Abstract:
Application of vegetable seedling transplanting can improve crop yields and economic benefits effectively.At present,semi-automatic transplanter for vegetables dominates market of China.However,lower transplanting efficiency limits popularization and application of semi-automatic machine.Nowdays,automatic transplanter has been becoming focus of research for its higher working efficiency.Research progress and application situation of automatic transplanter were presented.And charactersistics of main picking mechanism used in automatic transplanting were discussed.Comparing research of automatic transplanter at home and abroad,defects and inadequacies of current domestic seedling auto-picking technology were summarized.Furthermore,some reasonable suggestions were put forward on prospective development for automatic transplanter in China.

Abstract:
Reliability is an important factor in market competitiveness of agricultural equipment.Chongqing is dominated by hilly and mountainous areas,and natural conditions and land resources are very complicated,which have higher requirements for reliability of agricultural equipment.According to results of investigation of small-scale harvester production enterprises and field use in Chongqing,present situation of reliability for small-scale harvester was analyzed from three aspects including inherent reliability,operational reliability and after-sale service quality.Based on the analysis,reliability increasing strategies of small-scale harvester were researched,and countermeasures to improve reliability of small-scale harvester were put forward from three aspects including enterprise production,user operation and after-sales service.It provided reference for improving reliability of agricultural equipment in hilly and mountainous areas of China.

Abstract:
Aquaculture in China has a large scale and wide range,but high-density aquaculture can lead to problems of low efficiency,eutrophication,pesticide residue and tail water pollution.At the same time,aquaculture industry also has problems such as backward infrastructure,large gap between technology and equipment,lack of effective service support system and so on.To solve these problems,cross industry and interdisciplinary research must be carried out to form an ecological,efficient and intelligent aquaculture system.Based on technology of internet of things,application and popularization of digital fishery equipment in aquaculture was introduced.Results showed that digital fishery equipment could meet strategic needs of technological innovation of freshwater aquaculture industry and development of aquaculture industry in China,and it had great application and popularization value.

Abstract:
Accurate statistics of pest number is of great importance to comprehensive pest management.It is difficult to calculate flushing away pests by traditional method of statistical pest which is to count number of pests on fixed plant.Place sticky board to catch insects and automatically identify in a fixed position,recognition in the normal life habit of pests,which could effectively solve problems of inaccurate statistics and inaccurate information of flying pests.At the same time,methods of automatic threshold segmentation,target adhesion processing,target recognition and biological feature interference removal were adopted to effectively calculate number of insect pests in the field.Recognition accuracy was above 85%,which provided basis for pest control.

Abstract:
South Xinjiang is an important cotton producing area in China.Average covering area of south Xinjiang in past 5 years was 1.326 78 million hm2,cotton coated rate was 100%.With enlargement of coated area and rising usage of mulch,mulch pollution of cotton field is becoming more and more serious,large number of mulch residues in soil not only affects normal growth and development of cotton,but also poses a great threat to agricultural ecological environment.According to different tillage layers and different areas classification statistics,data of cotton fields covered more than 10 years of each counties and cities in south Xinjiang were collected by five sampling method.Results showed that average cotton plastic mulch residues was 237.36 kg/hm2 in south Xinjiang,residual mulch were distributed in 0~30 cm,mulch residues of three levels(surface,0~12 cm,12~30 cm)respectively account for 8.33%,53.99% and 37.68%.Plastic mulch residues had significant difference in each counties and round fields of south Xinjiang,plastic mulch residues in counties were higher than round fields,residual mulch mainly existed in soil in size of 4~25 cm2.Plastic mulch pollution of cotton field in south Xinjiang is growing related to local farming and management style.Control measures for plastic mulch pollution were put forward from standard production of mulch,mechanized recycling and non-polluting biodegradable mulch based on status quo.
Mixed Noise Research of High-density Stacked Laying Hen’s House

Abstract:
Mixed noise in high-density stacked laying hen’s house was collected by sound level meter.Spectrum features of mechanical noise of each production system in laying hen’s house were obtained by using audio analysis software Praat 5.3,acoustic characteristic parameters and spatial distribution characteristics of mixed noise were analyzed.Results of investigation on mixed noise of high-density stacked laying hen’s house demonstrated that influence of mechanic noise to acoustic environmental monitoring was arranged as follows: mechanically ventilated system,manure collection system,food filling system,feeding system and egg collected system.Significant difference(P<0.05)was exsisted between prodcution systems with acoustic characteristic parameters.Weighted sound pressure A of laying hen’s house was 69.0~75.0 dB for inner environment.Variations of mixed noise with vertical and horizontal direction of laying hen’s house didn’t agree with each other,and spatial distribution of acoustic characteristics was also significantly differed(P<0.05).Measurement and analysis of mixed noise with high-density stacked cage system is very important for noise management and sound quality evaluation of production systems of laying hen’s house.To some extent,reasonable adjustments to running program and operating time of mechanic equipment could reduce noise and body injury to laying hens with a guarantee to normal breeding conditions.

Hyperspectral Prediction Model of Cadmium Content in Lettuce Leaves

Abstract:
In order to achieve nondestructive detection of heavy metal cadmium in lettuce leaves,hyperspectral technology was used as research method.A precise,rapid and effective method for detecting heavy metal cadmium in lettuce based on hyperspectral technique was studied.First,hyperspectral image acquisition system was used to obtain hyperspectral image of lettuce,and spectral data was extracted.Extracted spectral data were extracted by successive projections algorithm and weighted regression coefficients,then a LSSVR model for predicting cadmium content in lettuce leaves was established.Results showed that SPA-LSSVR model has the best performance,in which the coefficient of determination set was 0.927 3 and the root mean square error was 0.093 mg/kg.Therefore,it is feasible to predict heavy metal cadmium content in lettuce leaves by using hyperspectral technique combined with SPA-LSSVR model,which can provide technical support and reference for practical application.

Southern rice texture characteristics were studied by textural apparatus,and effect of rice milling pressure on embryo rate,protein and texture parameters in process of producing embryo rice was analyzed.Results showed that embryo retention rate of embryo rice decreased with increase of rice outlet pressure,texture parameters of embryo rice showed a trend of first decline and then rise along with increase of outlet pressure of rice milling.Research results have some reference value for production process control of embryo remaining rice.
Rapid Determination of Sucrose Content in Sugarcane Juice by Near Infrared Spectrometer

In order to detect sucrose content in sugarcane juice quickly and conveniently,based on near-infrared spectrometer and liquid phase method,partial least squares(PLS)was used to establish calibration model of sucrose content in sugarcane juice.Results showed that calibration correlation coefficient(R),corrected root mean square error(RMSEC)and root mean square error(RMSEP)of the PLS model were 0.9617,0.237 and 0.263 respectively,and the predicted relative error was less than 5%.

Abstract:
Condenser is one of important parts in solar heating system.Sectional trough solar concentrator has wide application prospect because of its small wind resistance,low mirror height and high concentrated multiple.Three factors of installation height,condenser span and parabolic reflector in XY plane away from center line of end ordinate value b that affect focusing performance of sectional trough solar concentrator were analyzed in theory and experiment.Results showed that as span of condenser increased,condensing ratio would increase,after a certain span,concentration ratio basically remained unchanged.When condenser span and focal length were certain,with increased of b,concentration ratio also increased.When condenser installation height and b were certain,effect of span on concentration ratio was not obvious.Through analysis and calculation of test system,sectional trough solar concentrator could guarantee higher heat collection efficiency in achieving higher multiples.Research parameters could provide theoretical basis for further sectional trough solar concentrator design.

Abstract:
Basic structure and working principle of round baler were expounded.Gear box was a key component of round baler,its mechanical characteristics was analyzed,stress and safety coefficient of gear case were obtained by finite element analysis based on SolidWorks Simulation. Analysis results showed that maximum stress point was 2.54×108 N,at reinforcing rib root of upper mounting surface,safety coefficient of maximum stress point was 1.22.Gear box shell safety coefficient should not be too small,it should be selected in range of 3~5,so reinforcing rib or material strength should be strengthened.A shell part that allows for light simplified design was determined,structure of gear box was optimized,and it could satisfy transmission power requirement.

Abstract:
Impact mechanism was divided into light and heavy impact in industrial and agricultural practice.In order to solve problem of jamming and deviation of rock drill in process of barren hill development、mine exploitation and land reclamation,impact mechanism of WF100 hydraulic rock drill was taken as object of study and system simulation model was established.Performance parameters of light or heavy impact working condition of hydraulic rock drill both were obtained through system simulation.Under heavy impact condition,impact energy reached 77 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 7 mm and system pressure was set to 12 MPa;impact energy reached 98.3 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 7 mm and system pressure was set to 14 MPa.Under light impact condition,impact energy reached 42.5 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 2.5 mm and system pressure was set to 12 MPa;impact energy reached 53 J when equivalent diameter of orifice was 2.5 mm and system pressure was set to 14 MPa.Research results could provide reference for design of impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill,also provide technical guidance for anti jamming and ensure drilling efficiency when hydraulic rock drill work in different conditions.

Abstract:
Weeding machinery is used to control weeds in farmland field management which can avoid effectively impact and potential crisis of chemical herbicides on plants,animals and environment.An electric trolleying weeding machine was designed.Powered by battery,hoeing blades were rotated and cut into soil to cut off weeds and embedded in soil,and could pull out grass roots.Electric trolleying weeding machine’s structure was compact and easy to use.Experiment results showed that speed of motor was directly proportional to insert depth of blade which achieved a good hoeing effect.

Changes in nutrition component of magnolia and gardenia enzyme nutrient solutions during fermentation process were investigated.Results showed that total sugar and potassium ion content were decreased,whereas total acid was increased during fermentation.Total phosphorus was first increased,then decreased in the fermentation process.Total phenols,free amino acid and total nitrogen in magnolia enzyme nutrient solution presented a rising tendency at the beginning,then decreased.In the process of gardenia enzyme nutrient solution fermentation,total phenols rose,free amino acid showed a descending trend,and total nitrogen had an irregular inflection.During fermentation,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total phenols and potassium ion content in magnolia enzyme nutrient solution were higher.On the contrary,gardenia enzyme nutrient solution had a higher content of total sugar and total acid.

Rural tourism has become an important part of Shaanxi tourism industry.As its scale continues to expand,problems such as repeated construction of resources,inadequate infrastructure,environmental protection and profit distribution have become increasingly prominent and have become bottlenecks restricting its further development. Perspective of planning and layout,product design,operation and management,and ecological transformation were necessary way to promote further development of rural tourism in Shaanxi.

Abstract:
Deepening management system reform in rural areas is an important content of agricultural supply side structural reform,which is also inevitable requirement of rural economic and social development to a certain stage.Reform conforms to inherent requirements of property rights incentive,and conforms to realistic choice of land relations reform,so as to achieve goal of rural prosperity,farmers′ income increase and agricultural development.Some suggestions that how to deepen reform of agricultural management system,were put forward which included four aspects,such as land management system,integration of three industries in rural areas,linkage mechanism of agricultural risks and elderly agriculture.
