Abstract:
Annual applications,distribution of patent applicant and technical areas of agricultural machinery were analyzed and summarized.Patent applications of agricultural machinery were in stable development stage from application trend,China,Japan,the United States,South Korea and Germany had a large number of patent applications in field of agricultural machinery.China's agricultural machinery patents were mainly applied by universities and scientific research institutes,enterprise patent applications were few,and their research and development ability was relatively weak.Research results could provide reference for development of intelligent agricultural machinery in China.

Abstract:
In order to meet requirement of mechanized production for edible fungi,an edible mushroom culture material bottling equipment was designed.The overall structure and working principles of the equipment were expounded,structure and working parameters of each key component were determined,and prototype performance test was carried out.Results showed that all performance indicators met requirements of assignment book.

Abstract:
Aiming at development of internet of things technology and demand of agricultural products cold chain logistics security,cold chain logistics system of agricultural products based on internet of things was constructed.Based on definition of internet of things and cold chain logistics,current development situation of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China were analyzed,and is was concluded that imperfect infrastructure,serious chain breakdown of cold chain logistics,and lack of unified standards were main problems at present.In view of above problems,a set of cold chain logistics transportation and distribution system for the whole process of agricultural products was constructed,and safeguard measures to ensure operation of the system were put forward.

Abstract:
In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil.Physical and chemical properties of soil has an important impact on morphology and bioavailability of heavy metals in soil.Effects of physical and chemical properties such as soil pH,redox potential,organic matter content and different clay minerals on speciation of heavy metals in soil were analyzed and discussed.Mechanism of change of speciation of heavy metals in soil caused by different factors was summarized.Transformation of heavy metals from bioavailable state to stable state in soil was put forward,which provided guidance for reducing heavy metal pollution in soil.

Application Effect Test of Different Compound Adhesive in Injection Ham

Abstract:
7 different compound adhesives were selected and added to the injected ham according to optimal water retention of the selected mixture in application of meat products.Improvement effect of different compound adhesive on the quality of injected ham was evaluated by detecting loss rate,pH,moisture content,water activity(aw)and texture of the product.Results showed that all the complex gums added in injected ham could help to increase cooking loss rate and water content of products,reduce water activity of products,improve texture of products,enhance quality of products during storage.By comprehensive evaluation,complex gum E had the best application effect in injected ham,and complex gum C was the worst.

Abstract:
In engineering practice,some hydraulic problems such as normal depth,critical depth and water surface profile,which are higher implicit functions.There is no analytical solution,and it is difficult to solve directly.Traditional method is to use chart checking,iteration or trial algorithm to solve the problem,but the calculation is complicated and the precision is not good.The problem of high order implicit function equation in hydraulic calculation can be solved quickly and accurately by using VB programming language.When initial value of iteration,roughness,flow rate,bottom width,bottom slope and slope coefficient are known,shortcut key can be used to realize multiple iteration calculation,and normal water depth value with high precision can be calculated.Application of VB iterative function in solving high order implicit functions were introduced,and application of programming language in simplified calculation and high precision solution were explored.
Design and Experiment of 2BD-1 Self Propelled Electric Seeder

Abstract:
A 2BD-1 self-propelled electric seeder was designed to solve problems that tractors were difficult to enter field in hilly and mountainous areas and fuel-powered machines were not suitable to be used in greenhouses.The device was analyzed and designed in terms of power matching,driving wheel,frame,ditch opener and steering system to complete ditching,sowing,fertilizing,covering soil and suppressing work at one time.Field test results showed that mechanical damage rate of seeds was 0.5%,single grain rate was 95%,qualified rate of seed covering thickness was 92%,qualified rate of plant spacing was 93%,qualified rate of fertilization depth was 90%,and all indexes met design requirements.The device has advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and easy operation,which could be widely used in indoor operations such as hilly and mountainous areas and greenhouses.

Abstract:
Executive mechanism of trenchless drainage machines was designed,which were applied to ecological control project of Saline alkali land in Hetao Plain.Combining with problems that may be faced in actual operation process,through dynamic analysis based on RecurDyn and static analysis based on ANSYS,dynamic characteristics,vibration characteristics and static characteristics of executive device were obtained.Rationality and feasibility of design structure were proved by comparing intensity of design structure and simulation analysis.Through modal analysis,it provides theoretical analysis foundation for subsequent vibration and impact performance test of mechanical parts in field operation.It provides some references for improving machine performance and reducing machine test cost.

Effect of Straw Mulching on Yield of Potato in Drought Region of Northwest China

Abstract:
By comparing effects of three different planting modes on the yield of spring-sown potatoes in Northwest China,results showed that yield of spring-sown potatoes under straw mulching increased by 10%~20% compared with that without mulching,and yield increased significantly (P<0.05);compared with that under plastic mulching,yield of potatoes under straw mulching was not significant(P<0.05).Therefore,straw mulching could achieve high yield and increase income of potato cultivation in Northwest China.Main reason was that straw mulching could effectively regulate physical and chemical characteristics of soil.In most areas of arid and water-deficient northwest China,it could effectively improve water use efficiency,which was key factor to ensure increase of potato production.In order to provide theoretical basis for spring planting of potato straw mulching in Northwest China,main reasons of increasing potato yield by straw mulching were summarized.

Salvia plebeia was cultivated in light incubator.The effect of soil moisture,cultivation temperature,light intensity to homoplanginin content was studied.When light intensity was 9000 lx in 12 hours and then light intensity was 0 lx in 12 hours,the soil moisture was 50 percent in 25 degrees celsius,it has more homoplanginin.

Cost of fertilizer accounts for more than 50% of total expenditure of spring maize.A set of reasonable fertilization scheme was put forward for scientific and rational fertilization.By analyzing results of field soil agrochemical samples of field fertilizer effect test of spring maize‘3414’in Yulin city,it was concluded that the soil nutrients of cultivated land were divided into four grades,which were high,medium,low and very low,and the indicators of soil nutrient abundance and deficiency of spring maize in Yulin city were worked out.
