricultural irrigation system is mostly by manual operation,time-consuming and waste of water resources,the result is not satisfactory.Part of the irrigation system is advanced,but the practicability is not strong.Therefore,an automatic agricultural irrigation system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology was designed.Working principle,software design and hardware structure of system were introduced,and future development prospect was also described.
Rural Energy Structure and Emission Estimation of Main Pollutant in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:
Based on energy consuming data of rural area in Zhejiang province in 2009—2014,the amount of main pollutant including SO2,NOX and TSP were calculated.Results showed that rural energy structure in Zhejiang province remained as a traditional model.From the view of pollutant emission and contribution,coals contributed 94.3% for SO2 ,86.6% for NOX and 39.8% for TSP.The contribution of SO2,NOX and TSP from straws were 8.9%,2.4% and 34.5% respectively.Optimizing energy structure and using clear energy substituting for coals were effective ways to decrease emission of SO2 and NOX.Transforming the straws to high grade biofuels was effective way to decrease emission of TSP and NOX.

Abstract:
As a kind of masonry material,compressive strength of self thermal insulation block foame concrete is one of the important factors that can meet national standards.Through literature review and preliminary test,it was screened as preparation of foamed concrete that hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 27% was used as foaming agent,cement and flyash as cementitious materials,calcium stearate and polycarboxylate as admixtures.Then the foamed concrete were compound which density of grade 200,250 and 300 as core material and that of grade 500,700 and 900 as the base material.Thickness of composite substrate was 25,30 and 35 mm respectively,using orthogonal design L9(34),nine groups of foamed concrete insulation block for the experiment arrangement were made.Through the test and analysis of test data,the most influential factors on compressive strength was confirmed.

In order to satisfy the need of cold weather and low temperature,method of selecting plants in low temperature and low carbon landscape design was studied.Existing problems of selection of dominant plants in landscape design because of low temperature resistance and poor erosion effect were analyzed.According to existing problems,concrete methods of plant selection in low carbon landscape design were put forward.Specific test results showed that,plants could be rationally molded according to oxygen secretion from roots of wetland plants and removal of N and P nutrients in Dianchi,so as to provide reference for design of extremely low temperature and low carbon gardens.

Results and Countermeasures of Leaft Vegetables Pesticide Residue Testing in Shanxi Province

Abstract:
Sampling detection of 48 kinds of pesticide residue in 588 leaf vegetables from 2015 to 2016 of Shanxi province′s production bases,wholesale markets and supermarkets were made.Results showed that overall trend of exceed rate of pesticide residue in Shanxi was higher than whole level of vegetables.Among vegetables which exceed standard,the celery and lettuce were relatively more.Among pesticides which exceed standard,carbofuran and omethoate which were forbidden and chlorpyrifos and abamectin which were regular were relatively more.Pesticide residue exceed rate to standard was higher 0.5 percentage points from Shanxi than other provinces.Some countermeasures to solve problems were put forward,such as supervising pesticide quality strictly,liminating hidden compositions,improving to deal with forbidden pesticides,implementing negative growth,enhancing standardized production,increasing to certify of bases,increasing detection degree,and guiding production with test data.
Determination of Cadmium Content in Grain by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry

Abstract:
An anodic stripping voltammetry method was established for fast determination of cadmium content in grain.Samples were dealt with microwave digestion,by using glassy carbon electrodes as working electrode,AgAgCl electrode as reference electrode and platinum electrode as counter electrode for determination of cadmium content in grain.The detection limit of method was 0.4 μgL.A standard adding method was used and average recovery rate was between 100% and 104%.A sample of a certain concentration was determined for 6 times,with a coefficient of variation of 2.43%.This method was stable,rapid and accurate,and could be widely used in emergency monitoring of food safety accidents.

Because of role of lipase,rice bran oil is high in acid value,dark in color and difficult in refining.There are many disadvantages in chemical deacidification,such as low refining rate,residual additives,high refining cost and many side effects.Physical distillation acid refining of rice bran oil with high acid value has advantage highlights.Refining effect of distillation deacidification was studied,and change of acid value and color after deacidification was investigated.Rice bran oil distillation deacidification process condition was optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiment.Orthogonal test was based on vacuum,distillation temperature and distillation time.Optimum conditions were vacuum degree 90 kPa,time 1.7 h,distillation temperature 215 ℃.

In order to explore land consolidation by machinery and then to promote the development of mechanization,solve ‘the last mile’ problem of site condition of large and medium agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,improve working condition and increase operating efficiency of agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,Chongqing agricultural sector carried out land consolidation suitable for mechanization since 2014 and it had a good outcome.The whole working process of land consolidation suitable for mechanization of Chongqing city was introduced,including source of ideas,experimental exploration,standard formation,popularization and application,and its promoting effect,which could provide theoretical and technical support for the development of agricultural mechanization in whole southern hilly and mountainous areas.

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of seedling low quality affected by climate and environment for traditional rice seedling,with the aim of controlling internal environment of seedling raising system,a new climate box for rice seedling raising was designed.Light intensity and time of artificial light was adjusted,temperature,humidity and CO2 concentration were controlled by PID fuzzy control,nutrient supply cycle and supply quantity were adjusted,and interior mounted visual surveillance system.The illumination range of climate box was 0~1.2×104 Lx,temperature range was 0~50 ℃,the deviation was±0.5 ℃,humidity range was 50%~99% RH,deviation was±5% RH,CO2 concentration range was 0.028%~0.2%,deviation was±0.008%.Test results showed that seedlings of climate box cultivation had developed roots,green color and wide stem,it could reach 3 leaf stage after planting for 20 days,the plant height could reach standard of transplanting seedlings.

3D model of axial fan impurity removing device for sugarcane harvester was established and simplified by SolidWorks,and its inner flow field was simulated based on SolidWorks Flow Simulation software.According to actual situation,simulation boundary condition parameters were set,and then the simulations of outlet velocity field and pressure field distribution of impurity removing device were finished under influence of different rotational speeds and depths of hub entering windshield.Additionally,simulated data and experimental results were compared,which could provide reference for design and optimization of axial fan impurity removing device of sugarcane harvester.

Abstract:
Because giant powder packing with artificial grass,lead to emergence of work site packed full of dust,harsh environment,a tremendous impact on health of workers,packing problems of poor quality,low production efficiency.Aiming at above problems,through independent test,automatic packing machine Jujun grass powder was designed.Through design scheme,design principle and practical analysis,whole design process was described,and a prototype was made to verify feasibility of design.The packing machine has functions of continuous bag,pressing and sealing,and design of whole machine was simple.In work process,smooth,stable,good coordination,high packing quality,tight sealing bag,and large material density were achieved.Storage and automated packaging issues after processing of Jujun grass were solved.It provided a reference for design of other forage packing machine.It contributed to realization of mechanization production process for Jujun grass.It would help solve problems of aging rural labor force and shortage of labor force.

Damage investigation of Gynaikothrips uzeli on Ficus microcarpa in Shenzhen was carried out from May to June in 2011.Results showed that plant damage rate of Gynaikothrips uzeli on Ficus microcarpa in Shenzhen was 92.55%,there were some differences in different regions,plant damage rate reached up to 98.82% in Futian,and plant damage rate was relatively low and about 76% in Luohu.Leaf damage rate of Gynaikothrips uzeli on Ficus microcarpa in Shenzhen was 46.25%,and there were significant differences in different regions,leaf damage rate in Luohu was 57.65%,and leaf damage rate in Nanshan was lowest,which was 30.33%.Pest density of Gynaikothrips uzeli on Ficus microcarpa in Shenzhen was 13.09 head per leaf,pest density reached up to 19.10 head per leaf in Futian,and pest density in Nanshan was lowest,that was 6.56 head per leaf.According to survey findings and research progress of domestic control technology,control measures of Gynaikothrips uzeli on Ficus microcarpa were explored,which contained plant quarantine,chemical control and agricultural measures.
