Abstract:
Seedling transplantation could make full use of heat resource,improve crop yields effectively and get excellent economic benefits,was a main development direction of vegetables industry in the future.Planting depth uniformity was a key index of machine quality inspection,which would infect immediately crops transplanting quality.Transplanting profiling had gotten extensive solicitude of transplanting machinery research in controlling planting depth effectively.Basic principles of several planting depth profiling control methods and existing representative models in developed countries were introduced,related researches of domestic research institutes were deeply discussed.Compared to analysis of each kind of profiling control method structural feature,deficiencies of domestic study in this field were summarized,and some suggestions for research and development direction of transplanter planting depth profiling control technology in the future were put forward.

Abstract:
With rapid development of information,science and technology,patent analysis is becoming more and more important in the era of knowledge economy.In process of patent analysis,patent analysis is based on thought that combining patent date analysis with technical analysis,and combining patent analysis software with artificial analysis.In analysis of horizontal well drilling rig,IPC analysis was used to analyze patent data through patent analysis software.Thus IPC needs to be analyzed was determined.Then technical analysis was carried out on patent data of IPC.Technical efficacy maps were constructed through technical analysis and direction for research and development of horizontal well drilling rig was get.

Abstract:
In order to improve adaptability of autopilot system to influential factors such as longitudinal speed of agricultural vehicle and slip condition,a heading estimation algorithm based on slip rate estimation was proposed.Firstly,NF-752 crawler tractor was adaptively modified to build a tractor autopilot system test platform,its manual steering mechanism and stepless speed change mechanism were transformed into electrical signal controled by high torque steering engines,vehicle location and body speed were measured by RTK-GNSS positioning system.Secondly,based on vehicle speed and crawler speed on both sides as state variables,course control model was established considering crawler slip rate,and then a path tracking control method was proposed based on this model.Finally,straight path tracking tests were carried out on asphalt pavement at low speed(1 km/h),medium speed(5 km/h)and high speed(9 km/h),results showed that there was no significant difference in path tracking error under different operating speed conditions,and maximum path tracking error was -2.00 cm,standard deviation was 0.93cm.Curve path tracking experiments were carried out in experimental field,and results showed that when tractor tracked curve path at 6 km / h,tracking error was better than 10 cm,and there was no obvious error increase in slip area.Experimental results showed that proposed method had good adaptability to operation speed,and overcome influence of slip phenomenon on control precision.

Abstract:
Traditional small-scale peasant production mode has characteristics of large investment,low efficiency and poor efficiency,which hinders development of China′s agricultural modernization.Although agricultural production model has constantly changing to mechanized production model,simple mechanization has been unable to meet demand for agricultural farmers in busy season,and difficulty of increasing number of agricultural machinery to agricultural management department,development of agricultural mechanization in the future needs to leveraging‘internet +’.In view of above problems,with help of internet thinking,‘internet +’was integrated in agricultural machinery and equipment R & D and manufacturing,agricultural machinery quality and efficiency upgrade,agricultural mechanization management and services and other aspects.Starting from reality,according to different concentration of cultivated land distribution and harvest time,agricultural machinery was managed reasonably and level of information service was improved so as to meet needs of farmers′ busy farming.It has realized supervision of agricultural machinery operation,easy distribution of agricultural machinery resources,intelligentization of production process and integration of management platform resources,so as to improve development level of agricultural mechanization in an all-round way.

Taking transplanter as main object,basic structure of automatic steering control system of wheeled agricultural machinery was analyzed.According to automatic steering control technology,based on full discussion of PID correction link of automatic steering control system,an automatic steering control scheme based on PD control was proposed.Simulation results showed that PD control had good control performance,response speed,and good stability.It had good application and popularization value.

Optimization Experiment of Environmental Parameters for Closing Stereoscopic Rice Seedling Nursery

Abstract:
In order to solve problem that traditional rice seedlings easily affected by climate,led to poor quality of seedlings,rice seedlings climate box and seedling platform based on plant factory were optimized designed with seedlings cultivation environment parameters as target.Environmental parameters with significant influence on seedling indexes were optimized with uniform test and stepwise regression method by using rice seedling climate box,optimal environment parameter combination of rice seedling was chosen,and scale production verification test were carried out by using rice seedling platform based on plant factory technology.Experimental results showed that leaf area coefficient was significantly affected by light intensity in full spectrum(P<0.05).In blue light,root number and root length were significantly affected by soil moisture content(P<0.05),SPAD and leaf area coefficient were significantly affected by light intensity(P<0.05),stem base width was significantly affected by light intensity and illumination time(P<0.05).In red light and blue light ratios were 3∶1,stem base width was significantly affected by light intensity and illumination time(P<0.05),stem length was significantly affected by light intensity,temperature and soil moisture content(P<0.05),SPAD was significantly affected by light intensity(P<0.05),leaf area coefficient was significantly affected by soil moisture content(P<0.05).Optimal environment parameter combination of rice seedling was blue light,soil moisture content was 60%(irrigate when lamina wrap and maximum moisture content was 60% after irrigation),light intensity was 1.1×104 lx(measured value at surface of light source,distance between surface of light source and surface of seedling tray was 20 cm),illumination time was 9 h,temperature was 28 ℃/24 ℃(photoperiodic/non-photoperiodic)and humidity was 60%.Morphological indexes and mechanical properties of rice seedlings cultivated by rice seedling platform based on plant factory technology could meet mechanical transplanting standard.Experimental results could provide theoretical reference for large area closing stereoscopic rice seedling and sustainable development of agriculture.
Principal Component Analysis on Properties of Biomass Pellets and Calorific Value Prediction Model Based Proximate Analysis

Abstract:
In order to explore correlation between proximate analysis components and calorific value of biomass pellet fuel,36 kinds of biomass pellets were evaluated comprehensively and calorific value was predicted based proximate analysis.Results showed that there was a linear relationship between four indicators of proximate analysis components and a negative correlation between volatiles and other indicators.Cumulative variance of two principal components extracted was as high as 85.97%.In the two principal components,volatile component accounts for the largest share of the first principal component and ash component has the largest weight of the second principal component.Prediction model for calorific value of biomass pellet established by multivariate linear regression model showed that standard deviation of external validation was 0.185 kJ/g,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.02%.Prediction model was highly reliable.

Taking Haiyan town of Taishan city,Guangdong province as study area,multi-phase Landsat remote sensing data was used to monitor Dracaena sanderiana(DS)planting field,which was used to study temporal and spatial evolution process of DS plantation.Results showed that DS planting area increased first and then decreased,total area was the largest of 374.85 hm2 in 2010.Planting was being intensified,planted patch number increased first and then decreased,the largest patch area increased year by year.

Abstract:
Vacuum collector tube is a key component of concentrating collector of trough solar thermal system,heat loss directly affects system thermal efficiency.Impact on heat loss of inner diameter of heat-absorbing tube,external diameter of heat-absorbing tube and external diameter of glass tube were measured by using static balance method,results provided important parameters for heat-absorbing tube test.Experimental results showed that heat loss decreased and rate of decrease was faster as inner diameter of heat-absorbing tube greater.Heat loss increased and rate of increase was slower as external diameter of heat-absorbing tube greater.Heat loss basically remained unchanged with change of external diameter of glass tube.A set of relatively optimal parameters were selected based on experimental results with inner diameter of heat-absorbing tube of 62 mm,external diameter of heat-absorbing tube of 72 mm,external diameter of glass tube of 120 mm,heat loss of 12.95 W/m.Test parameters could provide theoretical basis for design of vacuum collector tube.

Optimization of Nitrogen Supply Concentration in Nutrient Solution for Hydroponics Lettuce

Abstract:
Lettuce was chosen in this study and five treatments of nitrogen levels were set,i.e.0.9,3.5,7,14 and 28 mmol/L,denoted as T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,respectively.Response of growth and quality of hydroponic lettuce to concentration of nitrogen in nutrient solution was analyzed.Test results showed that there was no significant difference for lettuce stem diameter among five treatments.The lettuce leaf number for treatment T1 was less than that for T2,T3,T4 and T5.Lettuce leaf SPAD value for T3 was significantly higher than that for treatment T1.The highest yield of lettuce for T3 treatment was obtained,and higher of 482.11%,53.53%,14.48%,32.49%,compared to T1,T2,T4,T5 treatments,respectively.Increasing the nitrogen concentration of nutrient solution was beneficial to soluble sugar content of lettuce was improved by increasing nitrogen concentration of nutrient solution.The content of Vc and nitrate in lettuce showed a similar trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing with increasing of nutrient solution nitrogen concentration.The suitable nitrogen supplying concentration for hydroponic was optimal as 9.69 mmol/L using relationship between lettuce yield and nutrient solution nitrogen concentration.Therefore,the higher yield was achieved under this situation.

Abstract:
Effects of different temperature treatments on cell membrane permeability and protective enzyme system of Solanum nigrum L.seedlings were studied.Results showed that under 300 μmol/(m2·s)light,with decrease of temperature,POD activity was increased,SOD and CAT activity were decreased,MDA content was increased,and permeability of cell membrane was increased.It showed that seedlings of Solanum nigrum L.have started their own stress mechanism in low temperature environment,showing an emergency response to stress,and oxygen free genes generated in the body exceed scavenging ability of antioxidant system,causing membrane lipid peroxidation and membrane system damage.
