Abstract:
Recent years,development of smart agriculture is getting faster,and requirements for improving work efficiency and accuracy are also getting higher.Global distribution,applicants and technical fields were synthetically analyzed from perspective of global sensor and robot patents of intelligent agricultural machinery,development status,technology status and key enterprise status of intelligent agricultural machinery were understood.Number of applications for agricultural sensor patents was more than 84 000,most applications were sensor parts in foreign countries,there were more patents of internet of things system in China.There were more than 10 000 applications for agricultural robots in the world,and China had a high number of patent applications in this field.
Development Present Situation and Thinking of Whole Process Mechanization of Main Crop Production in Tianjin

Abstract:
At present,production of main crops in Tianjin has basically achieved mechanized operations in cultivation,planting and harvesting links,but whole process mechanization production still has great room for improvement.Development and changes of whole process mechanization of Tianjin′s main crop production in the past ten years and highlights of Tianjin′s work in promoting development of whole process mechanization were expounded.In view of main problems existing in process of development,some countermeasures and suggestions in terms of technological thinking mode,technological force focus,industrial service chain and policy direction,were put forward.

Abstract:
Turning machine is a kind of mechanical equipment developed and produced based on dynamic composting.As a key equipment in composting fermentation process,it has a huge market space.Types of turning machines and characteristics of various types of machines were analyzed,key components of turning machine were introduced,research status and existing problems of domestic and foreign turning machine were analyzed,and research design and development direction proposal of turning machine were proposed to provide a reference for future research and use of turning machines for large-scale farms.

Abstract:
By investigating development status of whole plant silage corn industry and application status of harvest modulation mechanization production technology in Tumd Right Banner in Inner Mongolia,development status both in China and other countries were compared,and development issues of silage corn industry and equipment in central and western Inner Mongolia were studied.Results showed that development trend of local silage corn industry would be to adjust structure,increase order silage planting scale and proportion of high-quality silage,and application of modern harvest modulated mechanization technology was key factor to achieve above objectives.Therefore,it is suggested to accelerate popularization of large-scale,high-quality and high-efficiency machines by means of policy support,standard construction,technology promotion and subsidy so as to promote popularization of modern harvest modulation mechanization technology.And it would promote popularization of modern harvest modulation mechanization technology and promote steady and healthy development of silage corn industry.
Recognition Method of Grafted Seedling Characteristics Based on Machine Vision

Abstract:
Correct identification of direction of seedling cotyledon was one of critical technologies for grafting machine to achieve fully automated.White pumpkin seed stock cotyledon direction feature recognition method under natural light conditions was analyzed.Firstly,images of seedlings were pretreated to extract cotyledon boundary.Then minimum bounding rectangle of seedling cotyledons boundary was extracted successively using regional mark.Seedlings boundary was transformed through regularized Hough transform in the external rectangle to fit profile curve of two cotyledons.Finally,an ellipse mathematical model was established according to outline of cotyledon to strike direction of seedling cotyledons,to get seedling growing point position and to access to information of cotyledon leaf area and other features.100 seedling images were identified,reaching 85% success rate.The proposed method can identify direction characteristics of white pumpkin cotyledon effectively and can be applied to feature recognition of other varieties by adjusting parameters.

Abstract:
The safety monitoring and remote control system of the rural water supply project of Donggan in Longtong is to monitor the pressure and flow of the water distribution pipe of the system by wireless transmission technology,and it realized the automatic management of the pipe.Remote and real-time monitoring of water supply pipeline safety,accident warning,recording of water pipe flow and monitoring of project operation were taken to reduce the number of management personnel,and it also improved project management efficiency,reduced project management cost and achieved regional integration.Since the system has been put into operation for 4 years,it has achieved good economic and social benefits.

Abstract:
In view of current low utilization rate of manure slurry pollution,poor treatment effect and serious waste of resources,combined with characteristics of easy pumping and good compactness of manure slurry,method of collecting manure from livestock and poultry and treatment methods for different application scenarios were introduced,and process characteristics of manure treatment were analyzed.Organic matter produced by synergistic fermentation of various microorganisms after wastewater was subjected to anaerobic treatment,number of germs decreased significantly,that could prevent and control many diseases and insect pests in crops,compared with pesticides,it had advantages of low price and no resistance,and it could also play a role in improving soil,could be an ideal substitute for pesticides.
Real-time Observation of Heterogeneous Particles’Movement Law on Incline Tube

Abstract:
In order to explore real-time movement law of heterogeneous particles’on an incline tube,a set of inclined tube test equipment with angle of 45° was designed.Real-time flow of 2 mm diameter ceramic balls and biomass char with different mass ratio(10∶1,30∶1 and 50∶1)and same cross-sections(X=690 mm)in inclined tube were studied by FTM(Fluorescent Trace Method)and PIV technique.Results showed that most of ceramic balls and biomass char particles were below central axis,velocity of ceramic balls was much larger than that of biomass char particles;above central axis,number of ceramic balls was sharp decrease,biomass char particles were mostly light and small in size,and they had a great influence on wall viscosity,which led speed difference between heterogeneous particles was not very large;at same time,it was proved that FTM was feasible to observe real-time movement law of ceramic balls by FTM.

Heavy Metal Content Characteristics and Health Risk Assessment of Rice in Shuijiang Area of Chongqing City

Abstract:
Rice contents in Shuijiang area of southern Chongqing were studied.Contents of As,Hg,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in rice were analyzed,and health risks caused by eating rice in adults and children were evaluated.Results showed that average values of As,Hg,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn were 0.13,0.005,0.14,0.11,3.11,0.10 and 22.99 mg/kg,respectively,and Hg,Cr,Cu and Zn elements were not exceeded.Over-standard rates of the As,Pb and Cd elements were 8%,8% and 32%,respectively.Eating local rice,As element had obvious health risks for adults,As and Cd had obvious health risks for children,adult and children′s composite heavy metal health risk index was 4.64 and 7.25,respectively,with significant health risks,of which As element played a decisive role in the overall health risk level.

Abstract:
In order to explore influence of large-scale exploitation of underground water on underground water level in large scale modern high standard farmland in Mu Us desert,the Chang Han Oboo Village land development project in Yuyang district was selected as research object,8 wells in the project area were selected for monitoring groundwater level for one year.Results showed that: depth of groundwater decreased at beginning of irrigation period,water level gradually rised to nomal level at end of irrigation period.Therefore,using of modern sprinkler irrigation facilities for farmland groundwater exploitation had not substantial impaction on groundwater level in the project area.

Flow rate of inner wheel irrigation ditch is generally determined according to irrigation rate and irrigation area.In case of different irrigation areas controlled by head ditch in irrigated areas,net flow of head ditch and field ditch should be distributed according to proportion of irrigation area of each channel in irrigated area of irrigation group.It is simple and accurate to calculate discharge of each canal by calculating average number of agricultural canals controlled by each ditches,and it can be used as a method to determine scale of ditches by checking calculation and practical test by relevant standard formula.
Temporal and Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Prediction Indexes of Strong Precipitation in Rizhao City

Abstract:
Based on observation data of Rizhao city,Shandong province from 2007 to 2016,interannual and interdisciplinary characteristics of 49 severe precipitation process in Rizhao were analyzed.According to influence system of heavy rainfall,weather conditions of heavy precipitation in Rizhao were classified and analyzed,key environmental parameters of heavy rainfall in different seasons were also analyzed.Results showed that number of heavy precipitation in July-August was the largest and influence was also the largest.Weather conditions of heavy rainfall in Rizhao could be divided into low-slot cold front type,low vortex shear type,cyclone type and typhoon type,low-slot cold front type was main weather type of heavy precipitation in Rizhao.Upstream and Qingdao(T-Td)850,Qingdao(T-Td)700+(T-Td)850,850 hPa water vapor flux divergence,850 hPa pseudo-equivalent bit temperature,K index ,the maximum rising rate of 850 hPa had good indication of heavy rainfall in Rizhao.
Quantitative Inversion of Soil Organic Matter in Cultivated Land Based on Multi Spectral Remote Sensing

Abstract:
Relativity between Landsat 8 OLI surface reflectance and ground-measured data of soil organic matter(SOM)content in Jiangjin district of Chongqing was analyzed,then a retrieval model for SOM content was built based on multi-regression analysis method,finally SOM content of study area was estimated by using retrieval model.Results showed that Landsat 8 reflectance of site was negatively correlated with organic content of soil,and bilateral significant test were less than 0.01,and a maximal correlation coefficient appeared in 6th waveband,which was-0.840.In addition,retrieval result of SOM content based on reflectance of band 4,5,6 and 7 showed better performance,with a R2 of 0.741.Map of SOM content showed an irregular spatial patch distribution in study area,where southern and northern edges of study area had bigger value,and organic content of soil in shallow hilly terrace along river and central deep hilly valley was mainly between 10~30 g/kg.

Abstract:
At present,problem of soil pollution had gradually become a focus of attention.There were many deficiencies in the laws and regulations related to prevention and control of soil pollution in China.In process of practice,soil pollution incidents occur frequently,and work of soil pollution prevention and control could not be promoted,with little effect,seriously affecting effectiveness of soil protection in China.However,with national level attaching great importance to prevention and control of soil pollution,China′s laws and regulations system is gradually improving,and legislative work is carried out in an orderly manner.Promulgation of national policies and regulations on soil pollution prevention and control in recent years in China was summarized,historical inevitability was analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward on formulation of subsequent laws and regulations on soil pollution prevention and control.
Design and Experiment of Air-suction Vertical Disc Precision Seed Metering Device for Rice

Abstract:
In order to realize mechanized direct seeding of rice,a air-suction precision metering device for rice was designed.Working principle of metering device was expounded.Structural parameters of metering device were determined by the theoretical calculation,which contained the suction hole diameter and negative pressure.In order to verify the performance of seed-metering device and find the best parameter combination,orthogonal test was carried out by using the eligible index,multiple index and missing index as experimental indexes.The optimal experimental results were:suction hole diameter of 1.4 mm,rotating speed of seed tray of 40 r/min and negative pressure of 1.8 kPa,and corresponding performance indexes were as following:eligible index was 82.91,multiple index was 11.56 and missing index was 5.53,which could completely meet requirement of technical specifications of quality evaluation.
Design of Small Automatic Green Soybean Peeling Machine

Abstract:
Aiming at time-consuming and hard of artificial peeling of green soybean,a small fully automatic green soybean peeling machine was designed.It was driven by electric motor and mainly composed of frame,vibrating feeding mechanism,roller shelling device and screening mechanism.Feeding mechanism was driven by an independent vibration motor.Roller and screening mechanism were driven by the same motor.Power was transmitted to screening mechanism by V band,and passed through two stage V belt and gear to roller.Experiment showed that green soybean peeling machine could run smoothly and reliably,success rate of peeling beans reached 95%,and breakage rate was below 5%.

Abstract:
Aiming at problem of unstable dimension of press-mounted pump in mass production of automobile industry,design scheme of stop signal of external inductor feeder was put forward by adopting AC servo cylinder with spring table and combining with actual products.Design scheme has been verified by practical application.Results showed that scheme not only guaranteed stability of product dimension,but also realized flexible production and lean production.It provided a reference for similar product assembly system design for scholars and colleagues.

Abstract:
With an analysis of purpose and meaning of machine tool NC technology curriculum,some problems and causes existing in teaching were discussed,such as neglecting basic knowledge of NC machining,backwards of teaching methods,old-fashioned teaching contents,conditions and so on.Teaching thought was put forward based on‘regarding students as the main body,regarding teacher as the leading’,some concrete methods and suggestions were proposed from updating teaching contents,teaching measures,teaching methods and so on.Through operation of these measures,students′ enthusiasm for learning had been stimulated,and transformation of‘want me to learn’to‘I want to learn’had been realized,in addition to,combination of‘teaching’and‘learning’has been achieved.

Abstract:
Terminal buds,lateral buds and roots of some kinds of shoot-producing bamboo like Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro were taken as explants,adventitious buds were successfully induced by tissue culture,after rapid propagating,complete and virus-free plants were obtained.Results showed that explants sterilization success rate was as high as 78%.Optimal medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+6-BA3.0+IBA0.2+NAA0.1,optimizing medium for subculture multiplication was MS+6-BA2.0+IBA0.2+NAA0.1,and subculture multiplication factor was up to 2.32,rooting rate was 91% and transplanting survival rate was 93%,is could provide an effect way for rapid propagation of virus-free shoot-producing bamboo seedlings.

Abstract:
Winter protection is a key link of grape cultivation in cold regions,but operation of burying soil has some disadvantages which restrict development of grape cultivation in cold regions.A non-buried cold-proof overwintering technology was put forward,and winter field test was carried out,results showed that the non-buried cold-proof overwintering technology could meet temperature requirement of winter grape in cold area,and installation and removal of cold proof facilities were simple,labor-saving and time-saving.

Line pepper plays an important role in agricultural industrial structure in region of Xunhua county and was an important way for farmers to increase production and income.In recent years,with continuous development of pepper plant industry in Xunhua county,at the same time of increasing farmers′ economic income,it has also faced many outstanding problems.Among them,high incidence of hot pepper diseases and insect pests has become a major factor restricting development of industry.Therefore,new prevention and control measures need to be actirely explored,effective measures need to be taken,and a good job in preventing and controlling chili pepper pests and diseases need to be done.Green prevention and control measures for pepper diseases and insect pests in Xunhua county were analyzed based on actual conditions.
Effects of 35% Difenoconazole·Fludioxonil·Thiamethoxam Seed Coating Agent on Winter Wheat Growth and Development and Prevention and Control Tests of Root Rot and Wireworms

Abstract:
In order to test effects of 35% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam seed coating agent on emergence and agronomic traits of winter wheat and prevention and control effects of wheat root rot and wireworms,wheat variety of Shixin 828 was taken as tested variety, field experiments were conducted from 2016~2017.3 different drug seed mass ratios were set(58.3,87.5 and 175 g/100 kg seed)to determine the most appropriate dosage.Results showed that all pesticides did not produce phytotoxicity on wheat, wheat sprouted safely, wheat plant quality was enhanced, and wheat was mature and safe.Effects of different treatments on wheat diseases and insect pests were similar with no significant difference.Compared with blank control trial (CK),yield increase rate of 58.3,87.5 and 175 g/100 kg were 5.55%,6.45% and 7.77%,respectively.Yield increase rate of medicaments were 5.41%, 5.13% and 5.27%,respectively,difference was significant compared to controlled.Optimum dosage for wheat was 87.5 g/100 kg coating when 35% difenoconazole fludioxonil thiamethoxam suspension seed coating was used.

Abstract:
With continuous development of modern agriculture in China,agricultural industrialization organizations emerge as the times require,and play a role in various forms of agricultural development.Therefore,under guidance of modern agriculture,how to give full play to advantages of agricultural industrialization organization,and promote development of agriculture,are a focus of current thinking.According to agricultural industrialization organization in development of existing legal system,lack of development focus and supervision problems,industrial organization was put forward through focus on development of leading enterprises,supplemented by professional cooperatives,in addition to strengthen exploration of interests coordination mechanism,and build farmers and government supervision.Some references were provided for legal perfection of current agricultural industrialization organization.

Abstract:
Logistics mode of agricultural products had become an important factor to determine overall level of China′ s agricultural economy.Slow development of China′ s agricultural logistics had always been bottleneck of sustainable development of agriculture in China.At present,three typical models of agricultural products logistics have been formed in international market,and their successful management models and experiences were worthy of our reference and learning.Domestic and foreign agricultural products logistics model were analyzed,in view of China′ s current national conditions,is was advised that establishment of a Chinese style logistics organization of agricultural products.

Abstract:
With continuous development of social economy in China,tourism has become an important part of people′ s daily life.Rural tourism is becoming an upsurge in China.More and more people go to the countryside to enjoy idyllic countryside.However,many rural areas do not have a clear understanding and planning of how to develop local tourism resources,and could not use local advantages of resources in depth,so rural tourism in many places has not really risen.Many problems existing in rural tourism at present stage were analyzed,and deep development strategy was put forward.

Abstract:
Circular economy is to reconstruct economic system according to laws of material circulation and energy flow in natural ecosystem.From perspective of circular economy,focusing on brand marketing of agricultural products,enhancing ecological value of agricultural products,shaping brand of agricultural products and expanding market of agricultural products will help to build a modern agricultural system.Based on perspective of circular economy,firstly,strategic value and significance of brand marketing of agricultural products was analyzed.Secondly,current situation of brand marketing of agricultural products was analyzed and main bottlenecks of brand marketing of agricultural products were diagnosed.Finally,new ideas of brand marketing of agricultural products were tried to explored.
