Abstract:
Birds trouble has been one of the prime problems resulting in enormous losses to agriculture in recent years.Although some necessary measures have been put into operation,however,such measures often have limitations on scope,cost hard labors,and probably cause harm to ecological balance and even endanger the safety of food.Moreover,most of traditional birdrepellers cannot repel the birds movably,and easily be adapted by birds and need frequent maintenance.Therefore,in order to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages,a movable automatic flying repeller was developed in this work,which was integrated with multiple measures.The repeller took advantage of the birds’fear for human beings and their natural enemy.Techniques of bionics,computer,electronics,and UAV were employed to obtain the solution,preventing birds from adaptation,which has not been solved by traditional measures.

Abstract:
In order to facilitate acquisition of food information and quality supervision,verify authenticity of food,and ensure food safety,based on Google Zxing two-dimensional code generation and decoding programming interface design,food traceability system was developed.In this system,presentation layer,business layer,control layer and data persistence layer component were designed using micro service framework and MVC hierarchical thinking,which could effectively improve reusability,maintainability and efficiency of system.The system architecture,function modules and key technologies were introduced in detail.In order to prevent forgery of two-dimensional code,the AES and RSA hybrid encryption algorithm was used to ensure security and reliability of food traceability system.

Abstract:
As one of the main forms of solar energy utilization,PV(photovoltaics)power generation plays an important role in addressing global climate change and energy transformation.With the emphasis and support of the country on new energy,the PV application market gradually increases.However,the barren hills and wasteland which can be used in photovoltaic power generation are less and less,far from meeting the market demand,and photovoltaic agriculture is pioneering to combine photovoltaic products with agricultural cultivation,which provides a new platform for development of photovoltaic industry.In recent years,photovoltaic facilities horticulture industry has developed rapidly,but there are many controversies and problems.Research progress of development and construction of photovoltaic greenhouse at home and abroad were reviewed.Structure characteristics,types of photovoltaic panels,indoor thermal environment characteristics and economic benefits of photovoltaic greenhouse were emphatically analyzed.Advantages and disadvantages of photovoltaic facilities horticulture industry were discussed.Some suggestions were put forward for existing problems,which would provide reference for correct development of photovoltaic facilities horticulture industry.
Dynamic Change of Fractional Vegetation Cover in Baoding Based on RS and GIS

Abstract:
By using data sources of remote sensing images(TM/OLI images)in 1991,2004 and 2015,vegetation fractional coverage of Baoding was calculated through dimidiate pixel model which based on NDVI,then vegetation fractional coverage grades was divided,and features of its temporal and spatial variation were analyzed.Results showed that vegetation fractional coverage of Baoding presented decline trend for integrated and different areas had different results.The area of low vegetation and medium-low increased,and the area of high vegetation decreased.Decline of main urban area in Baoding was significantly in all the four research districts,vegetation fractional coverage decreased 12.76% and average of decreased rate about 0.5% per year in the twenty five years of 1991—2015.Research showed that urban development,construction,and reduced agricultural land were the main causes for vegetation coverage change.
Design of Constant Temperature System for Biogas Fermentation Tank

Abstract:
In view of demand of temperature and taxi gas in Ningxia,constant temperature system of biogas fermentation tank was designed by using model of gas producing-heat-constant temperature- gas producing process.The straw was fermented to produce methane,the methane was pressurized into natural gas to be used for taxi gas,the partial methane was burned to generate heat for preheating fermentation liquid,heat loss of circulating water pipe was reduced,and heat dissipation loss of fermentation tank was reduced.And it was compared with hot water cycle heating method commonly used in large and medium scale biogas projects both at home and abroad.Results showed that biogas fermentation tank constant temperature system(method of preheating fermentation liquid outside tank)could reduce use of biogas and other energy sources,and amount of methane needed was 15.3% of total gas production.

Production Estimate of Apple Trees Based on Visible Light and Thermal Infrared Images

Abstract:
In order to estimate production of apple orchard quickly and accurately,a new method of apple trees production estimate was proposed,based on machine learning and the Hough transform,with visible light and thermal infrared image data obtained from one side of apple trees.The registration of visible light and thermal infrared temperature images which was obtained synchronously from thermal imaging camera,was achieved by affine transformation model,taking mature apple trees as research object.The classification and calculation of posterior probability were completed with support vector machine,using temperature information and RGB color band as four classification feature,which obviously improved effect of apple detection identification.After edge detection,Hough transform was adopted to accomplish identification marks and counting of apple images.The apple trees production was estimated through linear regression model with cross validation.In the case of apple color differences made by non-uniform illumination conditions,experimental results showed the new method of apple trees production estimate were effective with accurate rate higher than 80%,compared with measurement data from manual record,providing effective technical support for scientific management of orchard.

In order to make use of aloe peel discarded from processing of aloe stalk meat,aloe peel dry powder was as raw material,acid extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used for extraction of aloe pectin.On this basis,single factor test and response surface optimization experiment were carried out to extract pectin.Test showed that acid extraction and alcohol extraction of aloe pectin precipitation method was feasible.Optimum extraction technology was ratio of liquid to material 30∶1,the pH value of solution 3.5,the acid hydrolysis time 120 min and acidolysis temperature 75 ℃,and extraction rate of pectin was 22.593%.

Effect of Selenium-enriched Organic Fertilizers on Selenium and its Form in Garlic

Abstract:
An effective method was developed for determination of selenium of different forms in selenium-enriched garlic by high resolution-continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(HR-CS GFAAS).Effect of selenium-enriched organic fertilizers on selenium and its form in garlic was studied.The mixture of Pd(NO3)2(1 g/L)and Mg(NO3)2(0.5 g/L)was selected as the matrix modifier with the best volume of 5 μL for determination of selenium by single factor experiments.The samples were pretreated according to the standard of DBS 42/002—2014,and further determination of selenium by HR-CS GFAAS,results showed that the total selenium in selenium-enriched garlic was 8.933~9.476 μg/g,and inorganic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic was 5.784~6.021 μg/g.The organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic was 3.124~3.491 μg/g by calculating,and had reached 34.16%~36.84% of total selenium.These indicated that total selenium and organic selenium in garlic were increased effectively by using selenium-enriched organic fertilizers as garlic grow.The relative standard deviations were from 3.0% to 5.2%,and the recoveries for total selenium and inorganic selenium were 96.3% and 93.7% respectively,indicating that selenium and its form in selenium-enriched garlic by the standard of DBS 42/002—2014 could get accurate and reliable results,moreover,the added prototype(inorganic selenium)was almost all in the inorganic selenium sample.Therefore,the proposed method was rapid,accurate and stable with a high practical value.It provided scientific basis for analysis of many trace elements and their forms in food.
Determination and Analysis of Amylose and Amylopectin Content in Different Varieties of Yam

Abstract:
In order to determine amylose,amylopectin content of Tiegun yam,Chenji yam,Nanyang yam,Foshou yam,Huai yam and Xiaobaizui yam,and contrast variety difference,acid hydrolysis method was used to determine the content of starch,content of amylose and amylopectin was determined by UV spectrophotometer.Each yam was tested for 10 roots,and the average value was determined.Test results showed that fresh yam had higher amylose and amylopectin content,and it was a kind of twining vine with higher starch content.Starch content,amylose content and amylopectin content of different varieties of yam were different.Stability of the content in the same variety was better,but stability of different varieties also has some differences,which could be used as basis for quality identification and variety identification.

Abstract:
Two main soil(sand soil,chestnut soil)in Aohan Banner,Chifeng city were chosen as research object,using Mastersizer 3000 laser particle size analyzer to determine different types of 0~100 cm soil depth within scope of soil mechanical composition(clay,silt and sand).Results showed that mechanical composition of same soil type were basically similar,soil particle proportion in the same layer of different types were different.Overall performance of soil particle content in different soil types was that,for sand,sand soil>chestnut soil,for clay and silt,chestnut soil>sand soil.Results could provide a reasonable evaluation of local soil structure and provide a scientific basis for scientific use of land.

Abstract:
Land use/land cover is the result of interaction between geographical environment,which embodies characteristics,attributes and mechanism of human-land relationship.Traditional monitoring method of land use/land cover only reflect quantity variation of proportion to land use type in different times,which cannot be realized location analysis and visual expression of change information.So,method of TUPU analysis and technology of RS and GIS were used,which could be analyzed of spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of land use types from 1995 to 2005 and 2005 to 2015 of Hutuo river basin in Xinzhou section,quantitative analysis of land use type conversion and location description of conversion space could be realized.Results showed that land use patterns had changed by varying degrees because of dual effect of socio-economic development and ecological environment protection.A method was provided to analyze spatial-temporal evolution of land use/land cover,which also provided a reference basis for rational planning of land use of Hutuo river basin in Xinzhou section.

Abstract:
China′s peanut straw is mostly laid in the field to be air dry after picking and then transported to set the stack,this method has low productivity and inconvenient transportation,and occupies more storage space.Based on 4HB-2A type peanut combine harvester,with peanut stalk bundling device,a bundling machine for peanut straw harvesting and bundling was designed.It could change peanut mechanization harvest development of incomplete state,effectively reduce labor demand,improve collection efficiency and quality of peanut straw,and reduce peanut straw transportation and storage costs,so as to facilitate subsequent collection,transportation,storage and processing operations.Field experiments showed that vine recovery effect was good,and design requirements were achieved.

Abstract:
In order to solve problem that disposable peeling rate is not high in process of peeling potatoes,a potato cleaning and peeling machine was designed and a three-dimensional model of potato washing and peeling machine was established,which focused on peeling device and slag filtration cycle.The key components of the system were further optimized to design the potato peeling machine to achieve high efficiency and low consumption operation.The structure of equipment was suitable for peeling of potatoes in the south of China.It has advantages of good peeling effect,which can filter and recover waste produced in the process of potato peeling.It also has advantages of saving water resources and facilitating operation.

Revised‘Rotodynamic Pumps-Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Tests-Grades 1,2 and 3’(GB/T 3216—2016)was implemented in March 1,2017.Implementation of new standard,further development of test method and test technology of rotodynamic pumps were promoted on one hand,and on the other hand,it had great significance to improve technical level and quality of product.In order to better interpret revised contents of new standard,technical differences between new standard and old standard were analyzed.

Abstract:
Taking the greenhouse of Taigu county in Jinzhong city of Shanxi province as the experimental site,the tomato varieties Lisa,Qidali were selected as experimental materials.Effects of soil water on gluten rot occurrence of different tomato varieties were studied.Results showed that there was a close relationship between occurrence of tomato gluten rot and soil moisture.The high or low soil moisture content could increase incidence of disease.At the same time,under same environment,the resistance of tomato varieties to tomato gluten rot was also different.

Cadmium pollution in water or soil was one of the most common heavy metal pollution which threated to plants growth.The physiological mechanism of plant tissues or cells would be inhibited under cadmium stress.At the same time,the plants developed coping strategies in the evolution of the process of cadmium absorption,transport and discharge.Effects of cadmium on plants growth and separation,separation techniques of membrane protein,and plant membrane protein research under conditions of cadmium stress were discussed.
Grain Production Forecast of Yunnan Province Based on Gray System Theory

Abstract:
Agriculture is foundation of national economy,and grain is the priority among priorities.Accurate prediction of grain yield is of great significance in national food security and making grain production policy.Using grey correlation analysis method,specific factor in Yunnan grain output was analyzed from numerous fuzzy factors.The factors followed in an order as following:total power of agricultural machinery,fertilizer rate,available irrigation land area,rural electricity consumption prediction.These factors were corrected by GM(1,1)residual correction.Predicted data was used as a sequence of related factors,and grain yield was regarded as characteristic sequence of system.A grey GM(1,N)prediction model for grain yield was constructed.According to grain production related data in Yunnan province from 1999 to 2015,grain yield data of Yunnan province in 2020 was predicted.Fitting data until 2015,average relative error between actual output and simulation value was 1.92%,which has high accuracy.Through analysis of prediction results,suggestions were put forward about stabilizing and improving food cereal production in Yunnan province.

In recent years,driven by double factors of‘Internet+’and‘The Belt and Road’,livestock industry in southwest China is developing rapidly,which could promote transformation and upgrading of livestock and poultry products circulation channels,force the logistics industry of livestock and poultry products to expand the scale,expand ideas and innovative methods,and play advantages of agglomeration effect.However,due to the imbalance of manpower,science and technology resources allocation structure,resource development and utilization of productivity is not high,the industry moderately intensive,fine development degree is not enough,personalized service product development is less,infrastructure is weak and other prominent problems,livestock and poultry logistics in southwest China needs to upgrade the traditional circulation channels of livestock and poultry products,from the aspects of logistics industry planning,infrastructure construction,intelligent logistics system building and new industrial chain cultivation and so on.It could promote rapid development of livestock industry,boost the precision of poverty,the completion of a comprehensive well-off society and realize the‘The Belt and Road’strategy.
