Abstract:
Green Chinese onion is one of important vegetables in our country.Production technology and mechanization level is of great differences,and overall mechanization level is low.The harvesting still need to be manually supplied,which result in labor intensity,low production efficiency,and quality of work hardly to be guaranteed.Combine harvest technology and equipment is still in the blank,and it is an urgent need to realize mechanization.Production technology and mechanization status of green Chinese onion was analyzed,harvest technology and equipment characteristics at home and abroad were studied,problems existing in mechanized harvesting were put forwarded,and development direction of this field was pointed out.
Research Status and Prospect of Extending Service Life on Screw of Biomass Briquetting Machine

Abstract:
Biomass curing technology is an important development direction for biomass energy conversion and utilization.Screw extrusion technology is the earliest developed and most widely used production technology of biomass briquetting.Screw is the core of its forming work parts.Screw cause high speed dry friction with biomass materials under high temperature and high pressure,which create serious wear,shorten service life and severely restrict efficiency of screw extruder.A lot of research has been done in order to extend service life of screw in biomass briquetting machine by domestic and overseas scholars.Combining with working principles and failure modes for screw of biomass briquetting machine,research works in prolonging service life of the screw at home and abroad were summarized and overviewed,such as forming process,shape and structure designing,material selecting of screw and surface strengthening technology applying.Research status were summarized and focus of future research directions were proposed.

Abstract:
As the first city to carry out mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation operation in southern hilly area,effect of popularization and application of mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation in Chongqing was obvious for two years.The technology was well received by users.Application effect of this technology for citrus,radish and potato in Chongqing were summarized focusing on analysis of effect on yield and quality of citrus,radish and potato,to provide data support and reference preparation work to continue to do a good job of mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation in the hilly area.

Abstract:
According to feed grinder machinery manufacturers characteristics of small scale and workers concurrently,and the common and typical dangers of actual production use,a simple and targeted method to evaluate qualitative safety was put forward.Emphasis and difficulty of evaluation of mechanical safety of feed grinder machinery were analyzed.Manufacturers could determine to adopt safety and economic protection measures according to requirements of product standard and safety quality cost.Taking an example of hammer feed grinder,process and application methods of risk evaluation were described.Research showed that adopting safety evaluation method was conducive to promoting production enterprises to grasp product quality and safety from design and production links.

Abstract:
In view of soil fertilization and maturity after high standard land consolidation suitable for mechanization,and soil acidification and compaction caused by excessive application of chemical fertilizer in recent years,through experimental demonstration of green manure planting,and combination of soil environment protection and mechanized production technology,mechanized and simplified production technology of green manure was first explored by agricultural machinery extension staff in Chongqing city.It mainly embodied in two mechanized operations(scatter and soil deep loosening),and then six operations(stubble cleaning,rotary tillage,ditching,seeding,fertilizing and seed covering)of traditional production mode were replaced.It could reduce amount of fertilizers,save production costs,maintain and improve quality of cultivated land,protect and improve ecological environment,ensure and improve yield and quality of agricultural products,promote sustainable development of agriculture.

To develop wisdom agriculture and realize sustainable development of high-yield,high-quality and safety,scientific methods must be used and information and intelligent management technology should be made full use to establish standardized management systems of agricultural production,processing,and circulation.Based on agricultural internet of things technology,its application and promotion was introduced on vehicular monitoring system and temperature monitoring system based on CFD cold-chain car compartment,fruit and vegetable planting,aquaculture and animal husbandry,agricultural facilities and so on.Application effects showed that the internet of things technology could effectively reduce resource consumption of agricultural production,and effectively reduce application of water,fertilizer and medicine.It has important guiding significance for realization of precision agriculture and intelligent agriculture,and has significant ecological and economic benefits and great application and promotion value.

Abstract:
For real-time obtaining soil salinity,groundwater table,groundwater salinity,and climate information in study area,comprehensive management system for saline-alkali soil was designed.System could offer data support for saline-alkali improvement effect and effective management in study area.This system monitored study area as a whole by using web camera,soil monitoring sensors,pipeline water monitoring sensors,meteorological station,et al.All the information in the study area was transmitted reliably by using ZigBee wireless network and internet technology.In monitoring terminal,web technology and browser/server network structure were used to apply the integration of bottom control network and internet.Then remote management system was established.It could dynamic display video images and change of environmental factors in study area,thus to provide technical support for saline-alkali soil.

Abstract:
In order to achieve accurate mechanical work in the farmland,and improve intelligent level of agricultural machinery,an accurate aided navigation system was designed.This system was composed of two subsystems:BDS(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System)navigation subsystem and 3D vision obstacle detection subsystem.The method of BDS navigation subsystem:the RTK-BDS was used for obtaining accurate location data of agricultural machinery,the data typically included latitude and longitude,speed and heading angle.Based on farmland information,BDS navigation subsystem schedule global path of farmland,calculate drift angle,driving distance,area of cultivated of agricultural machinery during driving in the real time and draw the trail.Driver could modify direction of agricultural machinery according to planning path.The 3D vision obstacle detection subsystem:the 3D camera used for obtaining depth data.It was based on principle of infrared speckle,and not affected by natural light.Visual detection method was used to detect obstacle,calculate distance from obstacles to agricultural machinery,obstacles to center line of path,and to judge whether need to adjust direction and give driver tips.Experimental results showed that BDS navigation subsystem achieved high precision,maximum error was not more than 5 cm,and precision of obstacles detection met requirements of obstacle avoidance,its maximum error was not more than 4%.So this showed that accurate auxiliary navigation system could be used to achieve precision mechanical work.

With rapid development of modern computer information technology and automatic control technology in field of agriculture,gradually increasing of greenhouse structure grade,and strong dependence of crops on external environment,setting up an greenhouse environment control system suitable for crop growth has become urgent demand of agricultural growers.Aiming at intelligent management requirement of greenhouse environment information,an environment suitable for growing crops was created through regulation of crop environmental factors,so as to achieve purpose of crop off-season production and increase production.In order to further improve precision of greenhouse intelligent control,and improve efficiency of crop production,a set of greenhouse environment control system has been designed based on the PID control algorithm.The system would play an important role in regulating greenhouse environmental parameters and improving crop growth environment.

When soy protein isolate(SPI) was modified by neutral proteinase and microtransgluminase(MTG),functional properties of comprehensive modified SPI were improved.Solubility,water absorption,water holding capacity,oil absorption,foaming properties and foam stability property of modified-SPI were higher than original SPI by 27.5%,50%,180%,38%,40% and 22%.But gel property of SPI decreased 19%.Then its application in the baked products of powdered egg substitute was discussed.

Present Situation and Prediction of Grain Security in Hubei Province Based on Cultivated Land Pressure Index

Abstract:
By calculating current cultivated land pressure index in Hubei and in recent years,and combining grain self-sufficiency rate of each city and state,situation of grain security in Hubei province was illustrated.Main factors affecting pressure index of cultivated land in Hubei province were found out,and problems existing in the process of ensuring food security in Hubei province were clarified.It was practical to reduce pressure index of cultivated land in Hubei,to ensure food security and to improve comprehensive productivity of agriculture.From dynamic point of view,panel data related to cultivated land pressure index in Hubei province were analyzed longitudinally,and development trend of the data was observed.And grey system model and various regression models were used to predict factors in 2020 and 2025 in Hubei,which related to cultivated land pressure,such as cultivated land area,population and so on.Then,combining actual situation of Hubei province,future grain security situation in Hubei province was analyzed and predicted.Assuming future of different food demand,prediction of Hubei′s cultivated land pressure index size and food security situation was made.

Abstract:
A hydraulic-drive system was developed and researched for solving the drive requirement of self-propelled sprayer.Firstly,hydraulic components of this drive system were one hydraulic piston pump,four hydraulic motors,parking brake,dividing-combining valve,etc.High and low speed switching and parking braking could be realized by adjusting oil supply pressure.Reverse pump and motors could achieve vehicle brake.A test was designed and carried out with full-load,maximum speed and high temperature.Results showed that theory of hydraulic-drive system was correct and every function could be achieved successfully.Maximum working pressure was 39 MPa,drain pressure was always under 0.3 MPa,and charge pressure was about 2.4 MPa.Meanwhile,flow rate of exchange valve to pump was between 11L/min to 14L/min.It was reasonable for cooling and washing.The temperature of hydraulic fluids in line could always be maintained below 70℃.In conclusion,hydraulic-drive system was reliable,and main parameters were all within the reasonable range.

Abstract:
With change of potato cultivation agronomic,cultivating fertilization,laying drip irrigation hose and digging holes between ridges need to be done by farmers in the process of farming,and requirement of quantitative fertilization was strict.A potato cultivator with electrokinetic variable fertilization function was designed,which not only had drip irrigation hose laying mechanism and digging holes mechanism,but also could be driven by variable fertilization driving mechanism to realize same amount of fertilizer per unit area under different tillage speed.Therefore,it was convenient for users to manage quantitative fertilization.

Abstract:
There have been primary researches about effect of plasma on seeds of crops.Researches showed that plasma could activate endogenous substances of seeds,which could increase vitality and resistance of them,increase yield of crops,promote gene expression and environmentally friendly.As the main source of silage,maize treatment by plasma processing is relatively rare.A plasma seed processor was successfully designed and developed from practical concern.Factors were set as processing time and processing power to analyze effect of plasma on seed germination characteristics.Compared with CK group,variation of germination rate was -14.00%~10.67%,germination potential was -3.33%~10.00%,root length was -45.84%~20.66% and shoot of maize seedling was 13.46%~16.07%,fresh weight of seedling was -4.77%~16.59% and dry weight of seedling was -5.17%~7.54%.

Construction of agricultural internet of things(IOT)demonstration area was carried out for many years in our country.At present,a number of networking hardware and software products,typical applications and technology models based on agricultural IOT were formed,agriculture IOT support platform with international advanced level was built in part of region,and remarkable social benefits and economic benefits from the surface were achieved.But quantitative analysis of benefits and investment feasibility of agricultural IOT was lack,and not quantified on well-defined economic indicators.Based on IOT application model analysis,quantitative analysis was conducted on influencing factors of cost saving and increasing efficiency,a complete analysis method of agricultural IOT application was formed.General rules of cost saving and increasing efficiency by IOT were explored.It could provide quantitative analysis basis for application decision of IOT.

Since implementation of BT to VAT,important results of taxation work were achieved.Impact of BT to VAT on agricultural was significant,especially on agricultural engineering project cost.Under requirements of national tax reform,business tax was changed to value-added tax in construction industry,including agricultural constructional project,so tax requirements of agricultural constructional project also need be reformed.Taking Heilongjiang province as an example,modern agricultural project cost was increased by about 7.0% by comparing BT to VAT before and after.To meet requirements of project construction,previous cost model must be changed by decision makers of agricultural construction project,cost should be decided after comprehensive analyzed in accordance with tax requirements.
