Abstract:
Hannover international agricultural machinery exhibition is the largest and most influential exhibition of agricultural machinery in the world.And it was known as wind vane for the development of international agricultural machinery.Trend that world agricultural machinery in the direction of large-scale,specialized and intelligent was summarized through visiting 2017 Hannover agricultural machinery exhibition.Development trend of main products including tractor,grain harvesting machinery,silage harvester,sowing machinery,ploughing machinery,plant protection machinery,herbage machinery and economic crop harvester was introduced.Thinking and suggestions on the development of agricultural machinery in China were put forward.

Abstract:
Vegetable plug seedling seeder is key equipment for mechanized production of vegetable nursery,which can realize automatic production of vegetable nursery and greatly reduce labor intensity of vegetable nursery and improve production efficiency.Research status of vegetable seedling seeding machine at home and abroad were described,vegetable seedling seeder was classified and working principle and characteristics of various vegetable plug seedling seeder was analyzed.Problems of vegetable seedling seeder in China were pointed out.Development trend of vegetable plug seedling seeder was discussed,which aims to provide direction for design improvement of vegetable plug seedling seeder.

Abstract:
Mechanized water saving technology of dry farming,which was commonly used in Beijing city,was used as the object,including mechanical deep loosening,straw crushing and returning to the field,mechanical suppression and mechanical tillage. Effect of integrated application of dry farming mechanization technology on corn growth and soil properties was analyzed to provide theoretical basis and technical support for further improving water-saving ability of agricultural mechanization in Beijing.

Abstract:
An automatic stereo cultivation bed system was researched and developed in order to realize automatic delivery for greenhouse cultivation and reduce labor costs and improve greenhouse vegetable production.The system was based on stereo cultivation mode,including three kinds of automatic conveying systems:automatic light height adjustment system,automatic bedstead shipment docking push system and AGV automatic conveying system.The system has filled the internal blank of automatically adapts to light in greenhouse and realized maximum utilization of vegetable planting space in greenhouse.This system has advantages of high safety,strong practicability,and laying a foundation for full automatic transportation of greenhouse stereo cultivation.

Abstract:
Aiming at problems of light adjustment and low efficiency of blueberry planting environment illumination,an adaptive lighting system of blueberry planting environment was developed.The system included lower computer and upper computer in two parts.The lower computer took the STM32 single-chip microcomputer as its core and detected the light intensity through the BH1750 light sensor.The detection range could reach 1-65535 Lx,and the output could be adaptively changed according to light of external environment.The PWM signal could be adjusted by PID algorithm to drive large power LED illuminator to fill light.The upper computer was run on the LabVIEW platform developed monitoring software,real-time display of light intensity values and related data statistics and curve depicting.After test,the system could meet requirements of low-power operation for a long time,and promote growth of blueberries,which could provide technical reference for dynamic supplement of other crops.

Abstract:
To ensure sustainable development of urban areas,a relatively new and very relevant and economically viable concept of decentralised or semi-centralised systems is gaining increasing interest.Fraunhofer IGB undertook the project DEUS 21 funded by BMBF of Germany,and carried out demonstration study on concept of semi-centralised urban infrastructure systems in Knittlingen.Anaerobic membrane bioreactor(AnMBR) technology has been successfully used as key process in wastewater treatment.Plant operation showed that,effluent of wastewater treatment plant was characterized by a relatively low concentration of organic substances(COD),no particles,almost no pathogenic microorganisms,and a relatively high concentration of nutrients ammonium and phosphate.This kind of effluent could be reused for agriculture and green land irrigation.The semi-centralised concept is suited best for implementation in regions with warm climate and a demand for irrigation water,in which no wastewater treatment exists yet.This approach could lead to a system of almost closed cycles of water,nutrients and energy.

Technical principle and parameters of heat pump-assisted solar drying equipment for fresh jujube were studied,9 air collectors and a heat pump with the power of 12 horsepower were determined.Drying rule of fresh jujube was explored by experiment,and it was divided into four stages:preheating stage,evaporation stage,drying completion stage and stage of dehumidification.Finally,drying curve of fresh jujube was drawn according to results and four experimental conclusions were obtained.

Abstract:
In order to master calculation of drying rate of tobacco leaves,and to provide technical support for accurate curing,mathematical model of relative water-loss rate of tobacco curing was studied.Thin colloidal capillary porous drying kinetics was investigated,and experimental measured data using 101A-3 electric drying oven with forced convection(Shanghai Experimental Instrument Factor)under condition of temperature 39 ℃,wet ball 32 ℃ and fan gear opened on first gear were analyzed to construct mathematical model.The constructed mathematical model of wet-surface ratio was fi=φ×(1-Hsi)=XiXC×(1-Hsi),and simulation values of model and observation values fitted well and error was small.Mathematical model of relative water-loss rate was F=fi×(1-Asi)×(1-Lsi)×(1-Ksi)×(1-Hsi)×(1-HXi),and simulation values of model and measured values fitted well and error was small by curve graph,t test and correlation coefficient analysis.Model of relative water-loss rate could calculate water loss rate in deceleration stage during tobacco curing,and solve problem of water loss which difficult to calculate in deceleration stage during curing,and provide a new mathematical model to accurate control tobacco curing and calculate water loss rate.

Abstract:
Oats were used as base material,mixed with 27 times water and pulped.Inoculating LAB in filtrates and fermented,oat lactic acid bacteria beverage was produced well.Taking sensory quality and LAB cell counts as testing standard,optimal basic formula of lactic acid bacteria beverage was determined.Results indicated that product quality was optimum when adding 6% sugar,0.5% soy protein isolate(SPI)powder,as well as removing enzymatic hydrolysis process.

Abstract:
Based on current situation of flood control and flood season in China′s water conservancy hub project,the flood risk of such projects was divided into four first-level indicators and twelve second-level indicators.AHP was used to assign weight to each risk indicator,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the risk index of each risk index under the four levels of risk probability,risk loss,risk predictability and probability of further deterioration of risk,and made a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative assessment of flood risk in combination with the weight of each risk index.A second phase project of an irrigation district was taken as an example,it was proved that the theory could be used to reduce the risk of flood control in irrigation projects and avoid losses,and provide theoretical guidance for the formation of a complete risk assessment system of flood control in the irrigation district of China.

Aiming at problem of caterpillar tractor can′t use automatic navigation system for wheeled vehicles directly,a control method which setting on a conversion model for track speed,virtual driving speed and virtual steering angle was proposed.Through analysis between two-wheel model of wheeled vehicles neutral steering and steering kinematics model of tracked vehicle,expressions of track speed,virtual driving speed and virtual steering angle was derived,feedback control for autopilot systems was completed.Real vehicle turning experiment was carried to collect data and validate conversion model proposed.Results showed that theoretical values were in good agreement with actual reference values under the model,steering control method was feasible.

Abstract:
To provide references for design of vegetable grafting robot,test research on geometrics and mechanics of solanceous vegetable seedlings such as eggplant,tomato and pepper were carried out.Test results for grafting seedling geometrics of eggplant,tomato and pepper showed that plant height of three vegetable seedlings which were in the grafting time were over 100 mm,and the seedling diameters of the most stocks and scions of eggplant and tomato are 3.0-4.0 mm and 2.5-3.5 mm respectively,and average seedling diameter of stocks and scions of pepper were 2.8 mm and 2.4 mm respectively.Average critical pressure to seedling damage of solanceous vegetable was 780-930 MPa,and minimum critical pressures to seedling damage of stocks and scions were more than 800 kPa and 700 kPa respectively.Shearing strength with inclined cutting on vegetable seedlings was less over 50% than that with straight cutting.

Soil in facility agriculture is hardened because of over cultivation and lack of natural arrangement,tilling depth of traditional rotary tillage can only reach to 10~15 cm,it formed a thick plow pan under 15 cm,the plow pan reduces soil permeability and storage capacity.Concerning this issue,a deep cultivator was designed,its tilling depth could reach to 30 cm.Its working quality could meet rotary operating standards.Power selection,design and array of tiller blade were introduced in detail.

Abstract:
Finger wheel is a main component of finger-wheel rake,spring-tooth is a key part of finger wheel,spring-tooth should have enough strength and high wear resistance as strong as possible to bear stretch from the earth,it will deform and break even,therefore structure performance of spring-tooth is directly related to security and reliability of finger wheel work.Model of spring-tooth was established based on SolidWorks,finite element analysis was done for spring-tooth by using ANSYS,its stress and deformation were obtained,in contrast to the stress and deformation data under each operation mode,maximum deformation was in fingertip region contacted with ground by analyzing,stress of spring-tooth mainly concentrated in the bending,some solving measures were put forward,these measures included choosing right materials,adjusting structure size,making a scientific process,and so on.Through finite element analysis for spring-tooth of finger wheel,strength and stiffness of spring-tooth could be checked,it could provide reference for further structure optimization design of finger wheel.

Abstract:
At present,multi-functional equipment of foreign greenhouses has been automated and mechanized in the area of agricultural materials transportation while the multi-functional equipment of domestic is still in preliminary stages.In greenhouse operation,there is lack of electric drive machinery which is light and able to adapt to narrow space and passageway,and most of agricultural material transfer still needs manual labor,which has many problems,such as labor intensity and labor efficiency.In this case,Beijing Kingpeng International Hi-Tech Corporation has developed a self-propelled multifunction platform,focused on development of mechanical system,automatic control system and so on.It could solve problems of agricultural materials transportation,picking,pesticide spraying in daily operation and walking.And compared with traditional artificial way of conveying,self-propelled multifunction platform could realize automated and mechanized in greenhouse,solve problems of large intensity and low labor efficiency,improve level of modernization & intelligent of agriculture greenhouse equipment,and improve efficiency of facilities.

Effects of Magnetized Water Irrigation on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Tomato

Abstract:
Effects of magnetized water irrigation on growth and physiological characteristics of tomato during seedling stage and flowering stage were studied by means of solar greenhouse experiment.Two treatments were designed,including magnetized water irrigation and ordinary water irrigation(CK).Results showed that,compared with ordinary water irrigation,for tomato used magnetized water irrigation treatment,plant height growth was 15%,stem diameter growth was 8.2%.Magnetized water irrigation treatment had no significant effect on chlorophyll content in seedling stage and flowering stage of tomato leaves.The SOD,POD,CAT activity growth of tomato seedling stage leaves after treatment of magnetized water irrigation was 22%,44.4% and 18.4% respectively,the SOD,POD,CAT activity growth of tomato flowering stage leaves after treatment of magnetized water irrigation was 15.8%,21.5% and 48.3% respectively.Growth of root activity of tomato in flowering peniod after irrigated with magnetized water was 56%.Magnetized water irrigation could effectively improve grow performance,enzyme activity and root activity of tomato,which could provide reference for application of green,pollution-free vegetables production technology.

Abstract:
In order to explore impact of different ways of adding coal on the baking cost,quality and effectiveness,automatic coal-fired furnace,old furnace modified coal-fired stove and conventional artificial coal-fired burners of baking were tested.Results showed that automatic stoker and face-lifting automatic stoker by old furnace has coal and electricity saving,reduce manual fire and reduce labor intensity of effect,compared with traditional artificial coal combustion,the baking cost respectively decreased by 25.71%,20.50%,the quality of tobacco increased by 6.08% and 5.70%,in addition,the average price of dry smoke increased of 1.23 to 1.31 yuan kg,its input-output ratio reached 1∶30.63,1∶14.52.

The ancient village is a kind of tourism resource,and its development is non-renewable.Once it is destroyed,it no longer exists.Therefore,development of ancient village tourism is inseparable from guidance of scientific concepts.Development principles and reasonable development measures of ancient village tourism were explored to help sustainable development of ancient village tourism.
